Macintoshes leopard legends is a scam. This woman has three dogs two that can't be registered(so she knows nothing about their backgrounds I do and they are a genetic mess) and one that is. She is trying to start a Catahoula Bulldog registry while trying to get ABRA to register her pet quality dogs as breeding stock. She bought a dog from me 1 year ago and has not left me alone since because she picked a 'pet quality' dog and didn't pay for breeding rights. The dog she got from me had just been wormed and it shed 1 worm in it's poop and she took pictures of it and said I sold her a sick dog ~(!)one worm! you need to worm even your adult dogs at least every three months and puppies every week til 12 weeks. She brags about being a stay at home mom - well thats for sure because she has plenty of time to mess with me. This woman told me she used to breed pitties- and she didn't know what a worm was? She got a veterinary certificate of health with her dog from a prestigious Vet. She is a nutbag~her name is Crystal Macintosh and she is absolutely the most backstabbing, lying person I ever met. I am writing this complaint so that no one else falls into the same situation.
I was initially lured into the center by the radio and television advertisements (Lose 30 pounds in 30 days for $30). There is no such thing as this.
I was depressed because I am heavier than I have ever been. I thought that if I got a jump start of 30 pounds, this would help me.
Quick Weight Loss Clinic is designed to take advantage of vulnerable overweight clients, such as myself. Everyone that works there is very high pressured. They knock you down, get you depressed even more, work on your self-esteem and reel you in to signing a contract and paying an enormous price for enrollment fees, pills and supplements to get you started.
I came home and was upset with myself about signing up for this and making this commitment. I signed up on March 8th (Thursday) and told them that I could not start the program until March 11th (Sunday) due to having to go for a fasting lab work appointment for my thyroid levels and physical. Well, I ended up with a bad virus over the weekend and ended up losing 6 pounds due to the virus. I called them on Monday and told them that I wanted to get a refund due to losing my job on Friday. They told me that there were no refunds. I told them that I am no longer getting a pay check and cannot afford the amount of money I just paid. By the way: $658.00 was my initial cost. They said they could not accept any of the pills or supplements back. I said that I would like the enrollment fees, etc back and they said there was a no refund policy. They had no sympathy of me losing my job or me wanting a refund. They convinced me of coming back in and speaking with them. What they did for me instead of refunding me was to add a few more weeks on to the program since I would not be taking some of their supplements for the weight loss. I spoke with my husband and he said for me to give it a try since I can’t get my money back.
I went ahead with it. They claim they have individual plans. This is another false statement. They have plans that everyone follows regardless of medical conditions. They give you paperwork to follow. You have to take a bunch of pills every day and eat according to their list of foods that are acceptable and eat their supplements. Every day for 2 weeks you have to go in to be weighed, blood pressure and look at your food diary for the day before. If you do not follow everything perfect, including going to them daily, you are not following their plan. They humiliate you, knock you down, criticize you and give you negative feedback regardless whether you have lost or not. I felt very depressed every time I walked out of there and my blood pressure always was high. They always find fault. There tactics are to try to get you to buy, buy, and buy. If you are not a buying customer, they rush you out the door.
Their nutritional class is in a room that is filled with all of their supplements and a DVD player for you to watch. This, they claim is a nutritional program. Basically, it is another way to sell you more items to guarantee your weight loss.
I was feeling nauseated daily because of the amount of food they tell you to eat along with taking 2 appetite suppressants. They told me that in order for me to be successful, you must eat and eat. There was no way I could continue. I was getting really bad stomach pains at night and not having proper bowel movements. They again told me this is normal.
They claim that I lost 6.6 pounds in one week. I did lose that amount, but, remember, I lost 6 pounds in a weekend and I was not even on the program yet.
Please, do yourself a favor and everyone you know, spread the word that this place is not a good place to walk into. You will be trapped if you walk in.

I love QWL! I lost about 30-40 lbs in 2-3 months. I stuck to the plan which had me eating more than I normally did and everyone including myself saw a difference. I would definitely recommend it especially if you go in with a positive attitude towards it all instead of a negative one. It's 100% beneficial and I'm going to jump start my diet again soon.

(1), they told me that there is a technical glitch with the google software and (2), they then offered to sell me a Google Adwords Campaign with 3 Keywords, little did they know I run my own Adwords and clicked straight away scammers, they said my advert would be up and running 7 days a week 24 hours a day, now as a Accident Claims Company the cost for a click for the keyword Compensation Claim is around £27-£35 per click so for £145 how is this possible and how would they make money. They are actualy on the same level of George Agdgdgwngo (FoneJacker). Do not give this company any card details on the call they say only 30 days no aggrement then send the small print. I would hope that Mishra is Wrong about the card details being left willy nilly.

My credit card was charged five times in the amount of $10.00 each between Feb 9-13, 2012 and I am VERY frustrated about it. It went through facebook and I was hacked, locked out, my computer shut down for several days before we could even get it back and running again before we saw what happened! I need support because I spent money and the money was being deducted to buy Facebook credits, but I don't know if something went wrong I've not got my credits and its been 2 weeks, Facebook Credits supports center is not replying my emails and refusing to help me. I am thinking Facebook might be offering untruthful payments and making us make payments to Facebook!
This is my first time paying through the Bank Transfer method, and I am extremely worried! I just want to know if the transaction will really get through?

