I have been a pogo member and non-member since 2001. So i have seen a few things that i think everyone who plays [and pays] and who [doesnt pay] and plays might want to know.
Every thing i say here is my opinion [correct or incorrect as it may be] . Now the big question. Do i believe the jps are real? Yes i believe [some] are real! No i do not believe all the jps are real! There is a way to find out if the jp winner is real or not [and not just by putting them in your friends list] that will not tell you if the person is real ! I will not tell you how i know thinking that a pogo employee may read this! But i will tell you there is a way and i know for a fact a large portion of the jp winners are not real ppl. I have seen a person win a $4, 999 jp and 2 daily drawings in the same week and never played but 1x since! Now do you know the odds in winning anything at all on pogo! I dont but its astronomical! So to win a jp and 2 daily drawings in the same week is impossible! And i mean impossible! Then to win and never play again is just a joke on every person who plays on pogo! Oh and did i mention he wasnt a member! There are many jp stories just like this! To many!
Heres another big reason not believe anything at all that you read about jps, daily drawings etc. On pogo!
Cheat programs, bots, etc. There are literally thousands of these programs running at all times in virtually every room on the site! And thats a fact! Pogo will not do anything about anyone running these supposed illegal programs! Even though they know they are running everywhere!Why you ask? Well to track down these thousands of programs would take time and cost a lot of money. These programs are being run by club pogo members and if they were to find them they would have to cancel there accounts. Theres no way they are going to lose the money coming in from these thousands of people! If a real person wins the jp and is caught using a cheat program they dont give them the money!Guess what the jackpot goes back to $50 and pogo pockets the $4, 999! Its a win, win, win situation for pogo to let them run on the site!I dont know if pogo makes the cheat programs and sells them under a different name or not. But who else could do it better or faster than the one creating the games! I questioned pogo many times about all the cheat programs running all over the site. There answer is always we are educating all the players about not using these programs. Not! What a joke! Outside of the 1 line dedicated to bots in their rules there has never been 1 thing mentioned on the site about not using cheat programs! This should be the first thing you read when you come on the site! It should be put up in the chat area just like all the winners are! [lmao] they want you to run cheat programs ! For reasons i already gave you! I wonder how many of these bots are being run by pogo themselves? How hard would it be to set up fake accounts and run the cheat programs? Lol not hard at all! Would take all of 1 minute to do! Hell there are sites dedicated to pogo cheats with real ppl in them! All u need to do is type in pogo cheats and the cheat programs are everywhere! Its pathetic and the people who own, run and work for pogo need to be investigated not only at the local and state levels but a full federal investigation as well! When a business has over 1 million customers and is taking working peoples money from all over the world. And there is no one overseeing them. There is going to be nothing but crime of all kinds taking place on a daily basis! Not to have every cent supposedly won on pogo verified by an outside auditor is a crime in itself! They have no overseer, no one to report to! Do you actually believe they are not going to tell you lies! If you do you obviously are not from this world!
Jackpot spinners [lmao] these spinners are the biggest joke i have ever seen! The majority of games on the site have no jackpot on the spinner itself! Now how is someone supposed to win the jp when there is no jp on the spinner! What, does it just magically appear for that special someone? I think not! Um with no jp on the spinner you cant win! So how can ppl win any jps!
Buying gems for badges [lmao] this is by far a bigger joke than the last one [lmao] ! Now i know its your money and you can do with it what you want!But just think about this! When you buy gems for badges all you in reality are doing is paying over and over and over again to play the exact same games you already paid to play with your pogo membership!There is absolutely no difference in any game on the site when your paying for these badges with gems! Its the biggest sucker play i have ever seen ppl fall for! And if you really think ppl care about how many badges you have outside youself you better wake up! [pogo cares and thats it lmao] . Not one person is going to sit there and spend 2 hours of their time going thru your 1500 badges [lmao] ! Its a sucker play and thats all it is! You give them money and you get nothing in return! The games are the same! You would get the same entertainment just playing the game without giving them your money!
Tokens [lmao] absolutely worthles! Even less than nothing! These to can be purchased any where online! When you have cheat programs running 24-7-365 accumulating millions of these worthless things a week!Hundreds of millions a year! Its pointless to enter bogus drawings with your poultry few million tokens! I have seen ppl with over 1-2 billion worthless tokens! Do you know how long it would take an everyday real player to accumulate 1 or 2 billion tokens? Hundreds of years is how long! [lmao]
Non paying players [which i currently am and always will be] what a flipn joke pogo has made out themselves. Running moving advertisements that either freeze our games, slow down the games or just not letting us play at all! Its nothing more than to tick us off so that we will get fed up with all the crap and give them money! Its total bullcrap! A game they want to play! I wonder how much their advertisers are going to like it when they see whats going on ! Im sure the u. S. Military is going to be very happy with them! Along with many others that will be contacted! Im sure they want to keep paying for crap [lmao] !
Well ppl there is plenty more to come after this so please keep up with all the latest pogo events! And please feel free to respond. I look forward to it!

