I need help importing my passwords from a old device to a new device. I have spent hours upon hours trying to do this. The information to sync and back up is not clear and when I paste in the code it says connecting for 30 minutes and NEVER DOES. I am so frustrated that NO ONE CAN HELP me and there is no 800 number to contact them. I have signed up with Privacy Pro for a full year now and need help. This is so ridiculous and I feel that there is no support. I wrote URGENT in my request, and its been hours with no reply. Sad and frustrated.
