I ordered a large pizza from store #2029 in Oshkosh Wi on March 18th, 2023. The order was under the name Lathrop. When the pizza arrived, it had a piece missing! I immediately called the store to report what happened and whoever I talked to seemed to think it was funny. Needless to say, I was not very happy. Having a piece of my pizza missing was nothing to snicker about in my opinion. Very poor customer service! I asked for a manager and got someone else on the phone (not a manager). I asked when the GM would be in and was told the next day at 4pm and her name was Jessica. I call on the 19th and was told that Ryan the GM would be in the next day. At that point, I decided I would probably continue to get the run around. They did send out another pizza which we chose not to eat due to the childish actions on the phone (who knows what was done to that pizza before we got it). We decided a frozen pizza was out best option at that point.
The point of this email is to let you know what is happening at store # 2029 in Oshkosh, WI. Experiences like this will drive your customers away. I love Domino's pizza but I will think twice before ordering it again!

I been a customer at this location for about 3 months I order a pizza to be delivered. at my home the Night manager to my order I always order a Thin Crust pizza with sausage with jalapeno peppers on the side. I received my order, and it was a cheese thin pizza. I called the store back and the manager answer the phone I let him know my Oder was wrong. He said my order was correct. I said to him that I always have sausage on my thin crust pizza I then ask can I pay the difference to get sausage on my pizza he told me no if I want it with sausage, I had to pay for a new pizza I ask him why because it was his mistake he hung up the phone on me and I tried to call the store back and he would not answered the phone. So, I had to go to the store to get my money back he told me I order a cheese thin crust pizza not with sausage. I said to him you hung up the phone and did not answer the phone, when I tried to call back. then he still said I was wrong because I did not order the correct pizza then another girl manager came from the back of the store and started to tell me I order the wrong pizza too. then the manager told me he gave me a refund last week. And I said yes, they did because my food was ice cold. He said it would take 8 to 10 days before I will receive my money back on my card, I said to him it should be back on my card within 10 mins like last week. He was so rude and unprofessional to me I will not be returning to this store again He made me fill like I was trying to get free food from them and that is not the case there has been so many times my order was wrong or ice cold or had to wait at least a1 hour to get me food that was order. I would like my money back on my card within 24hours or I am calling a lawyer to handle this matter.

Recently the dominos near me has been getting bad. Pizzas wrong, late, burnt etc.
I live in Canal Winchester OHIO. I ordered pizza yesterday and I think it may be the last straw. I ordered and did tracker at 723pm it said Jessica started my order. (Delivery) At 923 pm I went to the store because I was unable to reach them by phone. TWO hours after ordering pizza! When I walked in I asked to speak to the manager. There were TWO staff in the place. I said I ordered two hours ago. She states it is just us here we are doing our best... I said I have been calling to cancel and no one answers. She states they disconnected the phone since they were not able to take anymore orders but they were getting ready to do mine right then. I left and cancelled my order. This is insane! Last time I did curbside and it took 30+ to get it AFTER I got there! AKA they had not started that one either. I bet I have had 4 "free" pizzas lately due to error and I have never used them bc that is painful too. This is quite possibly my last attempt to purchase from dominos after yesterday. Do better for the next people.

I always order piza through dominos and we absolutely love it. WE are stric vegetarian's and always order a veggie pizza. WE just ordered a large pizza and garlic knots on Tuesday, march 7th and were very disappointed with the pizza as the pizza wasn't well done and had a lot of sauce & cheese on it. I hope this wouldn't happen in the future cause we won't be ordering pizzas from Dominos anymore.
Complaint Pizza quality worst,burt ,stale
I am very disappointed from your services, on aturday nith 4th March 2023 I had placed order Large Pizza I recieved and paid as per bill, when I opened it was burnt and stale, I called my local area serive center but he did not take me serious and disconnect the call, we pay for branded food 100 times more than local food then why should we do compromise on food.
In very polite way im asking for my refund money.

On Sat. Feb. 18th I attempted to use a coupon for a free 2 topping pizza I earned online. In doing so, for whatever reason it didn't give me or I didn't see where to put the offer code in and my order went through. I immediately called the store to explain my situation & was told when I got there they could fix it. In addition to my "free" 2 topping I ordered another med. 2 top. I even printed out the coupon from my e-mail to make things easier, so I thought. When I arrived the lady informed me that she couldn't take my coupon it wouldn't go in system like that since I ordered online. So, on top of that I was charged $30.xx for 2 med. 2 top. pizzas. Had I known I'd be charged this amount, common sense would have told me that could have ordered 2 lg 2 top. pizzas off website for $10.99 each & got more pizza for less cost. When I explained that to the lady she said "well, I've already processed your payment. Sadly, this isn't the first time I earned a free pizza & didn't get to use the coupon. I don't like to complain, but what's the use of "free" when it's not.
Pizza delivery
I order 2pizzas and an order of specialty chicken barbecue bacon yesterday. My food was cold and burnt. I did a complaint last night and received one free pizza. I call to talk to a manager last night about my issue and he gave me a free order of chicken for today. I order the same food today and had the same issues. I spent 33.00 last night to no satisfaction and given halves of what I order. I am not please tonight sent the free pizza back and gave my grandkids the bites which was cold.
Desired outcome: I would like to received my whole order fresh and hot.
National advertising campaign
Your finished products are descent as I purchase them locally, quite often, here in rural VA.
The problem is your stupid national advertising campaigns on the $3 dollar credit is failing because it is stupid.
Focus on your quality, not something your patrons don’t want to be associated with.

