FedEx Drivers never showed up and no door tags but claims failed delivery attempts

This is ridiculous. Fedex website claims package was shipped by sender on Thursday Feb 10th, then received by San Jose site at 5:07AM and sent out for delivery on Sunday Feb 13th. I waited all day at home but the delivery was never attempted. Then the website shows attempted delivery on Monday Feb 14th so I stayed home from work and never got a ring at the door, but upon checking the tracking it stated that at 11:13AM the Delivery exception Customer was not present or business closed! I had been home so this is a flat out lie and also NO door tag. I went to work.

The next few days, same problem.

Tuesday Feb 15, 10:34 AM Delivery exception Customer was not present or business closed and NO door tag. I call FedEx to complaint. They said they will notify the local office.

Wednesday Feb 16 10:35 AM Delivery exception Customer was not present or business closed and NO door tag. I call FedEx again to complain because I got the We made a final delivery attempt: 02/16/2022 10:35 AM. Call 1.800. GoFedEx or click Manage Delivery below to take more control of your package(s). If we don't hear from you, your package(s) may be returned to the shipper within 10 business days. They agree to call the local office and attempt another delivery.

Thursday Feb 17, 10:39 AM Delivery exception Customer was not present or business closed and NO door tag. I call FedEx again to complain because I got the We made a final delivery attempt: 02/17/2022 10:39 AM [censored]. They to call the local office and attempt another delivery the next day.

Friday Feb 18, 9:36 AM Recipient location security delay. Delivery will be reattempted and NO door tag. They promise me that another delivery attempt will be made on Saturday.

Then the website shows package out for delivery Saturday Feb 19 but no one shows up while I wait home all day. Again no tags.

At night the website shows package will be out for delivery on Monday Feb 21 and the same [censored] happens, I wait at home all day and no one shows up. They just arbitrarily lie and keep changing attempted delivery dates without providing even a time frame so that people have to wait at home all day.

Keep in mind that for these past 10 days, there has not a single door tag that has been left.

When I called customer service they said the driver claimed that I had a security gate and they had no access, well I don't live in a fancy gated community and there is public road access. Just FLAT OUT LIES!

I have also never had any problems with Amazon, UPS, or USPS. FedEx only. The Feds should shut them down. This is clearly a shady business who do not care about the customer. My life has been negatively impacted and I will go out of my way to never use them again if I could.

Worst delivery service ever and full of liars, avoid at all cost!

Desired outcome: That FedEx gets shut down for fraud.

Same issue is happening to me in Upstate NY. I am home all day waiting for delivery and the past two days driver says attempted delivery no one over 18 available to sign-he never even pulled into my driveway. The best part was another Fedex driver and truck had just delivered and hour and a half before and I spoke with him and he had to call to see if he could take a package for me. What a joke Fedex is!

FedEx Mail

A simple and high priority mail containing a Visa card that was sent to me by American Express Canada through Fedex took 3 days to arrive to Istanbul, Turkey. This simple mail has been sitting for over 20 days in Istanbul then sent to Izmir another city than my city for no apparent reason.

On another hand all the mails that have been sent through Canada Post arrived in record time even before the expected arrival date.

What is the reason they give for this incredible delay: wrong address! The same thing happened with the previous mail sent to me by American Express and the same reason given to me. When I received that mail I found it has the exact address. Worst it has been opened and my Visa card was compromised(another complaint will be filed for this tracking number).

Despite the fact I contacted them multiple times and this is since the mail arrived to Turkey, provided them the delivery address and my phone number in addition to request an immediate and quick release of the mail, they still hold the mail and spend their time calling and harassing me to ask me to give them the delivery address.

On February 17th and February 18th I confirmed to deliver to the address mentioned on the label yet on February 21st I received the first call from Fedex Turkey asking me to give them my address again and she tells me they won’t deliver today meaning the letter is still sitting in Istanbul or Izmir and they didn’t even send it to my city Didim.

I received a second call telling me that he is calling to explain to me the shipment process. Incredible! my letter has been sitting in Istanbul for close to a month they never attempted to call me to explain the shipment process nor there is a need for this call but they feel the need to do that now. I asked him to deliver the mail today without delay whether I am at the address on not and leave the mail on the door and there is a camera recording everything OR leave the mail with a neighbour and I gave him the name and the phone number of the neighbors. He didn’t seam to have any issue with leaving it at the address mentioned on the label nor he said we don’t give to the neighbors. A few minutes later, I receive malicious emails from Gina at Fedex Caanda again talking to me about the address and telling me they won’t give it to the neighbor unless Amex tells them. In addition she kept asking me to advise her how to deliver my letter. It is highly irritating to see that Fedex ignores that I said leave it at the door of the address mentioned in the label OR with a neighbor.

