Edible Arrangements fruit arrangement that was ordered as gift

placed online order of fruit arrangement as a birthday gift for 12/31/2019 for delivery on that date. Finally was deliverd on !/4/2020 When i called to track my order they said i put Delivery date for 1/31/2020. So i told them i put 12/31/2019 it finally got to the person on 1/4/2020. the wrong one was delivered so driver brought back correct one . The new one was rotten had to be thrown away. Im very upset about this sisuation was a special birthday gift . When i called to talk to someone said they could refund me 50 percent and that would be all they could do.Im not understanding why a full refund cant be done reference number [protected]

Edible Arrangements large snowman village

I am a returning and frequent customer who up until last week, has been very satisfied with all of my previous arrangement purchases. I placed an order on Sunday, December 22, 2019 for a large snowman village to be delivered on Saturday, December 28, 2019 to my boyfriend's house. He was hosting a family holiday gathering. The arrangement was beyond scarce, in addition to having a very limited fruit selection. I was very embarrassed when it arrived. Obviously, I'm extraordinarily disappointed and extremely dissatisfied with the arrangement, especially because I paid $142.27. I am asking for a refund. The arrangement was delivered from store #1607 in Parsippany, NJ. If you provide me with an email address, I can send you pictures of the arrangement that cost me $142.27. Thank you, Kendra Dino.

I ordered a 12-count classic indulgence box for an anniversary gift, and all the bananas were completely brown and rotten. The apples were also not ripe at all, and were not edible at all. The whole box almost had to be completely thrown away. If you could please rectify this situation that would be great, as I did not receive the product that I had ordered and was as marketed. Edible Arrangements bad service

I ordered the 2020 platter and 6 piece box of pineapple. Pick up was for 7pm. I arrived at the store at 6:30pmvand the store was closed. I called the store and they answered saying they had closed at 6 and will not be making the platter. Very disappointed. I came the next morning and tired to order the 6 piece of pineapple and the lady said it's not the 9.99 price that it showed online and she would not give me the price.

My order # W0079887974 Arrived and the arrangement was not as pictured on line. I purchased it because I loved the way it was picture and that was not what was received. I should be advised that my order would not be delivered as pictured. The picture to the left is the website photo and the other photo is what was actually received. Edible Arrangements delivery (customer service)

Here's my story:
Here is the issue. I couldn't enjoy the arrangement because of the bad taste in my mouth in receiving it.

When ordered, it was advised there would be a cooler left on my completely enclosed and covered front porch with a cooler and ice packs. She notated the account as she was told DO NOT LEAVE WITH NEIGHBORS! She had asked can neighbors receive and It was advised absolutely not. And she said she put on the order about no neighbors and the coolers.

Well, at a little after 10pm that night the door is knocked on and it is the neighbor with the arrangement. The problems are: it was explicitly advised to not leave with neighbor. Cooler was ready for arrangement. No reason to leave with neighbor.

The card was intimate and was in plain view to be read by everyone that lives in their house and who knows if they read it to the entire neighborhood, and not in a sealed envelope. Issue is, I have lived here for YEARS and not a word has EVER been exchanged with my neighbor. EVER. So you can imagine my embarrassment and shock when they are at my door at 10pm at night and I realize that one: I HAVE JUST BEEN OUTED BY YOU to them due to the card being so intimate and from another woman and two: regardless of if the card was from a man or a woman, I would be horrified that a neighbor I have to live beside and see in passing daily that's never spoken to me in years just read an intimate and personal message to me from anyone else - much less that outed me!

My personal life is just that, very personal to me. And when a delivery is made, the card isn't a big deal because I'll never see the delivery person again. But my neighbors are different. And this is unacceptable! At a minimum, put the card in sealed envelopes if you are leaving them at strangers doors to deliver them FOR YOU! Even when explicitly requested to not leave at neighbor under any circumstance because we don't know each other and have never even spoken. I don't even know their name. It it was awkward receiving from them and thanking them as our first exchange of words ever. Authority was given to leave in coolers in front porch left unlocked and absolutely no neighbors. And she said she had notated as such.

My warning to you the client. Be careful about delivery if you provide them options - they may just ask your neighbor to deliver anyway. If you aren't close with or if you don't know your neighbors, you may want to reconsider.

UPDATE: the lady at the store said she's sorry. That the driver couldn't fit the arrangement in the cooler. Which I am attaching pics of it in the exact cooler I had outside with the five ice packs inside. So it does fit! And next, even if it didn't fit, you were told to not deliver to the neighbors and you said ok I've notated the order to not deliver to neighbor.

She offered that the card has a smoothie coupon on the back. WTF - I don't want a free anything - but funny because all the cards have that on the back and I received that regardless of issue.

