I have no way of contacting president or vice president of energy and when I ask the customer service representative they say they don't have that information to give me. I'm so frustrated with entergy having no compassion nor courtesy towards its customers. The programs offered to us is only hurting us and keeping our bill high by adding to the bill instead of taking away from the bill. I know a program. That will help us as paying customers to get ahead on our bill. Also there charge too much for electric in the first place.

I did not nor do not consent to these hazardous smart meters. I have sent several requests in writing and called to have this advance meter removed. They keep changing the date and it has been over 2 months since my initial request at my new address. I am always having power surges in the home and the meters produce extreme and dangerous levels of electromagnetic radiation. It is dangerous to our health. We had tvs to go out.. Appliances.. Cell phones and charges and electrocuted. This is violating my 4 amendment rights.. Privacy.. And other laws. I purchased a mesh / aluminum cover to the radiation exposure., now my apartment complex is threatening me with a 5 day eviction notice to remove it. Which violates my god given rights to protect myself from harm! I am a free sovereign soulful being created in the image of my lving power and creator yah almighty eternal judge!

Entergy Louisiana customer service
Even before Ida i was unable to get any one to return my calls. My bill has been estimated for over a year and i cannot get any one out to install a digital meter. All my request have been deleted from my account and I have to start over everytime I call. I have missed several days of work for a meter install that no one shows up for ( $544.00). Entergy does not care about the inconvience this causes me nor will the reimburse me for my time lost. Entergy does not even know the name of the company that does the installs for my area. worst company

I just paid a $325 light bill then yall cut my power off I had to use a check to get them back on now you 11hundred dollars. I have 3 kids her ages 2, 4, and 7 and thats just a dam shame.0i work from home and they cut my dam power off in the middle of a call. Temperature dropping, the virus is rising y'all dont have any compassion and as much money I done spent on lights how the hell I owe you that dam much. Worst customer service
My bill keeps increasing when I am using a huge amount less Entergy. I try to call and speak with customer service. First off she was rude. Second she says that my bill explains everything to why it is higher. I told her it doesn't and I want to know why. I was out on hold for 25 minutes. She comes back on and acts like she can't hear me and says a recording that she lost communication with me and then hung up. Just to save her butt. I call back 3x more times and I get out on hold with the bs recording music. NO help from any Entergy representative. This has to be the biggest scam company. Worse company and customer service ever. I would love to talk to an area manager or someone with enough power but they are all chicken and don't want to waste their times. Please call me at [protected]. I would love to hear from you. Call the public service commission and file a complaint. They are the only ones that will help. The more calls they get the better the chance they will hold Entergy accountable. The smart meters are a serious issue. They are over reading usage which in turn causes your bill to be higher. I am seeing this inthkh with multiply businesses I own. Call this number to complain. Unauthorized charges

On my October/2021 bill, (Invoice # [protected]) I had an unusual "addition" to my bill. It stated "Transfer from Account # [protected]" in the amount of $439.50. I knew that my bill seemed awfully high, so I checked my records for any old accounts to make sure that the account listed was not an old account from the past, even though I knew that I had never "not paid" an electric bill. I had to call Entergy on multiple occasions over the next several days to get the help I needed and finally get some answers to these unauthorized charges that someone from Entergy added to my bill. The gentleman that helped me actually looked up the account number, listed above, and told me the address associated with the account. I had never lived at that address, nor did I know anyone who ever lived there. It was a Little Rock, AR address in the name of Kendall Pinkney. I do not know this person except I did recognize that name. That is who I purchased my home from this past May. Like I said, I do not know this person, but I was told that he and his family moved to TX.
I was also told to pay just what I owed on this bill and the gentleman told me that he was making notes on my account about this discrepancy. He also assured me that my services would not be disconnected. On November 30th, my electricity was disconnected, forcing me to pay this unauthorized addition to my bill of $439.50 plus a late fee of $5.79 and also a reconnect fee of $2.50, which all in total = $447.79. Please attend to this and send me a refund immediately. I do not have the financial means to afford such an amount.
I am pleading with you to please find out what happened and who authorized this transfer to my account.

