Domino's Pizza Domino's Pizza Quality Has Taken a Nosedive - My Review

I used to be a big fan of Domino's Pizza, but now I can barely eat their food. It was about 13 years ago when they made a big deal about "upgrading" their recipe, and I personally didn't like it. Especially the sauce. But I still ordered from them every now and then. However, in the last few years, their quality has taken a complete nosedive. I used to drive for a living, and it was always quick and easy to call ahead to a Domino's wherever I was driving, pick up my order, and keep on trucking. You could always count on there being a Domino's nearby 90% of the time. I've eaten Domino's pizzas from Arizona to Florida and everywhere in between. My issues with them are not specific to one location. They never put enough cheese on the pizza, and it always tastes bland. The bread is hard and tasteless, and the sauce is way too acidic. It's like they deliberately overcook the pizza. In my opinion, they are now in the same category of quality as Little Caesars. The only thing I can stomach there is the soda. However, I will say that I rarely had any issues with the staff as far as customer service goes. And like I said before, I've been to many locations across the southern US.

Domino's Pizza Disappointing Domino's: Undercooked Breadbowl and Poor Customer Service

So, I recently ordered from Domino's Pizza and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. My breadbowl was seriously undercooked and almost as flat as a pancake. And to make matters worse, it tasted like it was covered in dish soap. I mean, come on, how hard is it to cook bread properly? I've complained about this issue several times, but it seems like no one cares enough to fix it. It's really frustrating because I used to love Domino's, but now I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.

I've been told to stop ordering the breadbowl if it's never fully cooked, but that's not the point. Domino's needs to learn how to cook it properly. I'm tired of complaining and getting offered a "free meal" as compensation. It's not like I'm getting anything different, and it's not like the problem is being fixed. Whenever I try to contact someone to get more information, they're always conveniently out of the office or too busy to talk. It's really starting to feel like they just don't care.

At the end of the day, I shouldn't have to keep complaining. Domino's needs to learn how to cook bread or stop selling it altogether. It's really that simple. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make some changes, because I know I'm not the only one who's had this issue.

Domino's Pizza Terrible Experience with Dominos Pizza in Columbia, MO - Avoid at All Costs!

I had a really bad experience with Dominos Pizza in Columbia, MO. I wouldn't recommend ordering from any of their locations in this area. The management was really rude and the employees didn't seem to know what they were doing. The service was just terrible overall. I ordered from the location at 1502 Columbia MO and it was a complete disaster.

First of all, my order was completely wrong. It took almost an hour to get it, even though the store was only three blocks away from my motel. I had to have a 30-minute discussion with the manager, whose name was Will, just to get him to fix one part of my order. It was already 10:30 PM and my group was at a State Wrestling tournament. We were really hungry and just wanted to eat something before going to bed.

To make matters worse, the food was really bad. We didn't even get to eat until almost 10:00 PM, which was really late considering we had to be at the arena at 7:00 AM the next morning. I was really disappointed with the whole experience. I tried to upload a picture of the terrible food we received, but I couldn't find anywhere to do it.

If there was a way to give a negative rating, I would definitely give this location the lowest possible rating. I don't think I'll ever order from Dominos again after this experience. It's really too bad because I used to enjoy their pizza, but this experience has completely changed my mind.

In conclusion, if you're thinking about ordering from Dominos Pizza in Columbia, MO, be aware that you might have a really bad experience. The management is rude, the employees aren't qualified, and the service is terrible. I hope they can improve their service in the future, but until then, I'll be ordering from somewhere else.

Domino's Pizza Terrible Customer Service at Domino's Pizza in Lubbock, TX

I called up Domino's Pizza to place an order for their $7.99 carryout deal. The lady on the phone told me the total was $16 and some change and then hung up. When I arrived at the store, I told her that I thought I was charged for two pizzas, but it's always been $8.65. She explained that the coupon needed to be applied to get that price. I reminded her that we ordered the $7.99 carry-out deal, and she asked if I wanted to apply the coupon now. I said yes, that was the whole point. The total then came to $12, but I still felt like something wasn't right. She argued with me, saying that we ordered four toppings. I explained that we ordered a large pepperoni pizza with half jalapenos and half pineapple, which only counts as two toppings since each topping is only on half of the pizza. I told her to cancel the order, and we would order something else. However, the guy was already cutting the pizza and closing the box top. I was trying to bring up their coupons on my phone when the manager yelled at them to make us a plain pepperoni pizza. I asked her to wait while I looked up the coupons, but she didn't listen. I asked to speak to the manager, and to my surprise, she was the manager. She was the rudest person I've spoken to in a long time. This was my first time at Domino's in over a year, and the rude people made sure I won't be back. There are too many good places to get pizza in Lubbock to deal with people like this. I even took a picture of the manager on my way out.

Domino's Pizza Rip off

I did an online oder for delivery at 11:09pm 06/17/2023.

Order #333 number of store [protected] Address 105 s. Dixieland ste. C Lowell, AR 72764.

I payed with credit card and I was charged for the order. A few minutes later I received a called by Heather saying my order couldn't be delivered. Because they did not had enough drivers and my order was going to take longer so they couldn't deliver. She ask if I could do carrie out and I replied yes then she said I will be charging you twice and I said why? she said carrie out was cheaper and my $30.62 dollars was going to take 24 hours to get back to my account I felt she did not wanted to take my order I decided to canceled the order.

Desired outcome: If you don't have enough drivers at a certain hour to post it online. So no one has to order if they choose not to Instead of being charged.

Domino's Pizza Placed order online and Manager rude?

