I definitely was not a fan of my first experience with this new location that just opened in January 2019. An order from Edible Arrangements is my go-to gift for birthdays, mother's day, newborns, and just because. I was excited about this location opening on Malabar Road because it is closer to my home and I figured I wouldn't have to spend the extra $15 for delivery as often as I typically do. My cousin welcomed her first baby on Wednesday the 17th, so after seeing they close at 6pm I stopped into this location on Thursday the 18th around 5:50pm on a whim to see if they had any fast fruit that I could bring up to the hospital. There was an employee helping another customer, once she finished I inquired about an arrangement. She showed me the one arrangement available, it didn't look very fresh so I said no problem I wasn't really expecting them to have anything but wanted to check. I told her I would order online for another day. On the morning of Tuesday the 23rd I put in an online order for pickup at 6pm. Almost immediately after submitting my order I received a phone call from an employee at 8:49am telling me that the store closes at 6pm and asking if it would be okay to change my pick up time to 5:30pm. I told the employee I selected 6pm because only half hour timeslots were available but I planned on being there around 5:45pm. She said that was okay and told me she would change the pick up time to 5:30pm just so there was a time to have the order ready by. I said that was fine. At 4:30pm I received another call from an employee (not sure if it was the same as from the morning call) telling me that my arrangement was ready and wanting to know when I would be picking it up because they close at 5pm. I said they close at 6pm and explained that I even spoke to an employee on the phone in the morning that asked to change my time to 5:30pm. This employee reiterated that they close at 5pm and that my pick up time was inputted as 5pm not 5:30pm. I explained that wasn't my fault because I had given permission to change it from 6pm to 5:30pm and that I would not be able to be there until 5:30pm. I was again told that they close the doors at 5pm almost everyday. I said online their hours are until 6pm and even their door reads until 6pm. I also brought up the fact that I had stopped in the previous week right before 6pm and there was an employee and another customer. I was told that they only stay open longer on occasion to meet "business needs". Well imagine my confusion at that point. I thought me having placed an order that morning, already paying for the arrangement, and selecting a timeslot that was available on their website was a "business need". I was told that they close as 5pm but they could probably stay until 5:30pm for me to pick it up. The tone from the employee was that she was very annoyed. Mind you I am NOT a complainer. This is my very first bad review. I won't even send back wrong food, but this just really rubbed me the wrong way. I felt like the employee is used to getting off at a certain time and most likely had made plans and was trying to make sure she got out by the time she wanted to, but at my expense. The arrangement itself was correct but I will not be using location #1676 Palm Bay, FL again.

Yesterday, I received an edible arrangement from the store in Rocky Hill, CT that was delivered to 3 Stillmeadow Lane, Berlin CT. Upon arrival, the delivery man had the arrangement loosely in his front seat. The watermelon was not fresh looking or tasting at all. All the blueberries were either fallen or squished on the prongs. The kiwis looked not whole and squished / choppy. The only thing that was good was the pineapple. My significant order Copeland Whitney sent them to my house for an anniversary and I was disappointed with how they came. I would appreciate if you could refund him. I ordered a tasty touchdown ultimate father's day basket on 6/15/19 online. I wanted it delivered but they said it couldn't be delivered, So I said I'd pick it up 6/16/19 at 930am. I was running late and attempted to call the Middletown NY store several times and was unable to talk to a live person. When I got there around 1030am I was told I would have to wait another 15 minutes because it wasn't ready. While I was waiting I was going to buy some more fruit for my other relatives but the coolers and displays were empty. When My basket finally came out It wasn't what I ordered. It was not in a football and they had no father's day balloons. I was very disappointed. I would appreciate if you can straighten out this problem promptly because I have been a loyal customer at a variety of stores