WHAT I do want is for you to learn a CUSTOMER SERVICE LESSON: when a customer specifically says "do not deliver to neighbors" DON'T. You said ok to this and noted the delivery info (so you say), yet did the opposite. If the chocolate melts it's on us as we said to leave it in cooler and you agreed to. If you wouldn't do that, then say so when on phone with you. And when you say ok to no neighbor delivery, honor what you agree to!

Poor, terrible customer service.

Edible Arrangements edible arrangement

I sent a Edible Arrangement to a Family member that was Delivered Oct. 9th 2019. The fruit in the basket is not fresh, the fruit is mushy and appears as if Frozen fruit was used. I've placed several orders in the past, this is the first bad experience I've had.

Edible Arrangements non-delivery of product

My husband ordered an edible arrangement to be delivered on Sunday, September 29. The representative called me (the recipient) that same day to say that the driver had already come to that area for the day. I gave the rep my husbands number and assumed that it would be delivered the following day. It was not. My husband is currently deployed. When he was able to give me a phone call a few days later I asked if he cancelled the order because I didn't get it. He said he didn't on Friday October 4 I called asking about the status. The woman who answered the phone said the manager was out and would call me on Sat if he came in, if not first thing Monday. Monday comes still no call. I call back and the rep tells me that the manager is busy and will call me within the hour. No call. I call back. The rep puts me on hold and then hangs up. I call back and continue to get hung up on. It's 4pm, I drive 2 hours from Seattle to the store because they keep hanging up on me. I get there and the rep asks how she can help. I tell her the issue, the throws up her hands and tells me she can do nothing. I ask to speak to the manager she said no, he's gone for the day. I ask her to call him so I can talk. She refuses. She then says all I can do is have you call him. I say no ma'am. That won't work. I've been asking to talk to him all day for the past 3 days. Just get him on the phone. She says no. Storms to the back and calls someone. The strip mall security comes. I continue to tell her to get the manager on the phone. She refuses. She goes in the back again and says she's calling the cops. I said if that is the best way to mediate the situation do it. I need help and you're not helping. She comes back and calls me and angressor and tells me how does she know I'm not lying, because people like me always come in and lie about an order to try and get money. I said well not me. I'm instantly offended being a black woman, because the assumption is that blacks do this. This woman is yelling and screaming and I'm doing the same. But she and the security guard are acting like I'm the threat all the while she's throwing racist jabs. I feel so violated by this store and the actions of this employee. She keeps threatening me with calling the cops, I said go ahead I need help and you won't give it. Shortly after the manager arrives. Even though it was said that she can't get ahold of him and he's out of town. This franchise is not living up to your reputation of excellence in service. Please speak with the manager and the employees and provide customer service training and sensitivity training to avoid instances like this. This is a despicable trainwreck and it makes it worse that a military family was preyed upon. I would like to be contacted regarding this matter.

My delivery was never made for my aunt's 60th birthday yesterday and when I called to just cancel it they basically hung up on me but not before saying they wouldn't give me the $14.99 delivery fee back! Edible Arrangements problem with delivery

Specific instructions was for them to deliver it directly to my mom, because my mom is very particular about her food.The direction was for them to go to her section at work and deliver to her.The lady just left it with someone at the desk and left.I know my mom will not eat it.The lady gave me attitude when I said I gave instructions for a reason.I am extremely disappointed in this delivery.

Edible Arrangements my complaint is due to the fact of how unprofessional and untrained you employees are

I ordered a edible to be delivered on 9/11 ‘yesterday' and for one I didn't receive a delivery time, 2 I received a email that the arrangement was delivered at 3:12 pm and at 3:24 I received a call from driver to help them get to the delivery location I gave her the address again and even gave instructions how to get there step by step.At 4:14 pm I received a call from driver that she went back to the store and turned it back because she couldn't get to the address, she stated that in 30 min it would be delivered by another driver that knew the area, by 5:45pm still now deliver so my wife went to the store to see if she could at least pick it up now that the surprise was over and to our surprise the store was closed lights off and no answer at all and this was at 6:00pm. This morning I called to get a refund and was informed that the arrangement was at the store.Truly disappointing results

I called the customer services on today the lady on the phone was very rude and hang-up in my face. Didnt show no type of customer services over the phone, for this reason I need not spend no money with this company . Edible Arrangements 12 count chocolate dipped strawberries

I received this package as a birthday gift from my work colleagues and feel awful to let them know that within a couple days of receiving the gift and refrigerating the box, every single one of the strawberries went bad-seriously, white fuzzy mold had grown on each of them. I had eaten only two at that point, so all ten remaining strawberries were bad and unable to be eaten. I mentioned the incident to a friend who positively stated perhaps I had simply been given a ‘bad batch.' I hate to think that my experience with receiving my one and only Edible Arrangement was such a poor one. Certainly a shame...