Looked into my bank statement today and discovered that a company called Facebook Credits was charging my card for the past 3 months totaling $310. Too bad I didn’t notice those charges earlier and now it was too late to get help from my bank in canceling those charges. It was useless to contact this company for refund as well because they decided it would be great to just ignore me.

I was charged $3.50 on my credit card for facebook credits i never received. i payed for them, but never received them at all.

There is an unauthorized charge to my credit card in the name of Facebook.com Q2WD322SN. There is even a reference number: 76011008J01VKH06Q for the amount of $49.90. I have never given out this credit card # on line; I use a green dot card for this reason. I want my money back on the card ASAP as I am on a fixed income and cannot pay it, therefore I would NEVER authorize it.

I placed an order on line on June 27 2006. My credit card was charged, no shipment was made. My e-mails were not returned, my phone calls... well they make you belive it is a phone number and you can contact them anytime... When you call fax machine answers so you can talk to fax machine.
Scam, scam, scam!
On November 23rd, 2012, we met Crystal to pick up our two puppies from Bonnie and Clyde's first litter. I have waited this long to respond to this complaint so that I could be 100% confident in my rebuttal. We read this prior to our decision to adopt, and we are very glad we did not allow it to influence us.
The whole experience with getting these puppies was a joy. Crystal posted and emailed photos every week. I have an album of both of them from day one to pick-up day. We got our first picks on both puppies and they were completely as advertised. Crystal assisted us on transport and worked out a location to meet that only gave us a 4 hour drive. I took both puppies to our vet two days later and they were given a completely clean bill of health. They are halfway through their six-week Puppy School and are picking up our obedience cues at a fast pace. They both have a big dose of Bulldog Stubborn, but are learning submission to us as Alphas quickly.
They could not be more different from each other. She is an athlete, a ballet dancer -and she is frighteningly smart. He is a classic chunky bulldog like his Mama Bonnie. He is very intelligent also, only at a slower pace. His theme song is the Billy Squire hit "Everybody Wants You" because everyone who sees him wants to take him home.
We never asked for breeding rights - we made it clear that they would both be altered ASAP. We wanted companions who will work as farm dogs and for home protection. It appears that is what we have - from Crystal Macintosh.

First of all I was never friends with Sherri Wilson-Koerner of Wilson's Sandhills Kennel now known as Twin Ponds Kennel (aka trying to be friends again). I purchased a dog from her a year ago and she had a very shady way of doing business. She did me wrong and never made it right. I have gotten over it and moved on. She posted this complaint against me a year later and continues to email and call me. Not to mention her absurd posts on FB about me daily. Sherri and Gary even has an entire page on their website dedicated to bashing me. WHAT? SHE screwed ME. Now she is apologizing and offering to sell me her dogs. No thank you! I feel like I'm in the twilight zone and have this crazy stalker! I've tried ignoring her. I have moved on and I wish Sherri and Gary Koerner would leave me alone. This is so silly. I have a family and animals to care for. I don't have any more time to deal with this nonsense.
I have offered you a pup free of charge, I sent $100 for his hernia repair{which is the high end of his price} I told you if you took this crap off the board I would make it so Clyde can be reguistered. Leopard legends has good dogs only because she bought them from the best! Old orchard farms.. I know that bonnie will created beautiful babies and be healthy as can be! Maybe one day when she gets all of Clydes paperwork (dog from Wilson kennel) he could have potiental too! Both are friends to me on Facebook and always talk to me.. even though I am not able to buy a pup now.. due to lack of space .. I am def buying from them when I move next year! To have a pup from a bonnie litter would be amazing! Sherri is just so jealous of RESPONSIBLE breeders!
I just read the comments above that Sherri posted. I will post this LAST comment to clarify the accusations Sherri is making... I will not continue to participate in this drama that Sherri apparently needs to fulfill her life.
1. I assume people are afraid to use real names here b/c as you can see Sherri will harass them.
2. I am not out to ruin Sherri. She continues to harass me via email messages, Facebook, messages through you tube, and through this site. She has bashed and bullied every catbull breeder I know of. She begged me for a puppy off of my Bonnie and Clyde. She also begged Old Orchard for a puppy off of Lex Luther. We both refused. Strange she posted those nasty things about our dogs after she wanted one so badly.
3. I never received the contract or guarantee Sherri claims to give with every puppy sold. I DID take my puppy to the vet 24 hours after I picked him up from Sherri and they were shocked that Sherri's vet actually signed a health certificate when my puppy was full of different types of worms, had an ear infection, and an umbilical hernia that needed to be surgically repaired. My vet did not say the hernia was genetic. I simply asked Sherri one time if it was genetic, as any person would do. She confirmed that it was not. I am upset about the hernia b/c She let me choose the puppy and never told me he had a hernia. I paid $750 for the dog with breeding rights then had to pay another $300 for the surgery to repair the hernia. Now she is trying to revoke my breeding rights. WOW!
4. Sherri DOES NOT know where Lex Luther (my Bonnie's sire) came from. Bonnie came from Old Orchard Duck Farm. She is triple registered and I have her pedigree. Old Orchard Farm has 25/75 type Catbulls that all have jobs on thei large farm (open daily to the public). The dogs live among a huge bird herd, goats, horses, and other dogs. They have a couple of litters per year and have been doing so for many years. Old Orchard has perfected Their bloodline to meet the needs of their particular farm work and as family companions. None of their dogs came from Allicia Parkes. Although, I have seen some pretty amazing Catbulls that Allicia Parkes has produced.
5. I don't really understand Sherri's rambling about putting down an aggressive dog so I can't comment on that... I can say with, confidence, I don't have any aggressive dogs and will never produce an aggressive puppy. If aggressive is what you want, please find a different breeder.
6. Sherri is correct, I am new to breeding. And my dogs are free to come inside and outside. I have had success keeping my females from breeding to my male during their heats, that I chose to skip. When a person makes a commitment to something, like breeding, you just do it right! PERIOD! There should be NO EXCUSES for accidental breedings, sloppy paperwork, or anything else.
7. I have dedicated tons of time to research. The owner of Old Orchard Duck Farm has been a vet tech, breeder, and farmer for YEARS and has been gracious enough to shower me with her knowledge. She has given me loads of hands on training and is more than willing to help me in any way b/c she cares about the animals and she respects people.
8. There certainly is a DNA test for Catahoula Bulldogs, as there is with ANY breed dog. Here are the markers that the particular company I used tests for:

I appreciate the kind words from all of you. browningchik, I know you're extremely upset about the health problems your puppy from Wilson's Sandhills Kennel is experiencing, trust me, I've been there. Just continue to being a great doggy Mommy to her. I have learned a lot in dealing with Sherri Wilson and I'm actually grateful for what I have learned even though it came from such a terrible experience.
I am a very happy and healthy person with great morals. It shows through my children and dogs. My dogs are family raised. My husband works hard and it allows me to be a stay at home Mom. That gives me lots of time to spend training and socializing the few dogs that I have. This is a hobby I thoroughly enjoy doing. This is NOT our only source of income. My goal is to promote the Catahoula Bulldog and get them more recognition for their wonderful accomplishments. I want to see more of them in the show ring and winning titles in trials. I love seeing them as therapy dogs, in search and rescue, as hunting companions, and as family companions. These are amazing dogs with so much potential. There are so few CatBull breeders around and most of us work together to better the breed, NOT put each other down. I strive for excellence! And I treat people with respect. This shows in EVERY puppy I will ever produce. Life is short and LIFE IS GOOD! Let's enjoy it!

Sherri Wilson is really a piece of work, it was only a matter of time until she found something else to complain about. I would rather buy from a breeder, like Crystal at Leopard Legends, who has 3 dogs than a breeder, as Sherri Wilson, who has so many that she cannot tell who the parents of the pups are.I have purchased a pup from one of the reputable breeders that Crystal purchased from and I myself have. I have also gotten a puppy from Sherri Wilson and visited her house.I have seen Sherri's dogs and the conditions in which they have to live. I would without a shadow of a doubt buy every catbull I will ever own from Crystal and from the other breeder that Sherri slanders. Sherri, on the other hand, is nothing short of a puppy mill. She has so many different breeds of dogs that she cannot tell who bred who.The Bandog puppy that I bought from Sherri has so many issues that I was afraid she would not make it. The day I purchased her she smelled like rotten meat and she was covered in fleas, the day after I got her I took her to the vet (Same vet Sherri uses) and here are a few of the issues they found...She had a severe ear infection and ear mites, an intestinal bacteria that was eating her intestinal wall, and her worms were so bad that after they treated them she almost died from seizures. She was hospitalized for 3 days. Since then (now at 6 months old) we have found that she has bad joints and hips and her bone growth is affected from the state of her severe malnutrition, anemia, and epilepsy as a puppy (in Sherri's care up until 3 months of age). The vet thinks that she may be inbred. She was eating her own feces when we first got her. She has aggression issues to boot. As far as registration goes everyone, including Crystal and myself, have had no issues in getting our dogs registered when we purchased our puppies from the reputable breeders. Sherri and that joke of a registration, ABRA, are scamming people left and right. Sherri wrote on Crystals dogs registration in her own handwriting " full breeding rights" . The owner of ABRA has been given proof of Sherri changing the date of birth on pups and the parents on papers and still allows Sherri to continue registering the puppies. I have a "registration" from ABRA, again a joke, it is nothing more than a print out that someone could create on a computer at home. I would not waste my time or money trying to register with them. Sherri thinks someone would actually take time out of their real lives to stalk her? I have seen her messages to Crystal, " lets be friends" and when Crystal refused Sherri turned vapid and venomous all over again. Crystal has tried to get what she paid for from Sherri and that is all. Sherri is a shallow and childish person to throw up the fact that Crystal is a stay at home mom, big deal, at least she devotes her time to worthwhile things, unlike Sherri who devotes her time to trying to run breeders down. Shame on her. She really is a twisted person with no morals and is obviously jealous.
