I bought a pack of three boyleg underware from your branch at the waterfront. Size M however once I got home the three panties were all varying in size despite saying Medium on each label of the panty. This unfortunately is not the first time. I've bought shelley bikini 3pack in the passed and turned out that the elastic around the legs and waist were sewed the wrong way so it irritated my skin. I had to wear the panties inside out to avoid this. Obviously couldn't take them back because they had been worn. I will be returning this latest pack because it's just ridiculous that this passed quality control? Please advise, I will take this further if necessary. Zoe.[protected]@gmail.com

I purchased Shelly underwear from Edgar's in pavilion about 2 weeks ago. I am very unhappy with the quality. I purchased 2 packs of 5 for my daughter and 2 packs of 5 for myself. Most of my daughters are falling apart and some of mine as well. All the stitching come loose. I am disgusted and the price you pay. Especially from Edgar's been a good quality store. One unhappy customer.
Very unhappy about poor quality shelly 5 pack underwear. 3 out 5 are not stitched properly and cannot be worn as a result.
Quite unhappy with Shelley underwear this year. Bought a pack of 5 and very quickly they got holes or the elastic loosened. Just bought another pack last week and the same size as previously bought is too tight with less give in the elastic.
I purchased ladies Shelly size small panties and to my amazement they didn't even fit.
Way too small.
And a week into washing and wearing them the stitching on the sides are ripping slowly.
What pathetic quality