not showing up to connect service
During hurricane Ida, my trailer was damaged and had to be replaced. I have since replaced it and was forced to get all new permits and inspections by the parish, this caused Entergy to refuse to hook up the service until they received confirmation of passing those inspections. I was told by a representative of Entergy over the phone that after that it would take 2-3 business days to connect the power. On December 1st the confirmation was sent to them that I had passed all the inspections and they verified this. They still didn't set up a service call to hook up the power until Dec. 10th. On that day I waited for them to show up and verified online that it was still set for that day. At four in the afternoon, I called to find out when they would be getting there and was told that my appointment was set for the 17th. They tried to claim that it had always been set for that day but at my insistence, they checked and verified that it had been just changed for some unknown reason. Then they told me that the scheduled service was to turn on the three security lights, I only have one. They also told me that the service call to connect my power and turn it on was set for Dec. 28th. I complained about this and asked to be transferred to a supervisor who after a 45 min hold tried to start by claiming that the crew had been out and left because my FEMA trailer wasn't there. I was never getting any such thing and my new trailer was installed and had been inspected ( a fact that they had previously verified). I told them that and they tried to walk back their obvious lie and turn the situation back on me trying to complain that lots of people were out of power and they would get to me when they could and that I wasn't yet a customer because I wasn't paying for service yet. The only reason that is true is that they refuse to show up to connect my power. Entergy has a Government Approved MONOPOLY on power in the areas they operate in, with that comes the requirement that they provide the service. So far they are not and they should be censured by any and all government agencies that have oversite on them.
Desired outcome: All I want from this is for them to fulfill their obligation to provide power. Connect my utilities in a timely manner.
Billing
My mom's name is Karen Mcknight. She is on a fixed income she pays her bill every month yet and still she receives 2 bills every month and somehow one of the payments mysteriously cannot be found that was paid through bill matrix! On top of that her service has been disconnected after she has paid on her bill this month and she is disable. My mother lives in Baton Rouge Louisiana.
Desired outcome: Someone needs to give her a call and fix this problem a.s.a.p. and cut her services back on.
Your light company and how disrespectful energy company is

Please be informed I established an Entergy account July 2020. My anniversary was July 2021 for my $250 deposit. I was told my deposit would be credited to my account n a year. The Consumer Department Supervisor Jerry was very rude and unprofessional. Jerry wouldn't give me his last name or employee identification number. He accused me of being late wit a $18.90 bill. He wouldn't let me explain to him that I received the bill statement late. Who should I talk wit about getting my account credited and reporting Jerry. I don't know if it custom for Entergy to send a bill statement late then deny credit.

I have contacted Entergy at least 4 times that I actually got to talk to someone. All other times the hold time was too long. I contacted them concerning a street light outage back in early September., I have continued to call and report this continuously through November. I have been given the run-around What infuriates me is the fact that I've seen Entergy trucks pass my house with the bucket and capacity to replace this one light. This is a very busy street and I live alone. The corner is very dark at night. I have had to burn my porch light every night but it still does not brighten that dark side of the house. It is a corner light and it helps with the safety of our neighborhood. We have been with energy for 4 years and always paid on time. This may be the second time that we were only able to make a partial payment and they have disconnected our service on a Friday before the weekend. We have 7 children to keep warm and to feed and we have made a partial payment! I can't even get a human on the phone on a Friday evening even through the phone number they say to call for emergencies after hours! This I rediculous!

