eDreams review: Cancel the payment request eDreams prime annual

I bought a single flight in bundles of 52 EURO
(28.05.2024) through this company.
I'm not a member and I haven't subscribed to the services either.
After a few days I received information from the bank for authorization of 55 EURO - subscription services for EDREAMS. I was very careful to benefit from the service without fees because I read on social media all the reviews.
I DO NOT HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY.
It seems like a way of cheating and obtaining material benefits without the client's consent.
In this sense, I tried to talk to an EDREAMS representative, but it was impossible for cancel all the services have offered to me and return my money.
I did not benefit from the product purchased through your company and I want the money back.
I haven't received any reply, I'm still waiting it!
