I was treated unfairly
I was ignored and treated bad by a sara and a victoria
Told id be working from may9th2019 until may12th2019
I was fired for no reason on may9th2019 after I worked only four hours
I was hung up on the phone by "sara" and yes after she fired me for no apparent reason
They were very unprofessional. I could have burst into tears from how they didnt bother to train me
The place smelled of mold
The walls were caked up of filth
I told them id be suing them for workers discrimination.
I have contacted the EEOC and a lawyer.
I have screen shot photos of any conversation ive had with employees@ this location
Why anyone would have not choose to care about their treatment towards me.
My ancestors were slaves and I thought americans have moved passed the unfair treatment towards blacks because of slavery
This location did the complete opposite.
I worked only four hours
I did not have a bad attitude I was more than ready to work
And I work and didnt even get paid for those four hours on top of everything else

I am writing to complain on an employee that you have working on your store. I received a free box of chocolates coupon for my birthday this month. I called the store before processing it online and they told me to just do my order online and it should be free and that if it charged me they will fix it I'm the store. I was charged 32.00 . Went to the store for JAY to say that she told me the wrong info over the phone and that she was not giving me my chocolates even tho she had already used my coupon and when asked why was she being so rude to me she she said because she can and walked away. I asked for the manager and she then told me that I can find one on my own. So I told her I woke contact The corporate office And she said go right ahead and walked away. I'm very disappointed at the way I was treated in that store !

I am writing to complain about your stores in Worcester, MA. I have been a loyal customer for years in Worcester and the customer service lately has been nothing but awful at both locations! The staff seems to be clueless and rude to say the least! Beth at Pleasant Street location is the last one I dealt with and she should not be representing this company, she doesn't seem to care about pleasing customers! I will not be using Edible Arrangements in the future!

I am complaining about the customer service at your store in 2320 w oregon ave.. The girl(s) that work in there have no idea how to run a store... I called several times and was told that my daughter birthday was in route that was a lie... I was hung up on which made me and my husband ha e to go out of our way to pick this gift up which was supposed to be dropped off by your people... Its only one driver at this place of business... I am very upset and want to be compensated on my purchase which was wrong and I had to pick it up... I am a upset customer and want all of my money back...

On March 20, 2019 I placed an order for my daughter in law for congratulations on passing your finals for nursing school. Order # W0074887412 Total was $47.08. First attempt she wasn't home, was just asking about what time no one could give me a straight answer at the shop. Second attempt today I called this morning to see about what time and was told the van was in the shop so they didn't know, so I ask if they could call her on there way, and yes they did. A young lady finally had the delivery today about 1:00 was rude and said she couldn't believe she had to go this far it was 33 minutes from there shop. I understand that but they should have never taken the order than, and should had never said anything like that to the person getting the gift. Very wrong. chocolate covered strawberry
There was two out of my twelve strawberries that were awful and rotten and no I will not ever eat this product again because the chocolate masks the strawberry and that taste was so atrocious. The strawberries were rotten and when you bit into them you got a disgusting flavor and the chocolate coats the strawberry so you're unable to see the rotten coloring but it was horrible...

My delivery for Valentine's day 2/14/2019 never came for my wife. I paid for this 1 week in advance to make sure it would be delivered on time to my wife. Well…I received NO call or NO email about either being late or sorry…we are on our way….NOTHING!
Now I verified everything before paying & leaving the store…everything sounded perfect.
My wife was PISSED OFF at me thinking that I forgot! So I go to the store and told the manager about my experience and asked him when deliveries are running late do you call your customers and let them know? He said NO. I asked ‘ why do you not call your customers and give them a curtesy call to let them know the driver is running late but your order will be delayed today…or even tomorrow….something! He said ‘ We do not call customers here ‘
Wow….I was just getting more Pissed and at that point I wish that I took my wife with me so she could here this guy…bragging that he is the owner of this Drexel Hill office and he can run it anyway he wants! A woman walked in when I was getting my refund and she did not receive a call either or an email stating that her order was late. She found out that they lost her order and could not find it. At least they found my order! She paid for her order too. It strikes me funny that this guy is an owner and has no customer service skills AT All. He has extremely terrible customer service qualities. I will NEVER use Edible Arrangements delivery service again in LIFE…..If I do by something from Edible I will surely pick it that same day or next day but it will be a pick up. I will also let my family and friends know about my experience.

My only regret was that I did not video tape the owner and how bad he put his customers down when myself and the woman was questioning him about both our orders…but mainly hers because he just gave me my refund back for a HUGE inconvenience.
Oh yea….He also ordered one of his co-workers who apologized for our inconvenience and she said ‘ how can we make this right for you guys ?' …..he immediately sent her to the back room and told her not to come back out. Great Customer Service Right! NOT!

Delivery made 2/15 and just sat until 2/18
Called the store 15 times and phone was busy every time
Called store manager ("Tish") was rude, unprofessional and uncaring..just said they were busy and she could not take time to discuss. She put my phone call on hold for 25 mins until I called back from different phone. Matter was resolved with new arrangement sent. I will NEVER use this store again!

