I had an order that was supposed to be delivered between 7:35 - 7:45. I called at 8:05 and was told that they have no idea when my order was going to be here. I understand places get busy, but that customer service is terrible. An order should at least get delivered around the same time as the estimation, not double the amount of time. The late orders have happened on several occasions and is not a good way to do business.

I'm submitting a complaint due to the fact of the dominos in Sanger Texas choosing when it would like to deliver to my house and when they would not like to deliver to my house. I have never had a problem with them delivering to my house unless the girl employees and girl manager are working. They always seem to tell me they cannot deliver here when the guy employees and guy management have no issue delivering to my house.

I have never in my life felt so disrespected by an employee. Chad's demeanor, tone and comments made towards me brought me to a place of shame. The fact that he refused to serve me because I did not park in a "officially" marked parking spot is beyond my disbelief. I have been a frequent customer to this store and have never dealt with someone in this way. I am trying my hardest to not bring my race or gender into this situation however I can not help to feel that due to me being an African American female it was so easy and effortlessly for Chad (a Caucasian male) to refuse to serve me the pizza that I pre-ordered and was ready for pick up...all because I did not park in an assigned parking spot. Chad mentioned that i was In the fire lane... which honestly i am not disagreeing with him however, there were no indicators or signs that where i parked was a no parking zone, fire zone or anything what so ever! I am legally handicapped, with a handicap sticker and had a 3 year old child with me. My intentions were to come in and out... however my less than one minute trip led to the most disrespectful 10 minutes of my life, in front on my 3 year old child. I can still hear him say "who do you think you are"... in front of my three year old baby girl!

Pamad the manager at 1158 mission rd south san francisco was being very racist when he is the one who messed up my order i asked very politely iif he can bring me another one the correct order and take the pizza i recieved he said its people like you who make [censored] hard for me i hate black people told us he was going to block our number and we couldnt order anymore but he was the one being rude and racists the whole time to us very derogatory word came from his filthy mouth i order from dominos all the time and my orders are already correct so wtbs he gave us are money back after he cursed us out

I decided to call the customer service ([protected]) in Saudi arabia, a lady picked up the call and she mentioned that the delivery will take up to one hour so by 19:06 I should get my pizza

I made the order online @ 18:06, and then waiting the delivery, I have received a phone call from the driver saying that the delivery will be late and will deliver the pizza after al maghrib prayer that means it will take +1h:30mins from my order time. he mentioned that there is lack of drivers, only 1 driver per shift. So, I told him to cancel the order since it will take a long time and I will submit a report of complaint about this issue
As a loyal customer I have to submit this report of complaint to many channels and I will make sure that it will reach even the higher management to take a solid action on this repetitive issue

We ordered 2 small pizzas online, one of which was thin crust. My husband picked up the order without opening the boxes and came home.
The thin crust was burned all around the edges, dry - barely no sauce on it, and the dough was so hard it was uneatable.
I called the store to complain, was put on hold so long that I had enough time to drive back to the store with the phone still on hold as I walked in - more than 15 minutes.
The manager was nice and refunded it all, but I feel this is no way to represent the Domino brand.
I do have a picture but am unable to download it at the present time.

I went in and ordered to pizzas 2 toppings and 1 was sausage and pepperoni and the other chicken with spinach with Alfredo sauce they charged me as if I ordered a specialty pizza then called me up as if my order was ready and we get to our destination and one of the Pizza boxes was empty... so I called the manager didn't apologize or anything just said I could come back and get it I asked what she was going to do to compensate me for the trouble she said nothing but then offered a lava cake but when I got there the pizza was on the counter not even staying warm and the manager tossed the lava cake on the counter and said nothing else

I have a concern about one of your commercials. The one where the man is running with scissors. My friends 4 year old daughter just saw it and goes on look mommy it is safe to run with scissors. Why I realize it's up to parents to monitor what their children. This was a commercial on during cartoons. I think that this comercial is sending the wrong message...

I ordered 2 medium 1 topping pizza and 14 peace plain wings and the guy who took my order on phone had a very bad attitude like he didn't wanna take my order. So when my food was delivered they gave me hot wings with hot sauce all over wings. I called dominos back and told them they made a mistake on my wings plain wings.. NOT HOT WINGS DRENCHED IN HOT SAUCE MY. 4 YR OLD SHOULD HAVE TO EAT

Placed order for pizza delivery to U of M hospital from your Plymouth, MI location. Order was over 2 and a half hours late after calling twice, then when order did arrive, it had incorrect topping on the pizza! I was told to give my phone number to the manager on the next time we ordered to receive a $10 credit toward another order. Upon ordering the next time, about 2- 3 weeks later, was told by the in store manager on duty that there was no note, coupon or information linked to my phone number to have the last order made right! Very disappointed in the customer service, especially when we order so much from this location for the hospital!

We have been a customer for a long time and have ordered the same pizza and chicken for years and ordered today 06/04/2018 and took pizza and chicken home and was the worst pizza and chicken have bought from this store, pizza was not cooked, very few toppings, very oily, cut improper, chicken was burned, am very disappointed, have been dealing with the same cook for years and have never had a problem, if not resolved will post on yelp

This store is really the worst.I have ordered from her more than 5 times and whenever I do it's always something.The food is always great and hot bit the customer service is terrible.They never pick up the phone and when they do, they keep u on hold for 20-40min.The pizza also takes longer than usual..ALWAYS!

I ordered pizza at 6:30pm and called them at 8:00pm asking what happened and why my pizza never arrived. They claimed that the order was never made and I needed to wait another hour. When I complained and said that I had been waiting, they put me on hold for 10-15mins. I hung up and attempted to call again and catch another worker. They took my information and told me to wait a little while and then hung up on me. This isn't the first time something like this has happened either. I've had to wait upwards of 2 hours for an order and I've frequently gotten my order cold. This place has terrible customer service.

My family and I are visiting the Fort Wayne Indiana, Stadium location downtown and we ordered 3 large pizzas and three 2-liters of pop for dine in and the manager told us they are out of cups and plates. What kind of restaurant Doesn't have plates and cups? This is the worst dominos pizza I have ever been to and they don't deserve to have the Dominos pizza name. Shame on you manager

I called to the Emporia location and made a delivery order and paid for it. Over 30 minutes later the shift supervisor Terrance called nd said they do not deliver here. I just recieved a delivery here last week. The address here is 2500 Rodgers Road Emporia, Va which is 11 minutes from the store.He quoted his policy says 15 minutes away. When I asked his name he got smart and when I asked the district manager name he got rude again and said he busy but gave me tbe name David Tillar. Too many times have I called and been really rude to nd also when I come in its the same thing with inside service to others. Ordered a pizza around 7:30pm from Richmond Cambie and 5 road. May 29th 2018 .Was asked specifically if it was for a pick-up or delivery. I said delivery, twice. Phoned back an hour later and was told it was on it's way. Phoned an hour and a half later and was told it was for pick -up. Then that they had no order from this number or address. I find it repulsive when customers bring in their dogs and claim them to be service dogs with no visual indication of being a service dog. Everyone knows service dogs are not to be touched by people except their owners. I complained when Dominoes
workers were coming out from their work stations and petting a dog that was supposedly a service dog. First of all your not to pet them and second the workers were supposed to be making my pizza. YUCK. This was Battle Ground, Washington Dominoes. Something needs to be done.
