wrong decision
We have been living here for years and i don't know why... the management is terrible. They don't keep up with work orders or follow up on the ones that they do get to. Then they are just plain rude. We never try to be rude to them but they always try to blame the tenant for everything that happens in their homes. Situations can be handled in a much nicer and calmer attitude. Its just hard to even talk to them.
I'm sure they have their own reasons for being rude but we are all people and should be treated with respect...
I would definitely like to see a bit much respect and better service from them. Even simple writing letter to tenants that need work done in their apartments.. management could give specific instructions on what to do or not to do.

In checking my online balance-I see a $-7.00 charge unauthorized on Oct. 11-I have no recollection of making that charge. I am in their coin switch for fvc program-did not need to make a purchase. On Sept. 14th, 2012, I made a small purchase of $2.20 while playing a game on Facebook. It was Solitaire Blitz and it was a Popcap game. I made this purchase with Paypal. I received an email on the same day saying that I made a payment to a Kelly Hale for $350 and to withdrawn every month starting Sept. 14th. I know that it happened as a result of the small purchase. I was informed by Paypal to contact my bank and put a stop payment thru for the $350. at a cost to me. It actually tried to go thru the following week (Sept. 14th was a Friday). Paypal said they are investigating this very serious breach of my account, but as of yet nothing has been done.

My facebook account has been hacked by someone 3 days ago. He sent messages to my friends asking for money using my name. Some have sent money to him! I have reported that to facebook and also to the police, but they still haven't blocked that hacked account and the hacker is going on his work! All my personal photos, my children's, my friends' and my personal data is still in his hands. I have sent twits to facebook also, but nothing changed. I am very anxious and restless about this situation. Facebook must be 'fakebook' with no security and with no respect to human rights!

Kris Josef, a "photographer", from Toronto, contacted me a while back to do a photo shoot. This "professional" insisted it was in my careers benefit to shoot with him, as he could get me published, but only under the condition that I shot erotic nudes with him.
After checking the models who have shot with him, and the other photographers who are connected to him, I felt comfortable enough to go ahead with the deal, not knowing his intentions. I myself have no professional photos, so I figured this to be a prime opportunity to get started in the industry.
Kris was very charming with a keen ability at manipulating my thoughts, TD banker by day, photographer by night - I felt there was nothing I could not trust.
Upon arriving at his studio (what turned out to be his apartment), he had liquor already out on his table. He stressed the importance of me being "loose" and letting go of my inhibitions with a drink or two before the shoot. Once the shoot began, he forced me to do poses I was not comfortable with such as leg/lip spreads, or bending over. I felt absolutely powerless, as if I had no voice. He continued to make sexual advances towards me to the point where I felt degraded and disrespected.
After leaving the shoot, I was upset, but hopeful that I had gotten a few great photos. I waited a few weeks before contacting him for the photos, once contacted, there was no response. I later found out that he manipulates countless numbers of women into taking their clothes off for photos, only to have been made fools out of. Kris privately sells his erotic/nude photos of models without the models consent (each model signs a release stating that neither party may use/sell the photos without the others permission). He uses his status to his advantage in order to get what he wants, and ends up ruining the image models are trying to put out there.
I write this in hopes to inform other models about the scary people in this industry. Kris ruined me inside and out, and I sincerely wish that upon no other woman trying to make it as a professional model. His actions have geared me away from the industry, as I know there are plenty more unprofessional photographers with hidden motives out there as well. Please BEWARE of this photographer!

Wow, it sure is nice of all of these people to register accounts and refute this complaint all in the same 24 hour period. Its almost like maybe they aren't different people but the photographer himself... nah, that's crazy.
I seriously doubt the statements against Kris J are true. As far as I know, he is a professional photographer who treats models with decency. Yes, sure, he is a bit full of himself and his work, which is ok but not grandiose as he thinks; but that is a whole different thing. So the part of telling the model in question about getting published could be truth, however the rest is just pure and simple BS.