constant power failures
The power at my address, 2504 S. Tyler Street, Little Rock, AR 72204, has been going off multiple times a day, several times a week for MONTHS. Some weeks it's every single day. Sometimes it comes right back up, sometimes it takes longer.
But it shuts down whatever happens to be running in my house. Obviously, every once in a while, it's not a big deal, and is understandable. But it's become a regular thing. What gives?
Desired outcome: a response as to WHY it's so bad would be good, a solution to lessen the frequency would be great.
Customer service
It is ridiculous to leave paying customers on hold for 1 hour and 40 minutes. It would have been longer, no doubt, but I had to give up... Just like they want us to. I am Shalaii Thibodeaux. This is in reference to your [protected]@entergy.com. I sent you a notice to turn off service in my name on 7/6/20. I even spoke to an agent regarding this issue and was told everything had been cleared up. I continue to receive bills for South 17th. I have reported this over and over to no avail. I have a copy of my request if needed. I also have spoken to customer service and many others with no help whatsoever. $580.80 has been sent to me for collection, this is unacceptable. 10/8/21 & 10/11/21
I am a social worker at Youth Villages attempting to mail a third-party vendor check to Entergy on behalf of a young adult who was previously in foster care. In order to address and mail the check to Entergy, my accounts payable office needs a copy of your company's W9, given that you are an LLC. The account number for this request is [protected] in the name of Jathin Padmaiah.
I contacted Entergy Customer Service to request a W9 on 10/8/21 on two occasions and was hung up on by customer service before speaking with an agent. On 10/11/21, I contacted Cust. Service again and held for 50 minutes, when my wait time was estimated at 8 minutes, and heard a loud unusual noise on the other line for about 45 seconds before I was booted back to the main menu.
I contacted Corporate on 10/11/21 as well who transferred me back to Customer Service, as she was unable to provide an email, fax number, or W9 on her site. When the call was yet again not successful, I called corporate back and was hung up on by the switchboard operator who had previously transferred me to Cust. Service. I attempted to fax a request to the fax number listed online, and the fax will not deliver.

FIVE service calls requested -ticketed and ignored
Entergy has been contacted six separate times since 10/06/21 for emergency service ( power outage of one half of my house) and showed up on 10/07/21 to trouble shoot "flickering lights" (which was NEVER mentioned by us). They left without doing anything but shutoff our power feed then turn it back on and not 5 minutes after they left the power went back out in half my house. The reason this is a major issue is the half that shuts down includes the air conditioning! (and of course its 90 degree weather in October in Louisiana).
Emergency service calls have been made every day since then, service tickets have been issued (supposedly) and not one time since the "flickering lights' farce of a service call has an Entergy service tech fulfilled the service ticket(s). We had an independent electrician arrive today (10/809/2021) and confirm it is the feed coming from the power pole across the street -only one leg is feeding power to my house. Another call went out after the electrician confirmed it was a serious Entergy problem (sparks from the transformer on the pole) and ONCE AGAIN another no-show no-call, so a SIXTH call was performed and still NADA.
Entergy has to be the sorriest utility company in the United States with the absolute WORST customer service.
Oh and I will use caps whenever I damn well chose.

Transformer/ Meter Problem which caused suffering and Monetary Loss
Description of My home Events which occurred 10/6/21-10/8/2021:
Dim lighting began in the Master Bedroom/Bathroom. Which eventually caused a total power outage to my entire home! Power retuned with flickering/dim lighting/Loss of power to central Air condition functions, and affected major appliances. Accutemp Air Condition Technician and Electrician came and noted that my home lacked sufficient amps to run efficiently. On 10/8, Entergy came and put a temporary 220 in place, until the Major line from transformer to meter is correctly repaired. Air condition Tech. returned and put temporary a/c services in place and ordered parts needed for complete repair; which helped relived my misery and suffering being in home without an air condition during this time; which was caused by Negligence on behalf of Entergy Please see upload partial bill for 1, 385.00, with pending additional charges.
Desired outcome: Entergy to repair home correctly and reimbursements for out-of-pocket payments.

I am an Entergy customer from 1987 as well as an Entergy employee for 8 years.
I had rented 450 John Churchill Chase st; # 303, New Orleans, LA 70130 for a few years till July 2019, while I am a resident of St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.
Entergy without informing me, they placed my account for collection with Convergent outsourcing, Inc with their account number R-[protected] for $251.30
It should have never happened due to following reasons.
1. I had authorized Entergy for ACH payments from my account which they were doing for several months.
2. Entergy never contacted me for the payment .
3. I am still paying for my house in Destrehan, Louisiana . ( sadly the house is gutted due to hurricane Ida). They are authorized for ACH billing for this account also.
Desired outcome: Please waive my outstanding unpaid allowance and at least $ 500 credit on my current payments on my house since I am going through a lot of financial hardships.
