Facebook A page that is sharing my personal pictures

Hi I have tried multiple times to write to the oversight board, i wrote a defamation form against this page, nothing has been done. this is beyond ridiculous how you guys let someone create a page with my personal pictures. This is breaking my privacy. I never allowed this to happen. Someone needs to take action with this page. I report it and nothing happens. This is the 500th time i wrote to facebook and tried to get something done.

Facebook mazda cx5 that was advertised on market place

I saw an ad on facebook market place for a mazda cx5 which was posted by a user on facebook by the name of Nadean johnson on 8th of september she had asked me to contact her sister only directly to her email [protected]@gmail.com thats when she had told me she was a flight attendant and was going to transport the car to my address test drive it then I would be able to purchase it also stated that she was going through to ebay which I have comfirmed with ebay this was not the case the email I was given was generated and fake and due to this I have lost $4000. Nadean johnson then took the ad down when they knew they were in trouble and that I found out.

Desired outcome: I would like compensation in regards to me losing my $4000 and the person to be investigated for this matter

Facebook Facebook wrong accuse

Hello

I am wondering why Facebook is accuse use music while is not present on the video? Who is checking any music was used or not? Why are not pay for me because of wrong accusations? Why i need to pay to someone whos music is not even on my video? How you will correct your mistake because I lost my money and accusation of music what is not exist?

My account at Facebook was frozen, for a 3’rd time, on 10/21/2022, Today is 10/21/2022.

I have tried to follow their instructions. First is to reproduce a series of characters that are not that clear. If you succeed at that then they go through a list of documents that they want me to upload to prove I am me. I have tried to do that, but they do not have the ability to handle it.

Desired outcome: I would like my account to be unfrozen, Thank You.

Facebook Apple iPod Generation 7

I found an iPod that I was wanting information on. I contacted the individual who had one on FaceBook. His name is Lucian Smith(G-spot). I ask him if his iPod had the Videos widget on his iPod. He replied Yes. I asked him several times to send me a picture of the home page of his iPod so I could see what widgets were on the iPod. He never did send me a picture. He just replied that I could add any widget I wanted to the iPod. He then stated that iPods do not come with any widgets on them, you have to load all the widgets yourself. I told him that he was wrong, all iPod come preloaded with widgets. He then started using nasty language and cussing me out and calling me stupid because I did not know how to load a widget. I have already sent him the money for he iPod because he told me that the Videos widget was on his iPod. I asked him to return my money and that I would let FaceBook know about the way he treated me and the nasty language he used. I do not know if you are able to see our correspondence on my FaceBook, but I sure hope you can and that way you can see what he said to me. I do not want to repeat the words he used but he said F me and some other words.

Desired outcome: I would like to make sure I get my money back and that he needs to watch what he says to people he sells items to.

Facebook Robert Bereria of Lancaster Ohio has again opened a false FB in my name slandering me. I need you please to investigate this,

I got a phone call from a person that told me is did it again meaning he was slandering me on face book and He used my picture and started a new face book under Amy Bickmeyer using my picture and contacting my family members.

This person who did this is Robert Anthony Bereria

Please if you can record the IP address and help me with this issue. I will be filing charges for the slander and Identity theft .

Facebook My account I was hacked months ago and still cant retrieve my account

My account was hacked months ago and still can't retrieve my account

My email is [protected]@hotmail.com I had my account I think since 2009 and earlier this year someone hacked my account in the middle of the night and started uploading things that I can tell from my email and then my account was taken down aI had sent emails back then reporting the issue and no one ever contacted me I would like to get this resolve I am uploading a picture of the last emails I see from Facebook

They keep charging me monthly and sending a product the I don't want. In ordered it one time only and they put it as a monthly subscription. I don't have supporting paperwork because I never ordered a subscription for this product. They are getting the money directly from my bank account, saying that I approved it. This is very untrue. I cannot seem to find any telephone numbers on their website to cancel directly. Please help me. I do not want this to keep being shipped to me.

Facebook Looks like my account was hacked (I cannot find support online) all useless does not work

I can't access my Facebook account. However, the account is visible when I do a search of my name in Google. The account pops up with my profile picture. But it belongs to someone else because the only action I can perform is to friend the account. I tried various Facebook support option to no avail. I get signed in a new account with the sane email address.

Facebook Disabled account

I’m Jejomar Erebaren a Operation and Maintenance Manager of Arayat-Mexico Solar Farm here in Arayat Pampanga, I would like you to check and help me for appealing for violating the community standards regarding September 25, 2022 CCTV footage I sent in “Citicore-Arayat O&M” messenger group.

I sent a video as my colleague is requesting actual site footage of the typhoon Karding at our plant here in Arayat-Mexico Solar Farm (Link: https://goo.gl/maps/W1S2LjUPmcYj7wWS9)

This footage is taken directly from one of our CCTV cameras at site named LP3.09.

Sorry if I have sent that footage as I am not aware that it is not allowed to send that kind of video as per FB community standard and it is my fault, but as a head of the plant site and in my position, I am also authorized by my company Citicore Power Inc. to share it within our group.

As of now I cannot access my account for I think 20 days now and I also cannot access some of the apps I have linked with my facebook account.

Facebook My Page

A little over a month ago my facebook page was shut down because of an old post from years ago showed up in my newsfeed. I feel this was unfair since as it was an old post and I hadn't posted anything that day. I don’t know the exact date or day other than it was a Thursday. I feel that I was unfairly suspended. I only post jokes/jokeful memes that I got from Facebook in the first place or biblical things ment to uplift. I use Facebook as entertainment and my way of relieving stress, anxiety and depression. And if I did anything offensive then remove it or allow me to remove it rather than suspend my page.

Desired outcome: I want my page back or be allowed to start a new one please.