The entire time my high priority mail was sitting in Istanbul/Izmir and Fedex employees spending their time wasting my time and energy talking again, again and again about the address, and I kept telling them again and again deliver it at the address mentioned on the label and no one will take it because there are high efficient camera watching the entire house.

I have been subjected to:

- Constant harassing calls to provide an address that is already on the letter in addition to provide a complete address in an email and my phone number.

- Constant harassing emails to give them again a delivery address that is already on the letter provided in its complete form.

- February 21st, various misleading, malicious and deceptive calls and emails.

Desired outcome: Resolution:- An immediate delivery of the high priority mail without addition delay.- A compensation for all the hassle, moral damages and suffering caused by Fedex: $1000.00

FedEx Service

FedEx is not reliable. The last few shipments have been late or lost. I am still waiting on one that said it would be delivered on Feb. 14th, then it changed and said by 1:30pm on Feb 17, Then the date switched to Feb. 19. Today is the 20th and When I went to tracking It says it is Pending, no delivery date. This is the worst company to deal with.

Desired outcome: Be a responsible company and Deliver packages in a timely manner. If packages can not be delivered on time then Shipping costs should be refunded in full.

FedEx Delivery of a small package

It took three days for a package to leave ohio. Four days to get to arizona, and four more days to go one hour from phoenix to tucson. Eleven days is terrible…. Any company who uses fedex to deliver any of my packages will be canceled.

Desired outcome: Give up FedEx you lose.

FedEx Fedex signature delivery left on porch

A 2 day delivery was delivered 5 days late. The delivery was to have an adult signature required to be left. I received a text saying that my delivery had been made and that I had signed for it. The problem was that my delivery was made at my home in Illinois and I was, at that time, in Phoenix, AZ! The delivery driver forged my signature and left a fully operational firearm laying on my front porch unattended! I contacted "customer service" and told them what happened. I spoke with the person answering the phone and his supervisor who told me that he would email the distribution center and he would also call the center himself

and that I should expect a phone call from the center. I received nothing.

Desired outcome: This delivery driver should be terminated for forgery and not following procedures.

FedEx Package showed delivered, but it was not

On 2/18/22 I was out front with my family when I got a notification that my package was delivered. It clearly was not, so I pulled out my email and opened a case.

I was then told it was delivered to the wrong address. Upon checking the address that was shown, I confirmed no attempt was made there either. At that time, after my second complaint, it showed that it was “picked back up” one minute after it was dropped off and “returned” to the FedEx facility 12 minutes later. (Impossible as it’s a 45 minute drive).

After finally getting through to customer support (not FedEx employees, as they are a call center in another country, confirmed by the operator) they indicated that it was still on the truck and would be delivered tomorrow (Saturday 12/19).

On 12/19, I check the tracking history, and all of the progress of “out for delivery”, “delivered”, “wrong address” etc was all removed from the history. Instead, it shows that it will be “On time for a 02/18 delivery”, which is impossible as that is the day before.

After a third call to customer service, they indicated that “the package is still making its way through our system, and no delivery attempt was ever made.” I asked about my options and was told my only option is to wait to try and follow up on Monday. They also indicated that it is against policy to connect me with any local FedEx representatives and that I’ll have to wait until Monday to contact the shipper (who has done nothing wrong other than get my product into FedEx’s incapable hands within 6 business hours from ordering) to request any refund on my expedited shipping.

TL;DR: FedEx took my money for expediting shopping, continually falsified shopping progress and misrepresented what actually happened and what my options are.

Desired outcome: I would either like my product delivered by close of business today, or a full refund for the product as well as shipping.

FedEx Delivery attempt, lied about no one being home, I was outside at the time stated it was attempted

A package was said to have been attempted to be delivered at 3:36 pm, which there is no way they came, I was outside shoveling the walk way at that time. I called the customer service, first rep said it was retained at the fedex facility, despite the fact that it clearly stated on the tracking that an attempt to deliver took place and no one was home. The driver would have had to walk down my short driveway, there would of been footprints in the 2" of snow on the ground. No footprints! So I called back and talked with another rep, who stated that the driver attempted the delivery, ask about a house tag, nope, none on the door,. Cause the driver never came. My cctv shows the entire time that no attempt was made. This rep stated he would have the local station personal contact me and reattempt a delivery today, no call. No delivery! Why is there so many cases where fedex employees feels the need to lie to their customers? I guess we should begin to ship with ups and usps cause fedex clearly does not care about their customers.

