FairySeason I ordered a tee shirt in xl and its way too small I need to no how to get a larger size not happy

Please let me no how I can get a larger size in a tee shirt that I ordered I'm very unhappy it came way to small let me now I bough it for a gift and now I can't give it to her so I will probably won't buy from you no more cuz your sizes are way too small for us Americans I don't know why you don't put that on your website but I speak girls and need an extra large and we order an extra large and it comes in a small so I won't do that no more so you won't get my business after this

FairySeason shirt

I have been waiting since 1-05-17 for my order, getting the run around that it shipped, yet I have not received it yet With it being free shipping they say you can not track package, since when I always get free shipping and a tracking number when I order from other websits. asked for a refund but no response as of yet. today is 2-10-17 and I will be looking into legal action if possible, this place is a scam.

FairySeason items purchased online

Worst company...items shipped Dec 10, 2017, website indicates free shipping option takes 15-25 days. After 30 days still no items, sent numerous emails and got generic responses back stating shipping takes 35-45 business days. I was in the shipping business for years, even from China it doesn't take that long. They suggested I go to the post office and see if I could get the items delivered early...LIARS, do not buy from them. Investigation proceeding with my credit card company. BEWARE!

FairySeason wine socks

Ordered 2 pair of "bring me wine" socks on 12/16/16. Received an email immediately stating that payment had been received and I would be notified by email when the order shipped. Today is 02/04/17 and I have received NO email regarding shipment of order nor has the order been received.
Order #FSC165830218106631. Until the order ships, there is no tracking number for following the trail to delivery. As I read other posts it seems quite haphazard as to who has/hasn't received their orders. Date does not seem to matter.
How can I get a refund or find out more about this order?

I have had the same issue. Ordered 12-2-16 - paid for expedited shipping. Partial order received 1-17. Second shipment still has NOT arrived and they are asking for an additional $10 and my address info which they clearly had from the initial order. I will not send any additional $ and still angry about products paid for and not received.

I went through the exact same thing -- ordered beginning of December for Christmas gifts, in line with their advertising that said these would be delivered in time for Christmas. Money was deducted very quickly; no update regarding tracking number, shipping, etc. Finally mid January I chased them and, after multiple emails, got a response that the package and shipped and been delivered and I should ask my family and neighbors! I explained that nobody else could have the package and they said, sorry, we cannot help. Finally then got a tracking number which showed the package had NOT been delivered and would be delivered that day - and also that it first shipped on December 24 (so clearly Christmas was never happening). When I opened the package, I the merchandise was wrong, one pair of socks is mismatched and 2 others are wildly different in size, even though they were the same item that said "one size fits all". I wrote back and, to date, despite 4 or 5 emails, have not received a single response -- so now that they are definitely in the wrong, it is radio silence all the way! I will be posting wherever I can, and also trying to pursue a dispute of the charge; I will also tell you that the quality of the socks is garbage, so, on every level DO NOT BUY FROM FAIRYSEASON!

FairySeason socks

Hi I purchased 2 pairs of socks from fairy season, one where " bring me wine and the other read " beer me " I purchased them early December and still have not received them to this date and no one will get back to me . I have constantly been emailing with them but all they can say is contact your postal office as we cannot track them. I have called my post office and they do not have them so as I would like to know is where the hell are my packages ?!VERY UPSET CUSTOMER !

FairySeason socks

Hi,
I ordered your socks "If you can read this bring me a glass of wine" socks back on November 30th, 2016. I did not receive them until after Christmas (they were a Christmas present). I gave them to the person and opened them up to find that they both say "If you can read this" on both socks.
My email address is [protected]@aol.com and i used a capital one card to make the purchase. Please let me know if you can fix this issue and send me a correct pair.

I made a purchase on November 28th 2016 the money was taken from my account. I sent 20 emails and I keep getting the run around for I have not received my merchandise.I asked for a refund I need my money back.I keep getting responses back that the order could take longer and to give it a week longer and that was in the beginning of January 2016.today is February 1st and I have not received merchandise my refund

FairySeason three tops, one dress, and a sports bra!

I placed an order around january 12th, the money was taken from my account, immediately! The shipping, order was confirmed on january 22nd, it is now february 2nd nothing! I've sent an email no response! No phone #! No contact! I'd like to know where is my merchandise or my money totaling $69.00 which includes $9.00 shipping! I have tried to no avail, to resolved tis matter "discreetly", but I seem to have gotten nowhere! I also tried using the tracking number provided to me via fairyseason tracking system (Four options provided) again nothing! This is not what I expected! : (very very poor customer service! I found this company on facebook, where my sister has a business as well, with over fine thousand followers! If dissatisfied customers started a complaint campaign, it would not be good for any business, all i... Want is the order I placed (Quality items) delivered within a reasonable time frame!

FairySeason items not received and refund request denied multiple times.

