poor quality, wrong size and the most terrible support
I have ordered 3 pieces of clothing from Fairy Season and was very disappointed with quality. Items looked nothing like I expected and one dress did not fit. My order was completely messed up so I contacted Fairy Season and asked for a refund. They asked me to send pictures and even after that they said that there was nothing wrong with my order. I even sent them picture of me wearing the dress and they claimed that it fit me perfectly. No, it was super tiny and it was almost impossible to breath! Terrible store, and of course I am not satisfied with that kind of service.
I will not buy from them again and will tell about this to all my friends. They lost my business!

I placed my order since March 10 2017 meanwhile today is April 24 2017 and was charged at my banking institution but never recieved my orders! I waited long enough even reached out to fairy season and NO response! This is ridiculous... I referred to much people to you guys for you to let me down like this. I need my order IMMEDIATELY! This is not the was service is to be conducted! I did my part but services were not rendered

I have submitted an order and was going to order more from the site, but now after looking at tall the customer service reviews I am scared to change it. I wanted to cancel that order and add both of your baseball mom's shirts to it. I have no access to cancel my order after submitting it. I have filed this complaint and will go to the BBB if I need to. I will see what happens with my order and give you all the benefit of a doubt, but if you all are as bad as your reviews say...

Do not deal with this terrible company!
This company FairySeason is not to be trusted, they are just a bunch of cheaters! I bought a swimsuit from them in early January and still no sign of it.
When I checked the reviews I saw that many people were dealing with the same problem. FairySeason are scammers, they take customers money and disappear!
I sent them a lot of messages, but never received a reply. First I tried to find out what happened with my order, because I did not had a tracking number and wasn't able to locate my order. Then I sent a cancellation and refund request and was ignored.
Do not deal wit this terrible company, they will steal your money!

On March 12th, more than a month after my order, you told me that my package was at your warehouse and that I had to pay $ 6 more for my package.
On March 13 I made the payment and I sent you confirmation.
Today, on April 12th, I still have not received my package.
I paid $ 50 for my order and paid over $ 6 for my package which I still have not received more than 2 months later.

I am a 37 yr old young woman (clinging to that!) and I placed an order for 4 items: 2 nice blouses, 1 sweatshirt and 1 jewelry item. I have big boobs so for comfort, the sizes i ordered were either 1x or 2x. The complaint is that, out of the 4 items, the jewelry is the only thing that fit! The 2XL sweatshirt isn't even close to a XL. And of course, since items are so cheap, that dont accept returns, i was stuck with them. ...Yes I re-gifted but I really liked the clothes. Needless to say i wont order from them again. If your stuff doesn't fit, its pointless.

What does it take to actually have action taken to shut them down so no other people lose their money? I always check to see where the company is located and then I check reviews. I guess complaints don't change anything? I didn't order anything from this company because of these reasons but I do feel bad for all of the people fighting for their rights.

This is very disappointing! I am sure all of you are spreading the news. I know that I will be! I work hard for my money. The most disappointing thing is, they don't care that it could be gifts (large or small) for friends and family. I will be contacting BBB as well if my order doesn't arrive by next week. Its sad that people don't care how they treat others just for a dollar.

t-shirt (christmas gift)
I ordered 2 T-shirts (Christmas gifts) on Cyber Monday 2016 for family. I thought for sure it would be here by the middle of December. When it hadn't arrived I began investigating. I learned that the free shipping I received as a gift did NOT come with tracking so it could take 60-90 days to arrive. I had no idea at that time that I had ordered from China.
One shirt ended up arriving 2 days before Christmas. The other one showed it was shipped at the same time, but did NOT arrive.
I contacted the company 1/28/17 and they did respond. They wanted me to check my post office. I asked for them to send me another shirt. They wanted ME to pay the shipping to get it here quickly. I refused. This wasn't my fault.
One month later (3/25/17) the second shirt finally arrived however it was the wrong shirt. It was a duplicate of the first. It wouldn't be a problem because at least I got a shirt, right? ... But the ones I ordered said "Papa Bear" and "Mama Bear" for my in laws so I need the right ones.
I wrote them back demanding the correct one be sent to me, but I doubt at this point they will follow through. I will NEVER order from them again!