Desired outcome: HOW ABOUT THE TRUTH FROM THIS DAY FORWARD, NOT ONLY FOR ME, BUT FOR ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS. THAT WOULD BE A GOOD START.

FedEx Delivered to wrong person

I had sold some highly collectable items. I addressed the packaged to the buyer, but he accidently gave me the wrong address. FedEx still delivered to the wrong person, and left my package with the wrong people. When my customer contacted me that he had accidently sent me the wrong address, I contacted FedEx. I have been fighting this claim since October. Then their resolved issue is that they are not responsible to deliver to the right person just the right address. Therefor there is $900.00 from someone's pocket just around FedEx corporate world.

Desired outcome: They did not do anything to fix this issue. Just said there is nothing they can do, but send me a letter saying they were not responsible for getting the right signature.

I have had a number of packages delivered by both FedEx and UPS to my house that were meant for my neighbors. Part of the issue is that I have several neighbors that live on properties behind my farm that are accessed through a dirt and gravel driveway that runs through my farm and this confuses delivery drivers. I get that, no problem..

What I do not get is the lack of any ability to report that a package not belonging to me has been delivered to me. The last time I spent literally two days trying find a way to report this to FedEx to no avail. I finally managed to figure which neighbor they belonged to on my own and drove to their places and managed to deliver them myself.

It is ridiculous that FedEx has no means resolving such issues. Which then leads to issues like the above poster is having... This is asinine and we need to pressure our government to make laws forcing these companies to be more responsible with these issues.

FedEx General delivery practices

FedEx has decided to view themselves as untouchable and can't be held responsible for their actions. This company should be shut down. The amount of screw ups of delivery is beyond unacceptable. Lazy drivers corrupt interior. Spiteful and scared little children. They have chosen to screw with every delivery to my address simply because I have been hounding them about their crappy service and mouthy pathetic drivers who refuse to follow instructions. Because they cannot hold me accountable for my words when they ignore complaints they have decided to mess with anything they is enroute to my address. I have proof of this as I am not the only one to have made a purchase for FedEx to deliver just to test this theory and sure enough they are tossing our packages around the country purposely mishandling them with deliberate wrong address delivery or claims they were delivered. I have many cameras around my property proving no packages make it. To top things off, it creates more problems with transactions when a package says delivered but it's not here yet we get charged for the item and then have to correct it with the sellers. FedEx had better pull their heads out of their rear before the entire world stops doing business with them and you go in the toilet with the rest of the turds. Don't piss off the consumer and don't take advantage of your position or it will be kicked out from under you like a noose around your corporate necks.

Desired outcome: Prosecutions and pain if they don't start remembering what they are for.

FedEx Unable to deliver due to wrong address

I bought a couple of games (Mass Effect Legendary Edition and Nier Automata) in five days, to find something new and I waited for a long time. It's never showing up (at least, I must be out the wrong address that I don't live here anymore by accident).

I tried to call them to convince them that I had made a mistake about the wrong delivery address and change it, but they either too lazy, asking 24 questions, or gibberish that I had no idea what the hell are they talk about.

I know nothing about digital that I came for the wrong address, and they don't do anything. They even spend most of the time delayed & stalling and have no idea where the area is despite the wrong address. I can see why FedEx is so incompetent that they don't do anything with the problem and is too lazy. Even back out and place in transit and it never shows up.

If anything, they don't do anything and never change my address. I'm so pissed (like seriously, I wish I could edit the delivery address on tracking and some sort instead of calling them that is futile and incompetent as hell). FedEx is a joke. So there.

FedEx Ground Cambridge Ohio

I have been waiting on my package for almost a weak in a half. It have been delayed two times. First one I can understand but the second one was when it was out for delivery. I have been waiting all day for this package just to get a text message from fedex stating that delivery exception customer not available or business closed. Ok I said to myself.. I have been here all day waiting on this package... So I call up customer support and ask whats going on they tell me some beat around the bush story and say it will be there the next day.. Well its the next day now and its still not here. Now it says on fedex vehicle for delivery and then four minutes later delay package delayed. No reason why. I call up fedex again and they say its out for delivery... 4:30pm is the cut off time and that was 30 minutes ago..

Something needs to be done about this go read cambridge ohio fedex ground google feed back all one stars.