I hate pogo with a passion i cant even get passed 15000 tokens, whenever i go to the black jack carnival game i always lose all my tokens whenever i increase the bid to 250, i wish i didnt waste about 2 damn days of my life on this [censor]ing [censor] so called game website they rip everyone off, im gonna just stick to my damn board games. I hope everyone that works for pogo dies and goes to hell with at&t, because im tired of being ripped off, by some greedy mfs. I repeat do not go to pogo unless you want to waste your precious time on this earth. I have 3 words for ''you go ### yourself''!

pogo has it's games pre-programmed! jps! what a joke!
now for my proof...play monopoly slots. when you click on spin watch your tokens in the chat area at the same time you click spin...your tokens will either increase or decrease before the slots stop spinning! pogo has pre- determined how many tokens you'll win!or lose!
what a crock!
it's sad cause i like playin the games, but if i wanna get screwed i'll hit the street corner!
and as for the badgehelp auto players...i truely believe that was created by pogo! this i can't prove...give me time.it's just another way for them to stay rich![which is o.k.] just be fair with the jps! which they ain't!

im pretty ticked off myself... i was booted from a room for "abuse" earlier today... along with every one else in the spades room, and i cannot play any other game either...a hacker came into the room and booted everyone out... i got a pop up that said i had been removed from the game room for abuse... now when i try to get in again, it says i have been barred from entering the room due to prior behavior... what a effin joke...

Try and start Internet Explorer without add-ons. (Start-All Programs-Accessories-System Tools-Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)) If your POGO Games will load without add-ons in Internet Explorer, open it normally (Internet Explorer icon, or thru Start Menu) and disable the add-ons that do not belong to Microsoft Corporation, or other reputible companies (ie: Google, Yahoo). You can do this by clcking Tools-Manage Add Ons-Enable or Disable Add Ons. I've seen in my travels that the Ask Toolbar, Zango Toolbar, and Viewpoint Toolbar often cause problems with the execution of Java Script (necessary to play POGO Games). If you have any of these installed, I recommend uninstalling them from the Add/Remove Programs application in the Control Panel. If none of this works, download Mozilla Firefox and access POGO from there.

Electronic Arts (EA) release date

I am very annoyed about the delay in the relase date for the sims 3, I have made a countdown for 20th of february and prepared my computer for the game by deleting files and creating space.
Me and My Friend have been so excited about it and we've been talking non stop . And then we fount out that the release date had ben delayed . We even pre-ordered it and payed an extra £10.00 to make sure it came on the release date. I admire you for your hard work and i congradulate you for how many you've sold over the years, but because of the delay i think you've completely titted it up.

I think that, at least it did come out! It's silly that you think that it's the end of the world just because you lost $80 and so on, and the release date changed! It is a game! :)

What Im annoyed with is the cost of the game and then after I start playing it, I see how the game lacks so much content that should be there. It's a big disappointment from the Sims2 and I feel I was ripped off. Even after the game was delayed, it wasn't worth waiting for it.

Yeah Only 15 days till the Sims 3 comes out! But i would have had it 4 months ago if EA would have had there heads on straight! I am a runner so, i like to go outside and train for races and stuff so i won't have much time to play it!

My brother told me that if alot of people complain that they might move the relase date for the sims 3 up and not push it back anymore... but i dout that many people would, so im done waiting, i learnt of the sims 3 in october 2008 and heard it was to come out on the 19th january2009 here (south austrealia) then i was told it was moved to the 26th of much 2009 so i waited like any true sims fan would angry but happy knowing it was still coming. now i hear its not going to be relesed till 2nd june 2009...

I (((DONT))) count my self as a sims fan anymore i might have every sims game that ever came out on pc but now they are just dust collectors in the corner of a cubard, i still really want to play the sims 3 but i think i will just forget about it for a few years and play other games that are already released im sure in a few years the sims 3 will no longer just be the dream of thousands of people but a great game, maybe then i might have the same respect and love for the sims 3 game, as i had long ago for all the other sims games.