I purchased a shirt for my best friend on December 10, 2016 received an email that it was shipped the next day. We are now almost into February of 2017 and all of my requests for refund are being answered by canned responses and the subject of refund is skirted around stating please wait another 5 days and if item is still not received we will offer a better solution or to check with the contact name on shipment and with the local post office to see if item is received there. I've searched and searched for a contact # for their customer service and I cannot find anything.

FairySeason asked for my money back

i have sent several messages for my refund i stopped this shipment dont want your stuff it takes forever and i still haent received my items i contacted my lawyer abt this issue i want my money refunded on my card! i have sent quit a few emails to the customer servive for your site and have yet to get a response i am tired of waiting for my refund and as ive stated i have yet to receive anything they give me a tracking number i cant track the package which to me makes no sense please refund my money i have heard alot abt this company and if i would have known it was shipped from china before i ordered it i wouldnt have wasted my time nor effort of purchasing anything from your site!

I have read horrible reviews about this company taking people's money but never sending the items. I don't think they are legitimate at all. They do not have a phone number nor do they refund people's money.
I placed this order on January 10 and have never received anything. I would like the three sweaters shipped overnight to me or refund my money. It is also scary to think these people have your credit card information. They should be investigated. Please have someone contact me with an update

FairySeason service

I ordered a hoodie for my wife for christmas. The item never arrived, and when I checked the tracking, it said the package was returned to sender because they sent it to an incomplete address! I contacted them about resending it or refunding me money, and they said they could resend it if I sent them $10 via paypal and do not give refunds! I informed them I would not be paying an extra $10 for their mistake and they will send it to me at no charge or they would refund my money! This is absolutely unacceptable! As someone else said, I wish I could give it negative stars! Be careful!

FairySeason horrible scam, avoid like a plague!!

I must say that FairySeason is the biggest rip off and scam of the year! Just go online and google this shop and you will find thousands of negative reviews about them. I still can't understand how this scam site is allowed to do business. People all around the world were robbed by FairySeason! We need to stop them or else they will continue to steal from us!
I bought some items from them and received only one item (out of 5) which was in a terrible condition, all damaged and smelly. And I have absolutely no idea where the rest 4 items are. FairySeason ignored all my attempts to contact them, they got my money! Please don't buy from this site and tell everyone you know about them!

FairySeason clothes

I purchased two items three weeks before Christmas I have tracking number and have e-mailed this company. And they told me at that time I would have within 10 days I'm going on another month. This company is a joke I just want my money back... My next call is Victoria Secrets and then my attorney. I want a full refund and should get more for them wasting my time and disappointing my daughter at Christmas and her birthday... 👿👿👿👿

FairySeason socks

I ordered two pairs well before xmas.
I received notice one pair shipped under tracking no. FSC124508672485056
This number was not recognised by Royal Mail search engine.
The socks arrived well into the new year.
No shipping advice for the second pair so ai requested cancellation and refund by email.
Company eventually replied saying goods shipped. No tracking number.
I replied again requesting refund as nothing received.
They sent tracking number saying goods were at my local post office...it was tracking number for first pair which I received.
I have emailled again pointing out the "error" and requested immediate refund.

Sadly too late I read reviews, everywhere is one star...that only because no stars isn't allowed.
I don't understand why credit card companies allow these scammers to use their facility.
Having seem the number of complaints I doubt anything can or will be achieved.

FairySeason terrible customer service/clothes unwearable/rude

Terrible experience. They know they can sell stuff that is unwearable because their company is in China. Shirts were not stitched correctly. Three shirts ordered were all size small, same style shirts and were all different sizes. These shirts could not be worn or given as a gift. I wanted to return them all. Obviously something was wrong with them. They would not return. I spent $34 and was refunded $2! The company is very deceiving. Super cute clothes but it is JUNK! Save your money and your time. Once you give them money you will get unwearable clothes and no chance of ever seeing your money again. All they would do if offer me a 20% to order more clothes. Like I would give them one more dime. The site should be shut down! It just baffles me that you can send someone a terrible product and get away with it. Business are held to a different standard in America.

FairySeason size issue, cheaply made, took over a month and half to come, no customer service

I ordered 5 shirts, was supposed to come in 7-10 days. Finally, received 1 1/2 months later and all the shirts were a child's large not a women's large ( and I even ordered big since my normal size is medium), Very cheaply made - horrible products, and no return or exchange policy - well I just wasted $63 for nothing!

This company should be ashamed !

FairySeason I have not received a final item I ordered and it has been impossible to get help.

My account is under Lisa Keister. FSC116896299840393, I ordered 5 items and only received 4, The one that has not been sent to me is a PINK (name) top item # LT606621012CN. Order was placed on 12/11/16. I paid for expedited shipping. I received a noticed the items were processed, paid in full and shipped. I have tried over and over to track this item only to get the runaround and zero help. I loved the items i did receive and very much would like to order more. However, I want the Pink top I paid for and a decent and timely response with regard to same. Please send a text or e-mail and help asap.. My text number is [protected].
