When i recharged my card now, they convert my package 2 platinum but i wana fully kids chanells & drama chanells but now i have only cartoon. Network, animax, boomrung, nick india, and pogo but i want to add disney channel, toon disney (Jetix) , and hungama at my dish tv and also i have not star one please tell me what i do for opening these channels.

Sir, This is with reference that i am using dish tv facielity since last 7-8 months, lastly i have refilled the same on 10th or 11th of march2011, the last date of the same is 19th of the april2011.Now the problem is since 24th of march, thrusday the reception/services of the same has been discontinued with a message showing plesae refill the same to get started, i was surprised to see this message and first call i gave on 25th i.e on friday where my complaint was lodged and no given to me is [protected] and i was told that due to technical problem only the same has been discontinued and the same wil get started within next two hours, thiis was assured to me on yesterday 9:30 pm, but unfortunately today morning till 8:30 it was not started, again i had a word with senior person mr TARUN SHARMA Who is looking after the same and assured me the same will get started within next 2 hours, but till now i.e on 12:18 noon the same are not started,
This is my humble request you to please look into the matter considering the World Cup Cricket.
The same has unnecessarily created an irritaton to me since last 48 hours or so

I always pay my subscription for 3 months & always a month in advance to avoid disruption in viewing channels, & I am facing lots of problems for this from DISH TV. After talking to the customercare 20 times a day, they are unable to solve my problem, after receiving the money from an old customer since 4 years they are cheating me, all my channels are blocked & pop up message on the screen show " recharge your account to avail services" these people are really cheaters & now I have to move to the consumer court with all the facts I have spoken to their customercare who have wasted my 3 days saying that after 2 hrs the channels will be visible. An online payment was done from my netbanking account on 13/10/2011 for dish tv recharge, noida for INR 700 /- for two months recharge for the dish tv services for my parents at punjab.
The amount has been debited to my account with payment id [protected] on same date ie 13/10/201.
But the dish tv service has been discontinued. Is this the way to promote or advertise the functioning of the firm.
Pl locate the fault in your system and revert back.
Payment has been done and hence service to be continued with immediate effect.

I have recharged my DISHTV A/C. VC NO.[protected], Regd. Phone No.[protected] & Trans. ID : RI-102419-[protected]. ON 13/03/2012 at 1.00PM online through my HDFC Debet Card for Rs.2100/- and the amount is debeted to my account, but till now it is not update, I have mail it to customercare many times but they have not given the proper response nor given the status of it.
Please help me in this and ask them to update the same immediatly.