Irritated, mad, upset, frustrated are a few words to describe how I feel about the awful and worst customer experience I have ever encountered. My husband ordered from edible arrangements, and at a little after five, after I had already left work and was headed home, I receive a phone call from a 601 number, when I answer the lady tells me she works for a delivery service, she tells me she can me meet me in hobby lobby parking lot, which I might add is in the same parking lot as their business, so how is this possible, my office is less than five minutes from their location. She also told me it was her last night in Hattiesburg, she hated it here. So after I get in the car and pull out I realize that its from edible arrangements and so I call the store to speak with marcus, who yells at me and tells me his driver told him I would meet her, I told him that she told me to meet her at hobby lobby, after him yelling again, I told him I would reach out to their home office and I have still not heard from them.

I bought in two separate dates, a dozen of chocolate dipped strawberries which (according to a promotion on my account at the time) qualified me to get a free dozen.
For my surprise, the reward was never granted. Customer service simply lacked a genuine desire for resolution.
Even though my account status now says "Reward on its way...!", I will never get it. To bad, I did not "print screen" the promotion on my account as a piece of evidence. I simply feel the company stands by unethical marketing and promotion techniques and lie to consumers.

christmas arrangement
Received a surprise gift basket that was being sent to my job on day I was not in. Went to pick up basket and was greeted by smell of fermented fruit on my arrival to the store. I could understand how there may be smell as fruit if after all perishable and was under the excitement about receiving the basket. I get it and home and decide to wait until next morning ( about 8 hours later) to dig in, and find a pineapple covered in chocolate soft, smelly and nasty tasting. I go to the cantaloupe and it like the rest of the basket is water logged. I call into the store immediately and explained to woman what happen. I was asked to hold on while she called a sup. After about 5 minutes she returned and asked me how I stored the basket, I explained to her in a cool secondary storage hall which I use for everything from fruit, to eggs, to soft drinks. She then stated that I was at fault for the fruit being bad and her sup said there was nothing she was going to do but I can call in the next day (Christmas Eve) to talk to her. She was also less than customer friendly considering I had a whole basket that was paid for that couldn't eat, and I dint want a refund but to at least have the basket replace as I reported the problem in a timely manor. I decide to call the customer service number and am told procedure is to give local store a change to call and was assured id get a call the next day. It has been 3 days and I have yet to get a call. Not sure what kind of customer service this is but its unacceptable and something so simple has be handles poorly.

I placed an order for 3 separate arrangements all of them were wrong, one was even the wrong size then what I paid for. After contacting the local store they were unhelpful, and even went as far as saying that everything was fine with the arrangements guess I'll be challenging the charges cause I'll not pay for substandard product and even worse service

This is my 2nd time writing as my husband received a very $ arrangement when he came out of the hospital. Three people ate it out of 6 and there answer was you probably had a virus. I nicely tried to tell them check the fruit, send us another arrangement since I had to throw more than half of it in the garbage or refund the purchaser. I will make sure no one I know and the companies I know send these arrangements as gifts all get this email. You made a poor judgement on not replacing something or refunding us!
fundraiser fail
I was contacted by the company turn time over who said that they could set up a fund raiser for my daughters school through edible arrangements. I decided to proceed with the fundraiser as they said they would take care of everything for me. The fundraiser lasted 10 days from November 9 to the 19th. After it ended I contacted the company to find out how it went. I was informed I needed to speak to the store owner. When I spoke to him he said he had no way of tracking who ordered from my school. I find this very hard to believe as there are eight grades in my school with at least four classes to each grade. And not one order came through in 10 days. I need this issue to be resolved as my school has not received one dime. The school was to receive up to 20% of the days direct sales and we got nothing. The stores location is in Drexel Hill Pennsylvania. The owner was not helpful and did not seem to care.
salted caramel gift basket
On Thanksgiving eve I received a large salted caramel basket from my brother for my & my sister's birthday. This basket would have served as a centerpiece for our thanksgiving table. I was delighted when I was told of the delivery having had your products before and like the quality of your products. Unfortunately much of the fruit was not sweet. I called the Union Turnpike (Queens) store to let them know of my dissatisfaction. I first spoke to a young man then called later and spoke to the manager. After answering a few questions she stated that she would replace the basket. I advised her how much we liked salted caramel (hence the choice) and would like it replaced with the same basket Just better fruit. She even called to advise me of the replacement fruit that may have been sweeter. I stated as long as it is a salted caramel basket we'll be happy. When the replacement basket was sent it was smaller contained NO SALTED CARAMEL. In its place was dark chocolate covered fruited apples (which I wouldn't have ordered) The basket I returned was nearly full. I even stated the lightness of the basket to the nice delivery man. As it is covered I couldn't see all the way in until I opened the basket. When we later opened it was clearly a lower cost item. I called the store to complain and spoke with a young man who tried to be helpful (delivery & phone personnel were very professional), he took my name & stated that I would receive a call from the manager in a few minutes. I received no call so I called back. The final result after expressing my frustration 20% was returned to my brother's credit card to make up the difference in price (makes sense). I was made to feel as if I was wrong. I feel that I have to make this complaint, as a customer I should have received what was paid for. As I advised the young man on the phone it is unfair to penalize a customer who complains by giving them lower cost items. I will not be using your company again and have advised my family members to do the same.

My husband purchased the "Swizzle Berries" for my birthday. When I opened it, it was disgusting! It's clearly not the picture on your web page. How can you give this to your customers! My birthday was ruined because all I wanted for my birthday were chocolate covered strawberries and this is the garbage I get. Unreal! I demand a refund and an apology immediately!