HuskyHybrid, I think we would all be ok if that was the reason, but the reason given was just that they wanted to promote it more. Nothing about improving the game. They have lost one extremely loyal customer through this, and I'm sure they will have lost others.

I just think they treated us like dogs. We should have been told earlier, because they sure as hell knew about it before the 3rd of February!

It is not EA's job to mislead loyal fans and hoping to gain new ones. Sims fans are the kind of fans you don't mess with, we're all a bit crazy from playing on the Sims all day, ha ha.

Well sure, I am a bit upset too... And I do agree with you all, It is really upsetting.
I stood right in a store, ready to buy ts3 when my bf called, letting me know they changed the date!
I dropped my chin.
Man, was I upset..

But guys, it's not like they're doing this to be [censored]holes.
They're trying to make the product even better for us.
And I KNOW it's a bit wierd that they put the release date in June, since a lot of ppl probably will be going on vacation and stuff like that..
And hey, it's summer! Who want's to sit inside all day long?

But think about it this way, they're just doing their job.
And they wan't it to be perfect.
It's a completely NEW sims chain after all.
I think we all should be exited.
Even if i still am upset the moment I'm typing this.

Electronic Arts (EA) stolen registration keys???

I cancelled my Club Pogo account in 2007. Even after telling my aunt about all the problems I had with Pogo, she went out and bought Operation Mania and Mahjong Garden Deluxe anyways. Both were purchased in August of 2008, and she spent the extra money to have the CDs mailed to her. The CDs have yet to arrive, by the way, and I think it's pretty safe to assume they never will. Anyways, after a month of playing Operation Mania, the game started having problems. In the beginning, it would randomly close on her in mid-game. Now it's not even playable. It will start to load, connect to Pogo, then crash on her once it hits the main menu. She emailed Pogo asking for help. A few days later, she received a copied-and-pasted response from them with tips on fixing the problem. Her computer met the requirements to play, all drivers were current, we removed the game then redownloaded and installed it, and so on. She emailed Pogo back asking for more help, then decided she would stick to Mahjong until we could get Operation working. Of course, now Mahjong is doing the same thing. Here's where this gets really good... After going back and forth with Pogo from mid-October until earlier this month, we come to find out her registration keys for both games have somehow been compromised. Despite the fact that she has all the emails and the charges on her credit card proving she bought the damn games, Pogo claims that her registration keys were "either given away or stolen", and when they notice multiple people playing a game using the same registration key, they disable it. We have no idea how someone got a hold of her registration keys for both games. Besides me, she doesn't know anyone else who plays or has played Pogo, and wouldn't have given out her information anyway. Also, she scans constantly for viruses, malware, spyware, etc and nothing was found on her computer that could have contained a keylogger or something to that effect. The only thing we can think of is the game CDs that she never received were stolen out of the mail and possibly had a copy of the registration keys somewhere in the package. Since she has the proof that she paid for both games, she told them she either wants her money back, or new registration keys so she can play her games. Pogo's response: they won't refund her money, and she shouldn't have been sharing her registration keys. She has filed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau and contacted her credit card company to see if they will do a chargeback, so we will see what happens. But just a heads up to anyone who purchases a game through Pogo... Be careful. If something like this happens to you, don't expect any help from Pogo. As far as they are concerned, everyone playing is a cheater or thief.

Really!? I have a cheap low end computer and every game that i play on pogo works just fine. You cannot always believe your anti virus software unless you update it all of the time and even then it is still possible to get a virus. Don't blame pogo because a program will not run on your pc. You obviously have some issues on your pc and it's not pogo's fault.

I too am having troubles with the Operation Game I am not getting credit for the trophies so I emailed pogo stating to them I am not and they told me they need a screen shot of the game to see my stats, well duhhh didn't I just tell them I am not getting credit so of course the stats would be wrong. Also the CD that was suppose to come with the game I didn't receive and I refuse to download again for the 3rd time I shouldn't have to. Pogo needs to be aware that people are no longer going to take this from them ripping people off and all and will file lawsuits against them.