I placed order online but I never got pizza. I called store location and manager said store was closed. I asked order to be cancelled but I still waiting. In the meantime the website would not allow me to report an issue so I tried corporate phone number but no was available. Most likely I will try ordering from another location or another company. Domino's Pizza The shift management staff

So I call the store a lot to ask for delivery and I often get we can't deliver because my manager is not here today or I'm by myself today and I'm the only one here at my store and they say we can only do carry out only today often this happens often like today I called today to order delivery today but they said they can't because she's the only person there and the manager isn't coming in today so I'm here by myself I also thought that was pretty unsafe a single female employee in the store by them selves on a Saturday I see the General manager in there a lot in there during the day but hardly ever see any other managers

Desired outcome: Get more responsible shift management so I guess the desired outcome would be more staff and shift managers that want to do their job more so the the management aspect since it's lacking severely

Domino's Pizza Service

On Sunday, May 21, after driving home from the beach, we decided to order our favorite pizza from our favorite pizza place... Honolulu Hawaiian. I placed the order online around 4:40 and watched the tracker stall at 4:57 at "quality check." As the minutes clicked by and it never moved to "delivery" I thought maybe something was wrong with the computer. Anyway, at 5:40 I called the store and was told that my pizza was "next" to be delivered... no apology or anything. All she said was they were short staffed. It had been sitting in the warming tray for 40 minutes! At 5:45 the tracker moved to "delivery" and we received our pizza at 6:00. When we opened it, the box was soaked in grease. The pizza was warm, not hot, and when I took a bite, I didn't get the yummy, gooey cheese that I usually got. It was rubbery. We also ordered extra pineapple but I would be surprised if we got extra... didn't look like it. AND there were NO roasted peppers on the pizza (see picture). We still have pieces in the fridge... just not good. I have also been trying to change my email. The one on my profile (james. [protected]@cummins.com) is obsolete (I retired). My new email is [protected]@gmail.com. The store we ordered from was in Rocky Mount, NC.

Desired outcome: I'd like a response and I would like either a refund or a coupon for another pizza.

We are getting harrased by some man at dominoes on 14 don't give them any information we went there and got a call a few mins ago I gave Taran the phone the man asked if we ordered pizza from there he was like yea about an hour ago he's like that's what I'm calling about the man was like well did u or your wife pick it up Taran said I did he's like look I saw you and you were super cute and I wanted to see and know if you'd wanna meet and have coffee Taran asked to repeat what he said he did and then Taran hung up he called right back I answered and he said can I talk to your husband I said no that's not gonna happen he said why are you the gate keeper or somthing I said you do know that I can call your manager and report you for sexual harassment right he says please don't look the three of us can get together and have a good time a 3 some we called to talk to the manager he claims that he can't prove that one his employer did it and that supposedly there system has been hacked and that someone is getting all there info and there under police investigation and yet I didn't even call my order in I did it online cuz he said when u call in someone else does the order not someone from the store and claims there Using a dummy number but it pops up as there number and the guy that first answered sounded just like the man who called us harrasing us

Domino's Pizza 16hr + with no pizza and no refund and no comm

Dear Domino's Customer Service,

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with your service. Yesterday, at 7:28 PM, I placed an order for a pizza through your app, and it was supposed to be delivered within 90 minutes. However, to my utter dismay, the pizza never arrived.

I had invited some friends over for a get-together, and we were all eagerly waiting for the pizza to arrive. As time passed, we kept checking the app for updates, but there was no update on the delivery status. Finally, after waiting until the middle of the night, my friends had to leave without having anything to eat. This was a complete embarrassment for me, and it ruined our evening.

Your failure to deliver the pizza has caused me significant inconvenience and embarrassment, not to mention the wasted time and money spent on the order. I demand an explanation with compensation and an apology for this gross negligence on your part. As a number 1 Pizza company in the world (which only you claims), I expect better from your company.

If your company and staff is incompetent to prepare and deliver pizza then why even take the order ? And till now after 16hr+ there no email stating the same or no apology SMS/CALL. like really ? And where is my money ? Do Customer need to remind you that pizza is not delivered then you refund them ? totally gross and pathetic.

I look forward to hearing back from you with a resolution to this matter.

Desired outcome: I demand an explanation with compensation and an apology for this gross negligence on your part.

Domino's Pizza Received wrong pizza

Store # 8095 - ordered through the App 2 pizza. One was free due to accumulation of Pie pts and the other was from an order last week that was setting right with anyone, tasted funny

Tried calling store was on hold.

4-12-23, i ordered 2 pizza; 1 pepperoni pizza, and 1 thin crust with beef, peppers and onions. well, i received 2 pepperoni pizzas. What the heck is going on. the driver was courteous and no problems there but my receipt shows what i ordered but i received something different.

I order a small gluten free pizza on 3/25/2023 #767 and they charged me full price and where they should have charged me 11.99 but full price was 22.99. When I order it I did hit the button for the discount. Domino's Pizza Amount of toppings

Several times in a row now, I have ordered a large with pepperoni, and this is the last straw. I just ordered from you for the last time. There is hardly any cheese on it at ALL. And there are only 20 pepperonis. There is supposed to be 40 pepperonis on a large Dominos Pizza. I know from working there for years. 20 pepperonis, and no cheese. It was all overcooked dough and not even edible.

I do NOT CARE about your food cost. I do not care about your manager's bonuses. I am sick and tired of you being stingy with cheese and toppings. You just lost another customer. There is supposed to be 40 pepperonis on a large dominos pizza and you always put 20-25 every time.

As a company you are not doing well and are losing customers, and you just lost another one, all because you are CHEAP with cheese and toppings. All the other chains are better than you.

Desired outcome: No amount of free food is going to make up for your incompetence of not knowing how to put cheese and toppings on a pizza.
