Scam loan agent
I was approached by these people, Fiana Fifita & Olive Fifita as well. I had a bad feeling from the get-go. They wanted money upfront for loan fees. Having talked to my dad who has bought 3 properties we thought I thought that was unusual. At first I didn't give them the 1% broker fee because I thought I had to pay that at closing. They keep insisting, they said they couldn't process our loan until we gave them the loan fee. About a week later I wrote them a check for $2, 735 and they walked into the bank an cashed it. I thought that was unusual as well. Anyway, 3 months went by and I can't get a hold of them. I had to go to another lender, a real loan officer helped me and didn't charge me anything. How can these people get away with stuff like this? Isn't there anyone out there to protect us consumers of fraud from people like Otoota Fifita & Olive Fifita? Just a friendly warning to anyone living in the Salt Lake, UT area.

Poor Quality
On May 13, 2011, I purchased 8 oz. of 22 inch Remy Virgin Hair from Madira Hair Company. Since the company's website was inactive, I was forced to make the purchase through Paypal. The total cost of the hair was $203.60, and I received the hair on May 17, 2011. On May 21st after a thorough inspection of the hair, I noticed the length of the hair was significantly different, the hair had many gray strands and the bundle contained a lot of split ends. Only one quarter of the hair was 22 inches long, the length advertised.
I immediately emailed the merchant to express my concerns and to ask questions about the hair. She replied that the different lengths and split ends were normal, but if I still had any concerns to call her. I called her to ask about her exchange policy and to discuss the hair. She said the hair isn’t even because the donors did not have blunt cuts. She said I could dye the hair and clip the ends until it was even. She said its virgin hair which means the hair lacks chemical processes and could be dyed, however, she warned me about adversities if I bleached the hair. I assured her that the hair would be colored black using a rinse and no bleach.
On May 23, 2011, after dyeing the hair, I noticed many metallic strands. Since I have bought and dyed hair for several years, I know that metallic strands are an indication that the hair was previously dyed to cover gray strands of hair. It soon became apparent that some of the hair had already been dyed. After the dyeing and shampooing of the hair, the hair was extremely matted. I could not comb the hair, untangle the hair or use the hair. I called the merchant back and asked about the return or exchange policy again.
At that time she refused to exchange the hair or allow me to return it because of the company 5 day return policy which was not located on the receipt, Website (since it is inactive), nor Facebook page. I told her I would have returned hair when I first called her had she not told me to dye the hair for the grey strands, and had she not told me the hair was normal and all I had to do was clip it and dye it. I told her I called her during the 5 day period and once she knew the hair was defective she should have allowed me to return the hair during that time, instead of giving me solutions on how to fix the hair. She said “well it’s too late now.” As a result, I am not able to use hair that cost $203.60. Per Paypal, the case has been appealed and is currently being viewed by their staff

While playing Texas Holdem, (play money), I purchased two Five dollar amounts for chips I agreed, One which was a VIP membership for five dollars, ( for VIP I was double charge, two five dollar amounts for VIP membership came through, Then I agreed for two 10.00 amounts, and five came through. I want to contact facebook and get my money back. I do not know how to contact them. This activity was on the 17th of May. This has happened before. Please help get my money back. This is not fair. groups are buggy
The groups facility on Facebook is very buggy
a) There is sometimes such a delay in uploading pictures or posts that I accidentally upload it more than once.
b) Posts that I delete keep reappearing, posts that I haven't deleted keep disappearing
c) Events that I create using groups disappear
d) Friends that I add disappear from the list but when I try add them again it says "this friend has already been added"
Added to that groups should NOT be allowed to automatically add people, it should only send invites (like events do). It should also not allow access to the members information to other members of the group who are not necessarily friends. These are old problems, I encountered complaints about the exact same things posted in 2010. Why has nothing been done to fix this potentially useful function of facebook?

credit card being charged
over the past several months a dollar or two charges have shown up on my credit card but i thought nothing of them until this past month when the charges came in at higher amounts and the highest amount being over fifty dollars I have notified my banking center and they have asked me to get in touch with you.
It was my bank card and I am disputing the charges but they said they cant do anything . I have cancelled the card. I had had several 1 or 2 $ charges coming up in a month and had assummed it was something my kid did but then all of a sudden there was a $ 50 charge and I know it was nothing they did and cant even find out what it was for .

I have purchased some sarees from the profile "MAKEOVER FACEBOOK". And believe me the stuff you get after you purchase is totally different from what you see in the photos uploaded in her profile. It is a very very big scam and the stuff totally is not worth of what you pay. I got ripped off and thought I should write my reviews so that the other person is not ripped in the same way. That was the reason I guess she did not have a store and was selling stuff online fooling around with people. Friends, seriously do not believe the online sites. Especially for clothes go to the stores personally and buy them.

I too have has previous issues with my Facebook account and I was unable to resolve any of the issues because I could not find a way to contact a representative. They offer pad answers to common questions but never really answered my questions. There are forums where other users can try and answer simple questions but the forums are crowded with people asking their own questions and no one is getting any answers. Something needs to be done.

I tried to pay $25.00 for 22, 500, 000 Texas Holdem credits on Facebook but Facebook does not list my home address so the Cashzone credit card I am using will not let my payment go through. This means that as I have just signed up for facebook and Texas Holdem I am entitled to get 22, 500, 000 virtual chips to play poker with for $25.00 for the first 24 hours. Because this complaint will probably takes days or perhaps weeks to resolve I will NEVER GET MY EXTRA 4, 500, 000 virtual poker chips with my initial purchase because when I called Cashzone Visa they stated that because my home address is NOT listed on my facebook account in its entirety my payment will not go through. Goodmorning, My complaint is simple. Facebook is a wonderful place to meet new people and discover new things. My Granddaughter was sttopped from making friend request, because it was said she was asking people to be her friends she didn't know, she had just used the computer last night for the first time on her facebook. Early in the week she played games since they are limited to an hour, sometimes. For her to go through this, something she hasn't done is totally wrong. Plus you actually conradict yourselves on meeting new friends. There needs to be a solution. And I want my Granddaughter 's page fixed now ! Facebook has taken $925.79 out of my checking account (debit card) and no way to call them or e-mail them to try and get my money back. I'm going to start posting every where about it. the phone number on my bank statement is [protected] and it is a recording. Facebook and the games are a ripe off and people need to find this out and I'm going to the law and a laywer and see what can be done bescause $925.79 is a lot of money. That is a house payment. And it really hurts that you can't trust them. Now I know why you can't get a hold of them because they are making millions off ripping people off. The banks don't give back the money when it was a debit card.

You are the victim of identity theft. Call your bank and CC company and report this. The charges will be reversed and you will get new numbers. You will never get through to Facebook. Let your bank and CC companies deal with that.
