eDreams Refund

I had booked two tickets and few weeks later the flight was cancelled by the airline, so I did contact the airline, it was successful and only a few days later the airline has already return the money to eDreams but I still haven't gotten my money back from eDreams, no customer service
I need a refund back to my card, i am still waiting for my money

eDreams Mable to rebook a flight weeks before it was scheduled to depart

Reference number for eDreams flight: [protected]
My name is John TSITARIDIS. I booked and paid for a flight with eDreams with the above reference number. A Singapore Airlines flight from Istanbul to Melbourne. Flight SQ391 from Istanbul international. I attempted on at least 25 occasions in the weeks leading up to the flight to rebook it. Each time I spoke with an agent I was cut off while on hold. I spent hours and hours on the phone explaining that I was being cut off each time and requested the initial agent to deal with my rebooking request. Every time I was put on hold I ended up being cut off.
My ticket cost over $1000 Australian dollars.
Can you assist me in either getting a refund or being able to rebook my flight for a future date.

eDreams Unrefunded ticket despite airline release to opodo

I was refunded back in April (well, OPODO/EDREAMS was refunded on my behalf) and opodo has been lying like a snake about it. They received my refund and refuse to release it to me and it's coming up on a year even though they promised a refund within 180 days and it's in their contractual obligation to refund.

I am not playing games anymore. I am organizing a class action lawsuit against this scam company and have been in contact with lawyers as well as many others who have been defrauded.

eDreams No customer service, my flight was made significant changes but I don't know what it is

I received an emergent email from eDreams that my flight from Zurich to Malta was made significant changes. But they didn't tell me what changes was made. The only telephone number they provided cannot be connected. I downloaded the eDreams App to solve such problem. I cannot login the app via my google account, which is unbelievably stupid.

Now I don't know how to contact them and I don't know what happened to my flight.

I definitely need a customer service to help me solve this problem.

eDreams overcharged for trip

I was purchasing a ticket to Brazil, the total price was one during the whole process, after completing the purchase they I received an email with the trip confirmation, on that email they had the total price as more than what I agreed to pay during the purchase. I tried to contact them to fix it, and they wanted to charge a fee for cancelling. I got not tickets + a charge in my credit card. Stay away!

eDreams Worse Service on the Planet

I cancelled a flight 5 minutes after booking it. This was 3 months ago. 30 calls and one claim later, I still don't have my refund. This despite the fact that the airline has refunded edreams in full shortly after I cancelled.

A month ago, I thought I had finally experienced a break through with edreams. I received an email from the Customer Care Team in response to my appeal, saying that I would be refunded within 10 working days. No refund. And when I phone to ask why I did not receive the refund I was promised, edream agents don't know what I'm talking about. Each time, they say I will be contacted by a supervisor in 24-48 hours. But that never happens.

When I called today and reminded the agent that no supervisor ever contacts me, the agent hung up on me. I did you not. He hung up on me.

eDreams Airlines canceled my ticket I want refund my money

It's been 8 months since I canceled my tickets and I didn't get the refund yet !

Airlines been canceled my ticket since last April 2021 and I haven't get the refund yet from EDreams
Last update :from united airlines is that they sent a check to EDreams last September 7th 2021,
(Check number 6148227)

EDreams hold my money till this moment
I need help please,
every week I am calling e dreams customer service they keep saying you have to wait without providing any accurate information.

eDreams Charged prime without consent

I have booked a flight for my daughter on October 7th to join me in Olbia. eDreams has cancelled the flight on short notice and I had to book a crossing on Corsica Ferries. The reference number is [protected] in my daughter's name: Hannah Rampton.
I was refunded on 22nd november but was charged for PRIME when I never asked for this subscription. The excuse is they sent the consent by email to my daughter but it should be sent to the cardholder, the person who is actually paying for the tickets.
It is very difficult to get hold of anyone in this company, I will never ever go on their website again.

eDreams Refund for flight cancellation

My booking reference is [protected].
I canceled my booking due to COVID outbreak 2020 and according to the policy I have the right to refund, EDreams confirmed my refund but since then they claiming that they are unable to get they refund from the airline .
They stop answering my emails, please find the latest response from the customer service

eDreams Flight booking and customer service

I booked a flight through eDreams over 10 days ago and I have yet to receive my booking confirmation. I have contacted the customer support (their automated robot Kris) and i'm assured they will send me an email within 24 hours. After doing this 3 times and never receiving a single email I tried requesting to speak to an agent; again I was told to fill in my details and I would receive an email within 24 hours. I tried this multiple times and still haven't received an email. My flight is in 3 days! I can't even book another seat on the flight directly through Ryanair because my passport details have already been used to book a seat on the flight. I am so fed up of trying to get through to a real person in customer support.

