I placed order number W1002289656 on Tuesday 5 January 2020 at 4:00 pm CT and received my confirmation on Tuesday 5 January 2020 at 4:27 pm CT. I went on to the tracker at 2:00 pm on Wednesday 6 January 2020 and tracking advised the order was out for delivery. This was to Ethos Dental who is open from 8 am CT to 3 pm CT. As of this writing (2:47 pm CT) the order has not been delivered. I called the store and spoke with a gentleman who told me the driver is out delivering and he could not give me an update. I asked him to call the driver and advise me of the status. I was on the telephone with Ethos Dental when he called back and he did not leave me a message on the delivery status. I called back immediately and a lady advised the order is out for delivery and I asked to speak with the gentleman who I spoke with 10 minutes ago and she advised me he is out. I asked about the order and she hung up on me. I called back and advised it was me and I spoke with the dental office and they were getting ready to close and still had not received my order and she hung up on me while I was still speaking. This is unacceptable customer service - I spent $132 on thank you boxes for everyone at the dental office who are only all in on Wednesday mornings and here it is - office closing time and the thank you boxes have still not been delivered. This is unacceptable service and the owner should not be allowed to operate a Edible store if they cannot provide the service requested.
Desired outcome: Complete Refund and Order reprocessed and delivered at 9 am next week Wednesday
Get Well Fruit arrangement
I sent a $70 fruit arrangement to a cancer patient following surgery. It was delivered late in the day, which was fine, but the following day, everything but the pineapples was moldy and could not be eaten. Very unsatisfied and embarrassed! I feel for this kind of money, it is right to expect a fresh product. The recipient only told me because she knows how expensive these are and she felt bad that I didn't get what I paid for.
Desired outcome: Fresh arrangement resent to recipient.

Buyers beware!
I ordered an edible arrangement order woo89566526 for my sister's 70th birthday she posted a picture and when I saw it, it wasn't what I thought I ordered so I called the store in phoenix where it was delivered through.
She said that's how I ordered and I said no I thought it had something else. She wouldn't give her name and was extremely rude. So I hung up on her. My sister called me the next day and said some of the fruit was rotten so I called corporate (daniel) and they said they would have it replaced. I said thank you and asked my sister if she ever got the other and she said no. So I called corporate once again (unis) this morning and this was a different guy who said the store said I was rude and a liar! Really?! I am done and I will make sure to tell everyone how sad t6his store is as well as how corporate is. I will never order from them again. I threw 65 dollars out the window. Talk about bad customer service!
gift order of chocolate covered fruit
I was gifted an order of chocolate covered fruit. Received the order and the order was melted and crushed. Called to report this to Edible Arrangements.
New order was sent. Received the order in the same condition, un-edible.
(This had been sent as a condolence gift for my family due to the death of my mother).
I sent an email regarding the second shipment, and received no response.
NOTES:'
FIRST: I was told by customer service at Edible Arrangements after the first order that this was to be the only replacement. I understood that, but i expected at least an apology for the second un - edible shipment. I didn't rhear back from them at all.
Secondly: When I called about the first un-edible shipment customer service did off to refund my money. I did not select that offer because it was a gift and didn't want the person that sent me the gift to know that it was not edible.
Customer Service at Edible Arrangements is sorely lacking. Here's what happened to us on 12/22/20:
Received a cheesecake platter and candy as a gift. Driver rang the door bell but by the time I could get to the door he was on his way back to the truck. He left the cheesecake platter directly on the dirty mat in front of the door! The platter was not in any kind of bag or over-wrap for protection; there weren't even any small tape-like safety seals on the packaging. Not even so much as a shopping bag to protect the items. I called the driver's attention to the fact that it was unsanitary to leave the platter directly on the mat and that he could have used one of the patio chairs instead. I called the local store who gave a lack-luster response to the situation. I then called corporate and to ask about their delivery procedure. They verified that it is their policy to avoid putting any further protective packaging around the product, because it would disturb the product during the additional packaging. Furthermore, they did not seem to be too concerned about the items being put on a dirty outdoor surface because they expect that the customer will repackage the desserts once they receive them! They also confirmed that they expect their drivers to do 'contact-less' delivery.
I can understand the need for contact-less delivery, but there needs to be a clean, hygienic way to do that! And food, such as cheesecake, shouldn't be left out on a warm day with temperatures above 40 degrees! And it's not a good idea to leave foodstuffs out in the open where squirrels are known to play and sometimes feral cats roam the neighborhood.
As if the annoying delivery wasn't aggravating enough, the product quality was poor. The brownies were hard (either stale or over-baked?) and some of the cookies were these small odd-shaped bits that looked like the dregs or scraps from the ends of rolls of cookie dough. Definitely NOT the kind of gift I would want to be sending to someone else!

My mother thanked me, but told me never to order from there again, for the most part, the fruit was terrible.
Apples were bad, melons were hard and sliced at the core.
My mother told me it was a disgrace and you should be embarrassed sending that out.
I would personally like a refund. Guess I will stick with flowers.

Deplorable customer service that has not been addressed by the manager. The manager and the location is avoiding and denying help towards my concerns and the money taken from me. I understand that on holidays especially on Mother's Day deliveries must be busy, but to receive a basket at 11:10 pm when my mother had already gone to bed and then for my sister to check it and it's all melted and water all over the basket and the strawberries hot is unbelievable, plus it was delivered in a regular car a personal car not a van where things are kept cold!. My mother was waiting patiently I just recently moved from California to Arizona and she is recuperating from leukemia. The lack of carelessness by some people is amazing! Are people really that STUPID? I can understand that on holidays, businesses such as Edible Arrangements are under lots of pressure to keep up withe ramped up pace of orders and deliveries. Unfortunately, sometimes they will resort to using contract workers for delivery. That wouldn't be so bad if they at least had the common sense to give the drivers a huge cooler and some dry ice or multiple cold packs to keep the product just a bit fresher! From reading the reviews on Edible Arrangements posted here it seems obvious that what the company cares most about is reeling in the dough from customers and to heck with everything else it takes to run a viable business and to keep customers happy.
Basket of fruit
Chocolates delivered but no basket of fruit. Daughter phoned, no apology just we will deliver tomorrow. Turned up next day but fruit was going over. I asked for it all to be delivered on Monday 13 April. Very disappointing and awful customer care. I made a complaint by filling in a form. Was told 24 to 48 hours response, nothing. I was too embarrassed to tell my organization, because I know they spent money and it was a wonderful thought.