6/3 received an email from Edible (for my birthday) with a code for a FREE 12 count of Chocolate Dipped Fruit
6/12 I place an order on-line for a 12 count chocolate dipped fruit box and the FREE coupon code comes up as INVALID
6/14 I call the Massapequa Park NY Store # 942 and speak to Grace ---who was lovely & helpful ----and the FREE code does NOT work for her either
6/14 Grace gives me the customer service # of 203 774 5357 and I call the number and speak to Olivia
6/14 Olivia tells me she CANNOT help me with a coupon code and that I need to email: rewards@edible.com
6/14 @ 11:28 AM (NY Time) I email rewards@edible.com and tell them all of the above & that the code doesn't work
6/15 @ 3:00 PM (NY Time) I receive an email from IMAN @ Edible that says I need to call the store directly (which is what I already did on 6/14) or provide my contact details and she will place it for me
6/15 I provide my phone # to IMAN and do NOT hear back from her
6/16 (FATHER's DAY) I get another email from IMAN asking for the location/date/pick-up time and order & she will place the order for me
?WHY did she ask for my contact details on 6/15 if she wasn't going to call me?
After all the back & forth I did not get the dipped Fruit to bring to my Father's Day celebration . I have all the emails if you would like to see them

I have been using edibles arrangement for a while now. Never had an issue until today. On mother's day I chose a mother's day package for a $127. I asked my mother to not go nowhere as I sent a surprise. All day my status read "packaging" then after 7:00 I received an email that a delivery was attempted. I immediately called my mom and she advised that no one came and no one called. I immediately called the store and I was advised that they couldn't deliver it due to no one being there I asked what number did they call and they just repeated the number I wrote down. I asked the cashier what was the name of the person whom called and he couldn't give me a name. He attempted to have the order redelivered the next day from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. I informed me that did not work for me. He placed me on hold and said he would talk to his manager for a refund. He then advised me the refund will be available to me 3 to 4 business days. Today it's 5/22 I call the store to get an update on my refund and the girl that helped me advised me they have no recollection of my call. She put me on hold and advised me manager knows nothing about refund and that they went ahead and attempted anyways to deliver the arrangement on 5/13 therefore I'm not eligible for refund. I have copies of my call log and how long I was on the phone with them on mother's day. I'm beyond upset that they would rather loose a client over $127. It's bad business. And what angers me is their ability to try and cover their [censored] to make a sale. It's disgusting. It was a mother's day gift...

I ordered an arrangement and a box of chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered to my brothers house on May 11th 2019 from the storein Monroe CT. We were celebrating Mothers day with our mom for the first time since our dad passed away. The arrangement was delicious but the chocolate covered strawberries were absolutely disgusting. They were so over ripe and slimy that noone could eat them. When I called to ask the store if they could send another box the manager told me they couldn't. I explained to her how disappointed we were and then she said well, you can come pick up a box here from the store but only a 6 ct(i had ordered a 12 ct). The store is not close to my brothers and I truly didnt want to leave my family. I asked for a refund for the strawberries and was denied. I would like either a store credit or refund since the strawberries were sent to us the way they were. Those employees should be ashamed of themselves for sending them out like that

I run a restaurant and as a business woman i can't shake the way i was treated at the Rockville Centre location today. I placed an order for my mom on Saturday they claim i misspelled the address and It is quite possible i did BUT the address (that was off by one digit) that i gave actually doesn't exist anywhere in Rockville Centre. If you look on google maps It is actually just a sidewalk. So instead of calling me they claimed they delivered It to this address that is indeed a sidewalk and someone else signed for It so It is not their problem. So if someone accidentally puts an address that isn't real the drivers can just chose where they want to drop It off and then it's my loss? This is HORRIBLE. I called the Rockville Centre NY location this morning and the lady was taking down my information and i thought It was to look into It, instead she was "looking into It later" as she had things going on and hung up the phone. I had my mom call as the gift was for her, and she told her the same thing that she would give us a call back sometime this WEEK. I just spent $92 for something that went god knows where and you can't tell me anything!?!?!? Now I'm angry and i get into my car and drive SIX TOWNS OVER INCONVENIENTLY SO SOMEONE CAN HELP ME. Once she realized i wasn't leaving she was NICE enough to give me "something similar to what i ordered" what she gave me was skimpy and honestly just RUDE. I wanted to get the hell out of there i knew this nasty lady wasn't going to do anything about my problem and was trying to get over on me no matter what. For all i know the driver saw the arrangement address was non existent and gave It to his own family and now i have to suffer?! That's horrible customer service. I am sick to my stomach she said she gave me something equivalent to what i ordered and the only thing EQUIVALENT was the damn balloon. I got a largest mother's day bouquet u can order, it was $92, i had a $10 coupon so it was originally $102 There was no melons there was no cantaloupes I got three pineapples and 6 grapes and honestly It was a snack in the face to a paying customer i will NEVER come back for my family or my business I'm disgusted I'm being ripped off...It is the principle! mother's day fruit arrangement
I order a mothers day fruit arrangement to be delivered to my mother in law in Texas. I spoke to my mother in law around 2:30 on Mothers day and she informed me she had not received her gift. I called the store on5124 Fredericksburg Rd San Antonio TX and they said they would deliver by 7 pm their time. Around 5:45 pm the same day someone from the store called to tell me they were not able to complete my order, therefore, would not be able to deliver until the next day! They offered no compensation or anything! Well, I was offered a refund that will take 8-10 days to process, how sweet of them right? I called corporate and of course they were of no help either, this whole company is a joke.