So why are you saying such things? I've worked with kris and know many others that have as well. He has never crossed the line with me or anyone that I know. These claims are absolutely DISGUSTING. There is absolutely no shred of truth in anything that this person has posted. I have shot with Kris and he is professional from initial contact right down to having AMAZING turn around with his photos. I felt extremely comfortable, was NEVER FORCED TO CONSUME ALCOHOL, and Kris offered great direction with posing. In no way did I feel coerced or unsafe during our 2 hour shoot. I have referred many of my friends to Kris, and they have all had the same experience. Professional, courteous and photos of amazing quality.
I have shot with Kris on many occassions. I have done glamour, nudes and headshots. I have even done some erotic type nudes and I was part of his photos at the OverXXXposed shows. There was never a time where I felt uncomfortable with kris or felt he was degrading me in anyway. All my photos were sent to me in a timely manner and I have NEVER had to ask Kris where they were. I have been very impressed with the finish product and get many compliments on my photos. Kris has also been contacted by for possible future work because of the photos I have posted. I completely disagree with everything this woman has stated. THIS IS NOT WHO KRIS IS. He prides himself on his professionalism and the way he treats his models. When anyone asks me who I would refer as a phototgrapher, Kris is one photographer, I say that everyone should definitely work with. He is great at what he does and makes you feel comfortable no matter what type of shoot it is. I know people who kick themselves now because they passed up the opportunity to work with Kris. I will continue to refer Kris in the future.
I am absolutely astonished by the completely false remarks of this complaint. Kris is an incredibly professional photographer – very good with communication prior to and after shoots via email, only photographs what styles and poses I am comfortable with in locations we mutually agreed upon, allowed a friend to stay and witness a shoot when asked and as a newer model he gave very helpful direction in angles and posing. I have shot with him for fitness and glamour, and no matter what the style he was able to create stunning and quality images. Anyone who has worked with Kris knows he is a class act, treats models with respect, and does not deserve these heinous untrue remarks against his name or his work.
I have worked with Kris in the past and I do not agree with this post. NEVER has Kris tried to offer me alcohol or was it ever seen on the premises, Kris was always upfront with what he shot and that is no secret, I had the choice of what I wanted to shoot with him and NOT once did he ever make me feel uncomfortable to try to get me to do anything I did not want to do. As well, his turn around on edited images was exactly as he had stated to me when I met with him, in fact some were earlier than expected. My shoot with Kris was in another province, therefore, it was shot on location at a hotel (where he shoots every year). The shoot was almost 4 hours long and NOT ONCE did I ever feel uncomfortable being in a room alone with him, he is very professional in how he carries himself and how he treats the models.
I worked with Kris on my very 1st photoshoot and he was nothing but professional. Knowing it was my first time in front of the camera in a fitness shoot, Kris helped me with posing, facial expressions, as well as outfit ideas. After the shoot he even gave me advice for future shoots, which I really appreciated. As for waiting for my photos Kris had them available in a couple of weeks. There were ALOT of people he was shooting over the same weekend so to get the photos in what I thought was a short amount of time was amazing. I think this post above is someone who hasn't even worked with Kris. I think this person tried to work with him and he declined and now they're upset with being refused. Karma's a ### and she'll find you.
I, as with the others above, do not agree with a single word in this abusive posting. Kris and I have worked together a number of times in the past and he has never been anything but professional and wonderful to work with. He has never made inappropriate advances or pushed alcohol on me (I shot nude in his studio/apartment and felt entirely at ease). I hope to work with Kris again in the future, and would absolutely recommend anyone reading this slanderous post to do further research on Kris' business, which I am more than confident will lead the reader to book Kris hastily. He's a kind, talented, professional and good man with the best intentions, and will always have my support as one of the many 'good' people in the industry. - Heather

I was chatting on Facebook when I received a message that I won $500, 000.00. Of course I was so enormously happy that I believed. I had one strange thought that Facebook Lottery can be a scam but then a thought came to me that Facebook can’t be fake as it is worldwide famous site. I was wrong.
Failure to deliver
Also uses the phone number [protected] and uses the email of [protected]@yahoo.com. This woman sells "registered" puppies from the CKC (Continental Kennel Club), but will not provide the names or legal owner of the puppy and will not provide any information on the puppy prior to delivery which she insists happens very quickly and "on her terms, not yours". I contacted CKC to verify the lineage and was told no puppy was registered by any of the minimal information she gave nor did they have any litter registered or any application for a litter born on the date she stated or anywhere near it. She did have a previous litter registered and papers were supplied for that litter several years ago. What she is apparantly/actually selling is unpapered and unregistered puppies supplied with forged/copied papers from a previous litter. An investigation by CKC is being started because of my call to them. She was very rude and when asked for the lineage information she immediately canceled the deal with no explanation and said I was the "rudest person she ever dealt with" and was unwilling to trust anyone but demaded I trust her.
Here is a copy and paste of her last email to me:

