My wife bought me a watch at edgars on the 5th of october as my birthday gift...i used the watch for 2 days but then the belt was not holding up on my hand..because edgars thavhani mall at thohoyandou limpopo it is about 180km i then waited for month end but did not use the watch anymore..when i returned it on the 2nd November 27 days later i was told they can bot exchange or refund me because 7 days have passed..i took out the receipt which shows that only cellphones, airtime and magazines can not be exchanged..but the rest of the items can be exchanged within 30days which in this case i went within 30 days...the 7 days rule is not written anywhere in the receipt and it was not explained upon purchesing the watch..i spoke to Reymond the manager there and he said there is nothing he can do..i called customer care and spoke to palesa modise who also said if the store can help theres nothing she can do..
i realy feel let down by the unexplained policies and misleading information
i left the watch there and i need my refund as the service exprienced there is very owful