My edible arrangement was nasty. All the fruit was sour and the chocolate covered strawberries were mushy. This is unacceptable considering the price! I want some sweet fruit in my arrangement. The honeydew and cantaloupe was extremely hard and not ripe. Although the arrangement was pretty it was not edible or enjoyable, I would have rather been taken out to dinner for Mother's Day than to receive this. These arrangements cost entirely too much to not taste good. I'd like my mom refunded or to receive a delicious arrangement.

I needed to reschedule a delivery and was told by the driver to call the store (folsom, ca on east bidwell). I did just that. When the manager of the store picked up I began to explain why I was calling. I spoke maybe 4 words and was immediately cut off with him asking if I was home. I explained I was almost home (less than 3 minutes), and he cut me off again saying, "well what's almost home?" of course he did not ask with a kind tone of voice. So of course i'm taken by surprise by his tone and explained to him my understanding of the delivery policy. He cut me off again and began to give me 2 choices, but he was being very rude about it. Not once did I ever get to finish a sentence, and after about the third time, of him cutting me off, I began to not listen and try and finish my explanation of the situation (trying to keep my tone of voice calm). Apparently he did not like that, and told me I was rude and I was interrupting him. Even though this whole time he had been interrupting me every time I spoke. Not once did I have a chance to finish a thought. So of course I became angry. When I become angry, I lose all professionalism. So I handed the phone to my husband because I didn't want to say anything that could get me into trouble. And this manager was speaking very rudely to my husband and yelling at my husband (I could hear him through the phone). When we asked the manager his name, he refused to tell us. Then he hung up on us.
My husband is a calm person and only wanted to mediate the situation. This manager told my husband he was being rude even though the manager was the only person yelling.
I've seen the reviews for this particular franchise and they have 2 stars. Most of the low ratings are due to this manager. He has also hung up on other customers, so I know I am not the only one to have experienced this.
He refused to cancel my order because of "policy" and I was willing to give up my $100 order. He had my money, whether I got the arrangement or not. There was no reason for him to be so rude and condescending. It doesn't matter if the customer is wrong. When we give you and your business money, we are always right. If we have a concern or complaint, we should be heard and not interrupted. Even if we are wrong, we deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism. That is what we call "customer service."
Please, may someone fire this manager or train him to be more professional. He does not listen to his customers, and apparently loves to hang up on them. This should not be the representation of edible arrangements.
I may think it's overpriced, but was willing to pay, so that I could give a unique gift rather than the same old bouquet of flowers. However, the way we were treated, I do not think I will ever even think about ordering an arrangement again. I'll just buy the fruit from the store. It's cheaper that way anyway.
If you know mother's day weekend will be busy and chaotic for you, then accept it and just go with the flow. If you don't want to deal with customers and don't care, then don't open on this holiday. I, as a paying customer, don't care if another customer before me ruined your day. That is not my problem.
One positive, the driver/delivery guy was friendly and professional. I know he was busy and working hard today, so I appreciate him making the delivery. Whether or not he cared about the situation, whether or not he was irritated, he still kept a smile on his face and delivered the arrangement without any hostility. That is a professional. Thank you to the delivery man!

You had one job, Never ever ordering from any of the Edible Arrangement stores again!.. Like seriously its mother's day!.. I came home from work in which I work in the food business to find this for my mother, anyone could of called me which is why I typed my phone number in and replaced it with something else but to charge me it wasn't a problem. I truly don't understand.