I do breed puppies all my life and NEVER experience a such a rude buyer as you.
You are making already problems and don't even received puppy yet, I cannot imagine what you will do if you have puppy home.
Of corse i am sending healthy puppies, but I am sending them on my terms, not on yours.
Of corse you cannot find him under my name, because he is my mother's puppy and he is registered under her name.
I better give him to somebody for free then send him to you.
Once I sent her a payment she stopped answering the phone even after she promised to verify payment which she did not. I did more research on her and found numerous negative results for her and one person said he had visited her home and saw over 800 puppies in a house and he got two sick/fatally ill dogs from her and she refused any recourse. I am glad she cancelled my transaction and I consider my self as having dodged a bullet. My suggestion is to avoid her and her puppies at all costs.

So glad I didn't purchase a pup from her. I'd been considering it for years but then fate interceded and literally tossed the perfect pup from a car into my path and after a few months of getting her cleaned up and the proper nurishment she's become the best little companion I could ask for.
I do question though if the people who had health issues did all of her new stipulations on her "contract" like the poor person who's pup died. Did you do the autopsy? Or what about that NueVet suppliment stuff? I don't think I'd trust that stuff but she requires you to use it to validate her "Contract". I really hope if everything on here is true that something is done about her soon and that it helps save other people looking to get a pom the heartache everyone has experienced.

Hendrik Honer is a homeless man who has been living in the United States illegally for over a decade. Hendrik Honer has never paid taxes and has victimized dozens of individuals and businesses. Hendrik Honer has three civil judgements and has ruined many lives. He is good in borrowing money and never paying back. I have submitted a 500 page report to the Vermont Service Center of the United States Immigration Service for him submitting a U-visa petition for victims of crimes. Hendrik Honer has made the whole thing up and has victimized me and my family and almost bankrupted my business. He is living in hiding due to the fact he owes so many people money.
Mr.Hendrik Honer himself is the only criminal here and should be arrested and denied any legal access to the United States of America and deported back to his homeland Germany where in fact he potentially faces criminal charges due his family’s alleged illegal automotive activities which included bribing local government officials to name a few. The family dealership and private residence were raided by the German authorities and all of the family’s assets were seized, thus forcing Mr.Hendrik Honer to abandon his family and flee to the U.S.A. While the German government pursued the legal process, Mr. Honer’s father placed his company into his daughter’s name in order for her to take the fall and as a result, she (Hendrik Honer’s sister) was taken into custody while the authorities investigated all of the Honer family’s illegal activities. Mr. Honer didn’t even attend his own father’s funeral as he passed away of pancreatic cancer in 2008. Hendrik knew if he returned to bury his father, he would have two problems. One, he would possibly face criminal charges and arrest by German authorities if German authorities knew he was in German soil. Two, he would definitely not be permitted back into the United States since he has been an illegal, undocumented alien for over 10 years.
Hendrik Honer’s main goal was to be extremely wealthy and he is obsessed with his goal to the point that he will become rich at any expense, whether he gets to that goal legally or illegally. He came to the conclusion that in order to be wealthy, he could not do it in Germany due to his families checkered past and the economic structure but in the United States, where the opportunities were more abundant and the laws were more lax. He did not have any family or friends in the United States to sponsor him for residency so the only avenue he that was available to him was to get a student visa by enrolling at an undergraduate college or university in the United States. He decided to apply to Northwood University in West Palm Beach, Florida and got accepted. He then applied for a student visa to study at Northwood University and got the visa granted from the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
While attending Northwood University, Hendrik Honer was always thinking ahead on ways in becoming a permanent residence. He studied ways of getting a sponsorship, whether it was through illegal marriage, or other avenues where the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service would grant people like him permanent legal residency status. One of the ways he found out that would be the easiest and most practical way in obtaining a green card was to get a business to sponsor him.
Mr. Honer started to look for anyone who was willing to sponsor him throughout Florida and through one of his suspected criminal associates Guido Baechler (More on Mr. Baechler later).