Cancelled my sunscription to POGO via their on line website a few months ago. I had the "on" switch on my desktop fixed by a reputable tech and when I tried to log on to the POGO games when I went back on line I could not access their site so I cancelled. Their site is so confusing that I can't even contact them via phone or my computer. I recently had my credit card billed for another year of service that I cannot access. Their site does not recognize my user name or password even after they resent them to me!

it seems pogo has a bad reputation, i didnt think it would happen to me, ive been a member for a few years now and have always paid yearly, but as a few months ago i started to pay monthly everything was ok now they are saying im suspended for not paying, ive tried to use my debit card to pay for the year and what im getting back is that my debit card doesnt match my name and other info, i dont understand what they are doing there

I have been a member since 2001. I am sick of being harassed by other players. I send complaints to pogo and all the do is send a nice little email saying..."we will look into this further" i am canceling my membership! I have never won anything on that site in 8 years. They are a scam and no one is going to win and from what i see in the previous complaints, i am not the only one. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH POGO!

Anyone who joins pogo with hope of winning a prize is off their rocker and playing for the wrong reason. It is a social gaming site. You can choose to socialize with other players or not. You can even turn chat completely off. I have been a member for years and I don't see how on earth you could claim you are being harrassed by other members when in fact you have to choose whether or not to participate in any chat experience. You don't have to chat, you don't have to read emails, but if you choose to be friendly you can often "meet" some wonderfully nice fellow game lovers. I play for various reasons, it is a good stress reliever, it helps distract me from chronic pain and various stressors in my life. If you don't enjoy playing games than it's not a good site for you, however, if you enjoy a fun variety of games it is awesome and I love playing with the "Mini" items! I never expect to win a prize, my membership dues is a great deal at 39.99 a year for all the entertainment I get out of it, if I ever win something that will be the cherry on top ;).

Electronic Arts (EA) unauthorized billing

Since about 8 years I play the 'free games' at Pogo (aol) but a couple of days ago I decided to become a Member! The first thing that I thought it's a little bit 'odd' was that if you pay with PayPal you have to pay 10 Dollars more! Nevertheless - I know PayPal and usually they help you if something goes wrong - I used PayPal paid the 39.99 and started to play! A few hours later I felt that this is to much money and I canceled the Membership! They tell you that you can cancel at any time and I thought that they send me the Money back as soon as the cancellation went trough! After that as I didn't get the Money I tried to go back online but my account was canceled! They didn't reimbursed me the 39.99 neither can I log on and play the Games that I paid for!

I truly think something should be done especially with so called 'Companies' like this, Money is tight for a lot of people and they just make fun of 'Idiots' like I am! I demand that they pay everybody's Money back and that the State shots them down!

Electronic Arts (EA) freezing up, getting booted, not able to play games

They keep freezing games...booting you out, unable to connect to server when your halfway into a game and not able to play games. This is a free or pay site, I have paid for the games and the probs were solved tho now I find paying to play isn't worth it. So how can us nonpayers get all these prob solved so we can play like the players...without them doing all this ### to us nonpayers? It is unfair to those who wish to not pay to play. I was playing a rated game and was winning. My opponent let timer run out and the game did not end. It just froze. She wont play and This has happened to me before. Always when I am winning

I am also having the same issue and also pay for this sight. I have checked all of the possible reasons that this is happening but have not been able to find the solution, more then a little frustrated. If any one else has any new suggestions that they have tried that worked please share

I have the same problem. I tried recently switching from explorer to google chrome and it still is happening. I have checked my connection through diagnosis and there is nothing wrong. I had assumed it had something to do with Vista, but I'm not sure. I am going to try Mozilla Firefox also to see if it helps.

I am a payer, and guess what...u get treated noooooo differently. i get booted off, freeze halfway into games causing me to lose, (every single day, multiple times times a day) i lose connection to server even tho my "caches are clean"like they say (clean all temp & cookie files, and delete all java caches-applets and such, and even going as far as changing computer settings to not allow my computer to save any java applet history or any kind of caches to my system.)even after doing all of that nonsense, i still get dirt treatment. the main problem is they primarily run thru mozilla firefox, not internet explorer. so im gonna try that route if my laptop has enough memory to install another browser. hope this helps, and i hope you dont feel any more singled out as a non-payer

I.ve been a member of Club Pogo for all of a year now, but for the last two days I suddenly no longer exist to them, they keep telling me my password is wrong, I have not changed it at all, so why have I been denied access to their site? I am calling my credit card company to have Club Pogo no longer recive payment. Why pay for something I, m not getting.

Electronic Arts (EA) Terrible experience

I had a trial version of The Sims: Life Story on my computer and I decided I wanted to purchase the full version of the game once the trial ended. It gives you a link which directs you to www.EA.com. I then proceeded to purchase the full version.

