I have had numerous times where I clip the smart coupons as advertised and they simply do not work. I used to say oh well, but not anymore. I now make the cashiers remove the items and I do not purchase them. Seems like some kind of scam you got going on, like with dollar general selling items at a higher price than advertised. You people gotta get it together, its simply wrong, people are trying to live and save a little here and there.
Desired outcome: Fix the problem or go back to paper coupons Maybe compensate your customers

It's really disappointing when things don’t work as they should, especially when you’re trying to save some money. It’s great that you’re standing your ground and making the cashiers remove those items.
These repeated issues can feel like a scam, similar to what's been happening at other stores. It's truly unfair, especially when every bit of savings counts for so many people.
Hang in there, and keep advocating for yourself. Hopefully, your feedback will push them to fix these issues soon.
