Hello,
I would like to bring to your attention the situation regarding my booking TR179557150, which was cancelled because of car being unavailable( in service).This was confirmed by Green Motion more than once in writing but still eDreams didn't accepted to issue the refund for the reservation.
They have also provided different excuses and fake information even to financial institutions( That I was not in time for pick up( completely fake as confirmed by Green Motion).
We were on time for pick up with all the requested valid documents and waited 4 hours in the airport with 2 children, to finally get the answer that car is is service and no other similar option available. Upgraded option was charged 670 euros, although should be free of charge.
Too many other issues arrised from this but I am kindly asking your help please in order to get the refund of reservation. Thank you very much !