I entered all of my information including my credit card number, once I was finished and clicked submit it gives you a link to download the full version of the game. Once I clicked the link, the game downloaded to my computer and I installed it. When I attempted to play the game it comes up with an error that reads 'error:10000:78003 unfortunately there is a problem with your acct entitlement. This could be a system error or issue specific to your acct. Please try again later and then contact customer support if issue is unresolved.'

I thought it was an error with my computer system (having a career in the IT field), I attempted to find the error and correct it and that's when I discovered that the download had contained a virus and that the download itself was inactive.

I then contacted customer support, they responded back with an email stating that they wanted me to send them a text file of the DXDIAG.EXT which is used for technical support. So I did. They responded back that I needed to register the game, I attempted to register it and the site said that the certificate for the page was invalid. I proceeded anyway, entered all the information they needed and it told me that the code was incorrect for that game.

I then contacted the site back about getting a refund for the game and they have yet to respond back to me.

I bought a video game through the PS3 Store. I had no problem downloading the game. When I went to play the game, the gamewanted me to put in an I.D. and a password. The game would not accept the information. I then went to EA.com and got an I.D. and a new password. It still would not accept this information. I have also been stopped from playing any of their other games online.

Unfortunately, not only am I having the same problem, I've had issues with EA before. I previously tried to use their Sims 2 Store online, and their system charged me 3 times for one transaction. I tried for 2 months to get them to refund the money, and after 2 months of the runaround, I reported them to the BBB. It was resolved in one week.

Because this was a trial version in conjunction with HP, I thought I'd be safe in buying the full version. But I've run into the same error message. While I'm not an IT person, I have intermediate IT experience from the admin field, and have tried everything I can think of - altering registry entries (restoring them after I found it changed nothing), running virus scans, changing permissions, updating drivers, etc. - and found nothing. I recently e-mailed EA and got their standard e-mail saying I'd receive an answer in 24 hours. 48 hours later, and no answer. Not holding my breath to get one anytime soon, either. What frustrates me most is that I've done EA digital downloads in the past with no problem, and now when I do so, I get nothing but problems.

If I don't receive a quick answer this time, I will report them again if that's what it takes. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice... Let's just say from now on anything I purchase from EA will be done at a retail store, because to say their support for their online purchasing is horrible is an understatement.

I'm a CLub POGO member and pogo does not go by their terms of service. I've been harressed, table jacked, stalked, and have tried to report the players and pogo does nothing about it. I come on here to have fun. They charge you 39.95. You get no where with them you keep sending reports and they ignore them. Then they suspened players for scrolling but not for jarressment, or stalking, or putting stuff on your comp to totally shut it down. I have sent them reports about this and the ignore them and never get back to you on them. The players that do this never get in trouble.When they do this it's against POGO's Regulations and terms of service. SOmething needs to be done this site is a rip-off and someone needs to stop them. POGO doesn't care about the players they just care about the money and let plyers harress other players and stalk and put stuff on your comp to make it crash. I highly suggest people stay away from here it's a joke

I am a club pogo member 2 accounts, I have a man that stalks me daily on pogo, he now has 5 people that stalk me nonstop when i try to play games, I have reported him daily, pogo does nothing to him, he will enter a game I'm playing call me every filthy name in the book, it will not stop until you ban him. what are you waiting for, him too come and kill me? He has posted my name address, phone number almost daily and lobbies, people have quit playing games because of him, and still you do nothing, I have requested that you remove the screen names of two profiles that spoof my name and when you read these profiles he lists my name address phone number and my sons name he is a minor, , what the hell do i have to do to get pogos attention? for him to kill me, yes he said he would, my screen name is downey962, stacybangs, , the man who stalks me is bospass, robert davidson, , , the screen names that are spoofed are trailerparkdanni, and dannidenial, i want them removed now please, , i can be reached at [protected] dannidowney@yahoo.com

if you file lawsuits against people- and you lose- in texas they can go after you for their legal costs. I would think twice before filing lawsuits against people- because they can counter-sue and win against you. Expecially if they are prominent in TExas.