This is by far the worst experience I've had trying to book a flight or deal with a customer support issue. I'll never book through eDreams again.

Desired outcome: I just want them to send me my booking reference number so I can get my ticket and take my flight.

eDreams Request refund two years ago and still not received

eDreams Refund ticket

I had made a reservation by the travel agency to request the agency cancel my ticket on Nov 21, 2021and refund the amount to the same card to get nothing till this moment. I called the travel agency several times asking for the refund to tell me to wait for 1 or 2 days to continue the same story.
after a number of calls, I contacted with AIR FRANCE to inform they return the money to the travel agency and there is nothing to do from thier side.

eDreams report

Hi dear/Sir/Madam

I tried to cancel my flight Khartoum to Dublin, through Turkish airlines..because I have an emergency Medical reasons.
I paied Cancellation insurance when I did my booking.
I called this agency in UK number for many time, the call take more than 45 minutes to be answered, and then a customer service stopped the calls with no answers and that happened frequently, I tried to contact through their online website and through emails, but no consideration .
Really I am very regret to buy a ticket from this agency and I don't recommend anyone to do same.

Wrost service for refund process. Every time i call they lying me. Never book with edreams. I have 2 booking both has been cancelled by airline. i

eDreams travel

To whom it may concern

I have made and paid a booking to fly from Montreal (canada) to Lyon (france) on the october 3 third, with my credit card .

Flight reservation number with Air Canada: UJE2FX

I have got the option to cancel .

i have cancelled my booking on october 4th and i have requested a refund.

Edreams claim they are waiting for Air Canada to authorize the refund.

I have contacted Air canada and they have confirmed the refund to Edreams.

I am desperate because it seeems Edreams has a very bad record in terms of customer service.

I am looking for some advice to settle my request for Refund.

eDreams Refund Booking no. [protected]

Hello There

I booked at 18 may 21 for four tickets from Mel to Cairns return through eDreams to fly with Jetstar at 24 Nov 21 and return back 04 Dec 21. As a result of the lockdown in Melbourne I cancelled the tickets with Jetstar. cairns Regarding Booking no. [protected] with eDreams, I tried to get in touch with it for such a long time.

I canceled my booking no. [protected] with Jetstar and they refunded the money to you on 25 Sep 21. Please it is urgent to refund the money to my credit card ASAP because I'm very frustrated from this behavior, and tried so hard to get in touch with eDreams but I received no answer.

I contacted Jetstar and they advised me to sent an email to Travelfusion. Travelfusion advised me to contact eDreams. I tried to contact eDeams via email and your email was wrong.

I received the attached email for Jetstar to confirm the cancellation and the refund that sent to you.

Desired outcome: I need eDreams to refund the money ASAP.

eDreams I have tried to change the flight within the stipulated time and they do not want to do it.

We are very unhappy with this company. We have tried to postpone a flight more than 24 hours in advance, as premium users, and they have given us a series of excuses that were not true: first, they have said that we would have to speak with the flight company. This flight company has denied it, they say that the responsibility lies with Edreams. After speaking with Edreams again, they say that they cannot attend the request due to a system crash, as if the problem were the client. Some time later, they say they place us in an urgent service, that they will call us. An hour later, someone who only speaks French calls us. When I tell him that I don't speak French, he tells me, as best he can in Spanish, that a Spanish agent will call me shortly, which has not happened. I call them again and they tell me again to call the flight company, I tell them one more time that I have already done it and that this is not the procedure, and they start to drag me and say that I should have called before. I tell him that I have been trying since the morning and that they do not solve anything for me. Then he hangs up the phone on me. The service is lousy, they are rude and impolite. Hope someone can fix this.

Desired outcome: I want them to help me postpone my flight or refund my money, since I have made the change within the stipulated time.

eDreams Was charged a price not clearly shown to me

I tried booking a flight to france this summer and was shown a price of $845.29, luggage included. After I filled in all my information including my banking information a pop up appeared stating that my price wasn't available anymore. The new price was $1294.29! I obviously did not want pay an extra $450, so I closed the pop up. The old price of $845.29 was still on the screen so i clicked on confirm expecting to get that price or get the pop up again but it just confirmed it. When I checked my bank account I was charged for $1294.29. I tried getting my money back but was unsuccessful. Very misleading.