So - For all of us that have been ripped off by FairySeason - Note that they are in China. We need to start twitter campaign #fairyseasonshameonchina that makes the government look bad. They are hidden behind a wall in China where we can't touch them.
Also - Call your State Attorney General. That will put pressure on FaceBook and others to stop using them.

Fairyseason is a complete joke. Do not order from them. You will receive no customer service, whatsoever, and extremely long waiting periods for items to be shipped, if shipped at all.
Of course, my credit card account has been charged but no items have been shipped after 8 days. Also, no telephone number is given for customer service and any emails I have sent them are answered with very vague reponses.

Items ordered December 6, 2016 with free shipping. Website says 15-25 business days for delivery. First email from Vivian, customer rep, said it takes 35-45 business days. Items never arrived, told them I want a refund and here is the response from Hebe from today March 14, 2017:

We have checked your order FSC064719502423397.
We know that you choose free shipping.
But in fact it is not free, we have to submitted shipping fees to the delivery company
We can resend to you, you can choose the other item with the same price to replace.
If you need refund, sorry that we will deduct the shipping cost $9 which we paid for sending the parcel to you at the beginning.

I ordered this item on Black Friday, giving it a month to get there by Christmas. It did not. Mid January 2017 I started hunting it down, only to find that it could not be tracked. I sent numerous emails to the company and got generic responses, then an offer to send another item. I said I just wanted a refund, and now they tell me they won't give my money back without deducting the shipping for the item I never received. They state that even though it was an ad with free shipping, they paid it, so now they can't refund my money without deducting it.

I bought a cute looking hoodie from FairySeason and was supposed to get a free shipping. It was clearly said that FairySeason had a worldwide free shipping, but for some reason I was still charged some extra. When I contacted support service they said that was a shipping fee.
I would like to remind everyone that there was said - free shipping and when I told them about that they decided not to reply.
Then I asked them to cancel my order and they ignored me once again.
About three weeks later my hoodie arrived.
These guys have the worst service ever, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere.

I have emailed this company and have gotten nothing but the run around for over 90 days. I am asking for a refund of $17.83 for an item that was lost. I had paid for a tracking number but it have been so long now that the tracking number is now expired. All the people that email me (Ada, Maggie, Venus) are just copy and pasting generic reply's that do not help me in any way.
I have probably exchange over 15 emails with this company and I am left feeling more and more frustrated each time. FairySeason stole my money and the customer service is foul.

I'm in a difficult situation and I need help. I'm shocked to see all these reviews, and that's a bad thing that I didn't google this company before I made my order. Next time if I'll decide to buy something online I'll check the reviews first and I recommend everyone to do the same.
FairySeason has no customer service, they do not reply and I don't have a tracking number so literally I can't do anything. I can only wait and hope, but after all the reviews I saw I think that then only best solution is to forget about this site. Please, I repeat myself, don't give them your money!
refund still not received
on 1/22/2017 i placed my order. on 1/30 2017 order still had not been shipped so i canceled and asked for a refund. they responded that in 1 to 7 days i would receive my refund.that should have happened on 02 /06 /2017 but still no refund, again i emailed them and they responded that they canceled the order and in 1 to 7 days i should receive my refund.now it is 2/14/2017 and still no refund.and the only way to contact them is through email from what i have searched so far. it is surprising to me that they took my money right away but did not ship my purchase or have not given me my refund.

Worst company ever.. items shipped Dec 24, 2016. Paid for expedited shipping website indicates shipping option takes 15-25 days. It has now been 51 days still no items, sent numerous emails and got generic responses back stating shipping takes 35-45 business days. I have requested a full refund numerous times now and all I receive back is an email a week later stating that my shipment is on its way. My tracking number for my order now does not exist anymore so I have no way to even track this package. They suggested I go to the post office and see if I could get the items delivered early .The post office laughed at me without a tracking number I have got no foot to stand on. Will be filling a complaint with the credit card company!