I would love to join, but I have no money I am living on a small income now, but I am so sick and tired of pogo ripping me off for what I did pay them every month, if I can play one are 2 games a month it is a miracle, when u report it to there tech support IT IS ALWAYS UR PC NEVER THERES.Then like u said even with the cheat games that people use pogo still control what play u have and like if u play Canasta or gin it always a one sided game whether the other player has a cheat game or not.Another words it is all up to pogo and if u complain like I do to pogo then u can forget about ever winning any games.I like to play with a real deck of cards and that would tell if theses people even know the game.(LOL)I will also tell that u have this post in the game rooms that I can play which at the monent it only 3 games.Thanks

Seems to be a constant complaint from alot of your customers. . . As you make it very easy to join your program with a credit card. . But make it very difficult to cancel your membership. . . If you have a place to join, you should have a place to cancel. . . In the mean time, our accounts are still being charged, for a product we dont even use. You should owe monies to all those that have been trying to cancel, and cant. . This is the second complaint ive made, even called the bbb. . . And no results. Please take care of this. . . Thank you

I have not been able to get into my account since you upgraded to ea games therefore I emailed to cancel my account. that was months ago then today I go into bank account and find a pending transaction to pogo games. I want my money back. you are not authorized to take anything. and futhermore you have no working number to contact you. seeing I have no way to get into my account I will have my bank contact the bbb on my behave and I am sure there are enough people to file a class suit action againest your company

I am a paying member of Pogo games, since 2001, I was playing a game of Texas Holdem, with other players, they all said be careful of this one player, she witll try to keep raising her bet over and over, and sure enough she just kept raising 4000, over and over so I called her an ###, well anyone else would to . oh by the way I did turn in a complaint against her first, then guess what I was the one banned from pogo games temparily, who knows what she said she was going to turn everyone in the room in for something or another, I am sure there were several that turned her in What should I do about this?

Not only is there edicut interpitation and rules as well as regulations screwed up, but also is there ability to inform, and to compensate for the wining in which they offer to the public as they collect millions of dollars from them. I won a jackpot from pogo in 2005 the jackpot estamate at that time which I just wrote off was approxamitly 3796.00 x 2 I never recieved confirmation of said Jackpot nor did I ever receive 1 thin dime from Pogo.com. I as many have had several incounters with abusive players. I have more than once been susspended for illigitament reasons as a result of my reports to them about improper behavior. People Pogo Sux and If you wanna give em your money be prepared to write someting similar to what I have just wrote Hagn. Remeber you get (NOT) What you pay for! I just canceled my club pogo membership with these idiots. The next day, after I purchased an album of badges to work on, I got suspended for defending a lady whose 7 year old daughter was being bashed by a group of jerks. Her daughter made a picture out of numbers on the lady's profile. These people were using very abusive language toward her and her child. All I said was: Are you people idiots? Her daughter made that picture. 45 seconds later I'm suspended. I tried to complain and appeal and was met with the same automated response message that I recieved my last suspension. Mind you this incident occured in an uncensored room. I wisely canceled my account and told all my friends to do the same. Although the games are fun, it's not worth the hassle that comes with it. I'm done with this crap site forever. You know for a site that takes alot of people's money, you'd think they'd have a 800 customer service line. It's clear that they dont care about your satisfaction.

I seem to be spending a lot of internet time trying to get pogo games to open so I can play them. I pay to play and spend most of my free time waiting and trying to get the games to where I can actually play. This is very frustrating.

after signing up on tue. 10-21-08 for 1 yr.promotion to lottso game they took my credit card no. and ran. it was suppose to be a 2 week trail before they would charge me $30.29. however they contacted my credit card co. the next day.
the next time i went into their game site something flashed across my screen and i no longer exist under my users name- koolmansc-which had always shown up to welcome me to their games. now i'm accepted as a guess only and all i get are games to sign up for that they want me to buy. koolmansc no longer exist

as of friday june 7 i called centurylink my phone provider, because computer was running sloe after they did work on my line. when i went back to play pogo everything had changed. my screen name was or should be: whiterlighter not any more its now whitelighterh. as of june 2 13 i had 18, 783, 394 not now. as of june 7 13 i had 8.99 worth of gem not any more. my profile is not the same either. so if you could give me a call at [protected] i would appreciate it very much. thank you very much kara fish

Also when a customer purchases items that you pogo sell (i.e. gems). You need to stand by customers and make sure that what is purchased is noted and appears on screen a...

Electronic Arts (EA) monthly serv charge 6.39 for on line game

My daughter Velecia E. Lee (border line retarted) was given a credit card to teach her how to use one. Her card has been maxed out and the 6.39 charge continues to appear on the card every month. I have asked Capital One to please remove the charge, they confirm that they did, but POGO/EA continues to charge her a monthly fee for "Online Games POGO/EA WWW.EA.COM CA.