Facebook Permanently banned, not sure why.

I have been on Facebook close to 20 years. If I were not banned forever, I could show the exact date I joined.

I was censored a few times for posting something or saying something the "opinion monitors" (called fact checkers but have no facts) did not agree with. I was told I "violated community standards" which are not available to see anywhere on Facebook.

After a few censored posts, I was banned permanently. I tried and tried to get the ban lifted. I am an isolated senior, far from friends and family. I lost the ability to keep in touch with people I will never see again due to age and distance.

I have also been an active transporter for rescued dogs for the last 10 years. I lost all my dog rescue contacts and all access to available transports. I cannot tell you what a loss that is for me personally and for dogs hoping to get a freedom ride to a new home or rescue. Transports and my rescue network were so important to me and now I am just cut off.

On one of my callbacks to their support staff offered a way to get back on. I had mentioned that censorship was a violation of my First Amendment rights. After that, they told me I was banned forever because someone tried to hack my account. They said they had to verify who I am.

I was forced to give up name, address, birthday, phone number and email address. It was not enough. They wanted a .jpg of my driver's license that they would send to my email address.

The link was very strange. I have done a lot of graphic design work and am very proficient in Photoshop. I scanned and cropped my driver's license at 300 DPI and the finished image size was about 600 pixels wide. It was clear and readable. Nope, not good enough and I was told to do it over. The link from Facebook wanted an image that was 1500 pixels wide. I went back to Photoshop and resized the scanned image and resent it. Nope, not good enough. I am very good with Photoshop. Both images were clear and readable. Nope, still not good enough. Facebook sent a list of requirements for the image. Again, I am very proficient with Photoshop and I know both images were readable.

I am including the scan of my DL and the list of requirements to get my account unlocked. How can a user NOT violate "community standards" without knowing what they are? I asked for a copy, nope.

So, I am banned forever for expressing viewpoints Facebook "opinion monitors" do not agree with, but private account holders can post violent animal and child abuse videos. Facebook has private accounts that cannot be found by searching that show images of fights, sexual assaults, dog and animal torture, dogs burned alive, and children being molested. How do I know that? A former FB "Violent Content" monitor made a video of what is hidden behind the public views on Facebook. Here it is:

I am very concerned that I gave a hostile customer service department a copy of my DL and all that added personal info that can be used to hack my life by FB employees or sold to outsiders. Facebook is not an ethical company. They demand way more personal info than they can be trusted with. They violate the First Amendment over and over with impunity. Unfortunately, I cannot contact distant friends, family or rescue groups now. FB would not even allow me to download years of personal photos.

Desired outcome: I would like my 1A Rights restored and my account unlocked. I would like to see the "community standards" so I know what not to post. I would like my personal information secured.

Facebook Account hacked then wrongfully disabled

I received a notification from Facebook, today 10/12/22, at roughly 3:15 PM EST, that I had accepted a friend request from a man named Paul Meyers who, according to his profile, worked for Facebook. I do not know a man named Paul Meyers, nor did I accept any friend request from such a man. I rarely add anyone anymore on Facebook, much less post any content. Within seconds, my profile was reported for child pornography and then subsequently shut down without disputing or reversal requests allowed.

Desired outcome: I would like to have my account reinstated for the singular purpose of downloading all of my prior family photo and video uploads.

Facebook Account

9/29/22 Facebook just closed my account. They said I was ineligible for an account. I have my account for 11 years, no suspensions, no rule breaking and follow all the guidelines. I disputed the decision through the "help desk" and received a response saying due to Covid they don't have enough help to review. Would like to have my account reinstated.

Facebook Please be resetting my password for me or please be deleting my account

Hi I am unable to be deleting my account so please be deleting my account because I can not be signing into it any more and you will not be allowing me to be changing my password?!?

Facebook Facebook Events

My family owns a brick and mortar gun shop/ pawn shop. We are holding a grand reopening event with the radio and giveaway's at our new location. We made a Facebook event but unfortunately Facebook has restricted our posting and sharing in the event page.

When I tried to address the issue, they sent me a link to the community guidelines which states "you cannot advertise the sale or use of firearms" which is not what we are doing. We are advertising a COMMUNITY event.

Desired outcome: I would like to 1.) have the event unrestricted so that I can get the word out to my community about this upcoming event2.) have the derogatory marks taken off of my personal profile

Facebook Facebook page profile stolen

Hi. My profile was stolen and is being used. Friends are getting sales promotions from “me”. Not me. Now this thief used my profile and posted a slur “as me”! You in turn kicked me off for 2 days because I was hacked. So now because the thief got away with it and FB never verifies - they can do it again! You said I posted “burn down”. I speak in complete sentences. That was NOT me! I did not post that.

Because you don’t verify- he can punish me anytime he wants. How do you fix this? You are responsible to verify.

And I do NOT live in Chicago! You have my phone in Missouri and Chicago Illinois. That must be him. Please fix this.

Desired outcome: A hacker stole my profile and is posting things as me and getting me in trouble with FB. Stop profiling me or this guy will continue to impersonate me. Verify first! Don’t assume all posts come from the member. Verify first.

Facebook Account suspended after being hacked

A few weeks ago, my neighbor notified me that I must have been hacked because someone posted inappropriate images on my Facebook page. When I signed on to check it out, it said my account was suspended for violating their rules. I tried to contact them to advise them that it wasn’t me and that my account was hacked but the only way to contact them is through the app and since my account is suspended I can’t get into my account to contact them. I am also suspended from Instagram and WhatsApp. I have tried to find a contact phone number or email for them but they don’t have either one, other than once you’re on the app, I am seriously upset because I have pictures and memories on there from at least 20 years ago that are precious to me. This is very unfair. I need my account back. Please help!