I completed an online order January 11, 2023 I inadvertently ordered a pizza from the Mountain View, CA store in error. I was in Cypress, TX at the time. I tried calling the Mountain View Store for hours total 10 call no answer, however some calls did go to the call center which they could not help. No one answered my calls or even return them. Call Domino's so call customer support spoke with a guy to explain my story, then he indicated they would get with the store and refund the monies charged. There has been no follow through, no one to contact at domino support just a voice mail used the bot for a return call nothing... No call or response. I've waste so much time on this, which has led me to write poor review all over the internet and tell as many friends as possible. They don't care about the customer. They just want to take your money!

Pizza
I paid $50 for two medium sized pizzas through the app from the Bundoora store on the 3/1/23 at approx 7.40pm.
I had a guest over and it was so embarrassing that our dinner was ruined!
When the meal arrived, which was also late, the pizzas looked like a small and the taste was terrible. It didn't even look like a normal pizza.
I contacted customer service via the Dominos feedback form and they said I would get a full refund.
My guest paid for the pizza through the app on his phone, as I had troubles seeing on my phone. BUT I then paid him the $50 in cash because he was my guest and I felt so bad that it was a terrible dinner experience.
I asked them to refund the money to my account as I paid for the pizza but then they stopped replying. I find it rude and disgusting!
Desired outcome: I would like the full refund sent to my bank account please which they promise is their satisfaction guarantee.
I think their communication skills are pathetic and need to be upgraded.

At around about 5:20pm today January 1st, 2023, I placed an online order for large pizza with mushrooms and pineapple topping. It was a pickup at one of your stores, located at 8403 North Michigan Road, Indianapolis, IN 46260, phone number [protected]. I called to follow up on my pizza and a male store assistance answered the phone, he sounds drunk, drugged or probably tired over the phone. I was having problem understanding him. He was rude beyond appreciation, I finally got through to him, he told me that my pizza order was received. I got an email saying that my pizza order is in the oven and should be ready in 8 to 10 minutes.
I went there to pick up my pizza the door was locked, but I can see them through the glass door they also can see me, and they were laughing as I was knocking at the door. I pressed the bell to alert them but they now seriously and hysterically laughing, ignored me and totally refused to open the door. I was at the door for about five minutes and by this time I was totally displeased and went back to my car.
I am very sorry I want to eat your pizza; I will never buy your pizza ever again.

Domino's deceptive mix & match promo advertising
Domino's used to have a Mix & Match Promo which would allow the customer to buy 2 items (which were pictured in the Ad) at $5.99 each. However, in October 2022, Domino's increased the price of the Mix & Match Promo to $6.99 each, without changing the picture of the items implied to be part of the promotion. I recently bought 2 Pizza's, and was charged $7.50 each. When I asked Domino's about it, they told me that pizzas and several other items cost more (which is included in tiny print at the bottom of the ad), despite the fact that they are pictured in the $6.99 Mix & Match Promo Ad. This is deceptive advertising intended to trick the customer into ordering items with higher prices. They should not show pictures of any items in the $6.99 Mix & Match Ad which are not going to be sold for $6.99. Ironically my brother just gave me a $200 Dominos gift card for Christmas, and I told him to take it back since I refuse to ever spend another penny at any of their stores. They literally left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will tell everyone I know that their business model is based on deception!
Desired outcome: Domino's must remove pictures of any items in their $6.99 Mix & Match Ad which are not going to be sold for $6.99. They also must stop using all "bait and switch" tactics to trick customers into paying more than advertised prices in Ads.
Too long to get food
On 12/26/2022 at 7:32 P.M. central time I ordered on line a medium deep dish pan pizza with extra sausage, extra pepperoni, and extra mushrooms, with a 2-liter bottle of COKE. I checked to track order and nothing was happening. I called to find out what was happening and the supervisor said it will be approx. another 45 minutes. When all was said and done it was 2 hours and 25 minutes to get my food delivered. I went to my local Dominoes Pizza and talked to the shift manager and took the complete pizza back about 11:40 A.M. on 12/27/2022 and explained to her what happened and she we can give you a $12.00 discount. I told her this was not satisfactory but she said that is all she could do. I told her I spent $34.96 and would like a refund of all but the $5.00 tip for the driver that was included in the total and I will keep the coke for my inconvenience. Jordan was the delivery person and was very nice. She said I would have to call corporate and would not give me her name. This is my 50th year in retail and I realize all of what can happen in the customer service part of a retail business, which has been my strong suit and job for 50 years. The company I work for now is a multi billion dollar company per quarter and cooperate does not even want to here about things like this and gives us the authority to handle all customer complaints. Take care of the customer it is not your money. Like I said before it was a little before 10P.M. central time which is to late to eat and the pizza was cold. In the age of communication choices I think I should have been informed of how long a delay it was going to take. I hope this is not the image that Dominoes wants to portray.
