eDreams Edreams steal credit card information from client

I have once made a booking with Edreams with my credit card, which is 2 months ago and the transaction went through, everything was all set. And yesterday all of sudden , there's a deduction of 59.99 USD from my credit card claiming "Edreams prime barcelona spain"!

I've never have any interaction with the website since that booking. Is there a chance that my credit card information got leaked?

eDreams Didn’t receive a confirmation email

I’ve just booked a flight. Cost on the website €1951,90. Amount booked off of my bank account is €1917,65 After payment I was automatically moved to the eDreams website but it was a blank page. On top of all that i still haven’t received any confirmation trough email. The only thing I have now is a bank transfer (€1917,65) to the following bank account: NL95 ABNA [protected] This is on the name of ‘Odigeo’.

Now, Monday I try to reach eDreams through telephone but I need a reference number that I don’t have.. then they hang up.

eDreams, PLEASE CONTACT ME! YOU HAVE MY MONEY!

eDreams Refund for flight cancelled by Air Canada

Air Canada cancelled my return flight from Bangkok Thailand. eDreams couldn't provide an alternative flight so they recommended cancellation for refund. It's been more than 2 months and I still haven't received a refund. On their automated 'Chat' they say that my refund has been processed but will take 7 to 9 days before deposit to my account. I can't get any human response on their web site so it seems they are stalling just to rip me off.

What can I do?

eDreams Flight ticket

Unable to get through a person that can really solve the issue. After a flight change, they CONFIRMED the new flight by email, but then my original flight went no-show, turns out they never changed the flight in the backend. And surprise - now they cannot help me because its outside of the T&Cs. Due to their own mistake. Of course I cannot sent them any proof because they sent emails from a no-reply email address. DO NOT USE EDREAMS

the booking has not been confirmed even after 7 days, money deducted. no way to contact agent/eDreams to get a proper reply. Checked with Emirates airlines, said that booking was made and cancelled later on. Please let me know is eDreams a cheat website? I am lodging police complain in Singapore as cyber crime against eDreams today.

eDreams An invalid ticket sold to me by eDreams in 2021

I bought a ticket through Skyscanner in July 2021 issued by eDreams (booking reference [protected]). I bought this ticket for the sum of A$3,830.82. Apparently, this ticket was invalid.

I was scheduled to commence my flight from Lagos to Sydney on 24 July 2021 but Qatar Airways refused to check me into their flight from Lagos to Doha because, according to them, my ticket was invalid. They claimed that the connecting flight to take me from Kuala Lumpur to Sydney (LUFE7V) was not linked to my other tickets. I was stranded in Lagos for months due to this mistake by eDreams. I got in contact with eDreams agent who assured me that the issue would be addressed within 72 hours. That turned into months in Lagos without any solution. I therefore requested for a refund in early August 2021 since a solution was not forthcoming. I needed the money to pay for another flight home. I called eDreams from Nigeria almost on a daily basis but eDream's unprofessional agents kept telling me different stories. They kept playing games with me including making promises without any action taken. I had to borrow money to find my way back to Australia after being stranded in Lagos for months.

eDreams has so far refunded A$840.90 (paid into my account on 10 December 2021). Almost A$3000 is yet to be refunded. I have been contacting eDreams for almost two years now and its agents keep promising that they would act on it as soon soon as possible.

I found Skyscanner quite very reliable and I have been booking my travel through your system since 2013. My reliance on Skyscanner unfortunately ceased after this nasty experience with eDreams.

I would appreciate if your company could urge your agen (eDreams) to refund my money now. If this money is not refunded soon, I will be left with no option than taking a legal action. I will then be seeking full refund of my money and compensation for the time i was stranded in Lagos. eDreams does not seem to be taking my case seriously and its agents behave like scammers often telling me lies and playing with my intelligence. This is rather unfortunate and grossly unprofessional.

I look forward to this issue being resolved promptly

eDreams Refund for denied boarding due to 2 stopover in Germany

Hello, I had booked 3 passengers tickets through eDreams. The travel was from Delhi to Toronto via Frankfurt but I had to reschedule the date and so I requested for rescheduling based on our chatting with their travel agents and the options they have provided to me. They give me options which I selected based on my budget and feasibility of travel.

I got the ticket rescheduled from Lufthansa from Delhi to Toronto via Munich and Frankfurt. It was 2 stops in Germany and so I clearly asked if I need any visa for stopover or not. They did not confirm and also no where it was mentioned. On travel date airline Lufthansa did not allow me boarding saying that Germany does not allow 2 stop over and you should check with your agency and agency should inform while booking the ticket that if you are transiting from 2 stops in Germany then you will need transit visa. So it's clearly issue from agency as they did not inform neither they put the info on their website and nor they told me while booking the ticket over chat.

I talked to Lufthansa for full refund and they said there must be some issue with your ticket and you should have been told at the booking time. Since it's booked by agency so agency need to contact Lufthansa trade support line for getting the full refund. Airline is cooperative and ready for full refund but agency is not helping me. I am looking for help from agency to process my full refund.

eDreams Refund

Regarding booking ID# [protected] and the email that I got from Edreams on 3.3.2023 which I am forwarding now, please note that I still didn't get a total refund even though this booking was cancelled within the first 24 hours from the booking process which says on Edreams website that I will get my total refund. attached the explanation of the original deducted and refund amount that I got. so I still miss $1091.96 .

Please note that there is a mistake in the system. Every time I call Edreams I get promises that it will be fixed but so far nothing has happened. 2 months passed and I called every week with no use. Also Edreams sent me an official email stating how much of the rest of the money I will get refunded ($1091.96) but so far I didn't get anything. every time when I call a representative gave me nonsense!. and hey are not professional they ask and collect with me the original and refunded amount.

the application when I was cancelling shows that there is 2 hours left to cancel for free with no charges or fees. but I still didn't get my total refund.

I never had such a bad experience like this company they are terrible.

Please check and help me with this issue.

I have called on several occasions and spoke with multiple agents.They keep on advising to wait but it has been over 14 months since I cancelled and requested a refund.

I require a full refund immediately, as per the‘cancel for any reason guarantee’

My booking and cancellation was made in 12 May 2021 and have made numerous attempts to obtain a status update.

eDreams Refund

Good Afternoon
Just wondered if you could help me?
I recently booked a Flight & Hotel deal with Edreams from Cyprus to Greece.

They took my 782 euros & said the booking was being processed, next day said the airline could not confirm the flights so have to change airline which begrudging did even though travel time was doubled and I have a 1 yr old baby (not ideal) then they cancelled the alternative the next day saying the same, at this point I had enough and requested a refund,

They agreed and 2 wks later sent 400 euros back obviously I am still owed 382 euros which I have been asking for everyday but I am getting nowhere.
Is there any help you can give me?

eDreams Misleading about refunds

On February 12, 2023, my wife and I purchased airline tickets through the eDreams online booking travel agency. We purchased these tickets for relatives of my wife who live in Hungary and were planning to have them come to the United States in May 2023.

However, one of the relatives had their last name changed due to marriage and this was an error on our part when we were entering the information to purchase the tickets. After we had purchased the tickets which included the cost of seats and luggage, we had realized that we had entered in the incorrect last name.

When I called the eDreams customer service phone number which is [protected], the representative had informed me that due to their policy of only changing three letters of any person’s name and because her name was five letters, they couldn’t make the adjustment. The same representative then told me that “the best thing to do is to cancel the tickets within the 24-hour grace period, rebook the tickets, and that we would be issued a full refund”.

We were able to rebook the tickets within the 24-hour grace period as the representative had suggested. However, we were only issued a partial refund because the cost of the tickets were $3,127.12 and we were only credited $2,515.06 which meant that eDreams kept the remaining $612.06 difference for a slight error.

I strongly recommend that you do not use eDreams as a third-party booking agency because even if you make a mistake, it will cost you dearly.

Desired outcome: Refund of the remaining difference of $612.06

Never buy tickets from these…!

Never buy tickets from these scammers!

They sell tickets, and then they say that they are not refundable!

When I bought a ticket, I paid 2 times more expensive, since they were refundable.

Money is not returned!

Says different airlines reference number.I have absolutely different!

Do not have anything to do with them!

eDreams Edeams, Fraud, without notice charging for Epime when I never opted for it.

Hi Client Service ,

I am contacting you regarding my Edreams Prime account, I had never opted for this service , not requested ePrime account, I see that you have billed me without my notice .Kindly cancel this subscription and refund the subscription cost ASAP.

In the first place I had chosen my card not be saved by the website, there is a violation that you saved my credit card information without my knowledge. Also there is no 2 factor authentication of the transaction.

eDreams Flexible ticketing

I have a medical situation and even though I paid for insurance and flex tickets, they will not let me change my flight without an additional $400. The whole point of purchasing flex tickets was to make sure that if anything happened during my trip I could return sooner than later. Who in the world would know something would happen before they even left for their trip? I feel this company has ripped me off and gave me a false impression that I will be able to change my return ticket with no issue. I now want my money back

eDreams Flight through edreams

I had a trip from MSP to Cancun Mexico t h e flight there was on time and worked fine but the flight home was canceled not by m e I had no cell phone service. I had to book a flight home for $20 more dollars & plus 3 meals and taxi and hotel . I was assured that my flight was confirmed by edreams ! The flight was Feb 18th on Frontier & spirit Air lines the flight # are on the photos. Frontier f9152 & Spirit NK481

eDreams Incorrect name

I purchased 3 tickets to Bangkok on 28Feb departure date is on 9 june, we have all confirmed the details of our tickets and then we purchased. But after that edreams sent us the booking details one of the name is incorrect. We are shocked so straight away I emailed edreams about it. But edreams keep saying they cannot do anything need the airline to do the changes, so I contacted the airline, they told me edreams can settle for us they cannot settle for us. But edreams keep pushing it back to the airline. Please do something about it. The mistake is from the system how can edreams be so irresponsible.

eDreams Service

Hi there

On the 1st of January I booked 5 Ryanair flights through edreams.

During the booking, without realising it , edreams charged me for a subscription to edreams prime (54,99 euros). I filed a refund's request on the same day.

I called the support team which promised me that money will be in my account 7 days later. Now it is almost 2 months and i did not receive any money yet.

eDreams Extra charges

I purchased a flight for 20 euros but when checking my final confirmation the price was 42.99 there was no breakdown of the costs and was not warned of any extra charges ,on my return flight I brought a ticket with luggage for 220 and was charged 290 again no breakdown of my charges. I would like to know why the high commission charges . I will not use edeeams again

eDreams refund

I have booked a trip to Milan and have paid extra to change it and to have flexible tickets. I have changed my dates but the edream customer service agent advised me to rebook new tickets to get my refund. I have been waiting for over 6 weeks now, I have been calling every week and my money is not refunded as of today.

I would like to raise an official complaint to get my money back.