FedEx not receiving my package on the day I was told

tracking [protected] was supposed to be delivered 2/12/02 however calling fedex, I was informed that the driver had an issue with the truck and now I wont be receiving my package until sunday.

If there was an issue, another truck should have been dispatched so my delivery didnt end up compromised.

It is very frustrating that fedex is so inefficient with timely delivery

Desired outcome: please refund any shipping charges that factory outlet store may have been charged for this delivery. Your customer service is need of improvement to have statements that you cant read mind etc. Is rude and borders on bullying

FedEx delivery of package that was not delivered

I had ordered some cat food and litter from Chewy and the product was to be delivery on the February 8, 2022. I have not received the order, I call several times to FedFX and they did not know what the problem. I waited until 10:00 pm last night for it to be delivery, no package. I do not know if it was lost or what, I want the order or my money back from FedFx. They are responsible for the delivery.

FedEx Delivery of two part shipment

We followed Fedex tracking of a two part shipment, with a signature required. The larger expensive item was scheduled to arrive 2/7/22 so we watched all day. The track then said they had no information on it. The second item was to arrive 2/8/22 along with the first item. Neither arrived, with no information on its location. Delivery was now slated for 2/9/22. No show. Now it says "delivery delayed." We have inconvenienced ourselves three days, and no delivery. Given a choice Fedex will never deliver another item to us.

FedEx Federal Express Driver incident

On 2/6/2022, my family and I were driving while on vacation and noticed erratic driving on multiple occasions by a specific Federal Express vehicle. The vehicle was a white van with Texas license plate CPF-6202, and this occurred about 11:15am during the day. It occurred on Interstate 10 West away from San Antonio. The driver was driving fast, aggressive, cutting in and out of traffic, and the vehicle swerved way out onto the left shoulder of the interstate multiple times, and then back over the middle line.

Desired outcome: This driver needs to be investigated since the driving reflects unsafe driving behavior in a good sized vehicle around other traffic.

FedEx False delivery attempt and package is in another state.

I ordered rather expensive car parts and they were shipped through FedEx in multiple packages. The expected delivery date was on Tuesday. I was home all day waiting by the door. Then at 2:02pm the fedex tracker said “delivery attempt, customer not available or business closed. Obviously a lie because I had been watching my door, and NO delivery slip was left. I also saw on the map that it hadn’t left Concord, NC and I live in Huntersville, NC. Then I check fedex again and it says my package is back in Syracuse, NY which is where the package originated. So obviously the package must have been damaged in some way and saying that I missed the delivery is very poor customer service. Delivery drivers need to be truthful in what is exactly happening to our packages. The parts I ordered are important and I need them ASAP and it’s extremely inconvenient when fedex is giving me the run around. It’s not fun as a customer feeling like it’s my fault I missed a packed when I have done nothing wrong, and the delivery services are the one who messed it up.

Desired outcome: I want to know exactly what happened to my package and why it back in NY, and when I am going to receive it.

FedEx Delayed delivery and disappointing customer service

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from the web site of nordstorm. They send the product with fedex. My shipment tracking number is [protected]. The estimated delivery date was february 3rd. Today is february 8th and on fedex mobile application manager it seems it has been in san antonio for more than 9 days. I live in houston. I called the customer service and they told me that they dont know anything about my package other than what i see on the mobile application and also told me they will reach back to me and give information every day when i call but they never do. It is a very unpleasent and disappointing experience that i am encountering right now. The most absurd thing is they dont have any information about the status of the package. Congratulations to fedex for being a such unreliable and unresponsible company with our packages.

FedEx International Shipment Delayed Delivery (Tracking Number [protected])

My package was shipped on Thursday, 27 January 2022 from Ile-Ife, NG for delivery to NEWTON, PA US.

On Friday 28 January 2022, it was received at the Local FEDEX Facility in ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE CEDEX FR. and by Tuesday 1 February 2022, it had arrived at local FedEx facility in BRISTOL, PA at 1:10PM. By 1:15PM, it was placed in a FedEx vehicle for delivery to the destination.

The initial expected time of delivery is Monday, 1/31/2022.

However, the package is yet to be delivered and there is no status update on the delivery date.

I would like an immediate delivery of the package as it has been long overdue for delivery at the destination.

Desired outcome: I would like the prompt delivery of my package. I would also like an apology.

FedEx Priority overnight

2 packages shipped to me from Aniston, Alabama to Marietta, Georgia Priority Overnight on Wednesday, February 2. They were supposed to be delivered on February 3 but weren't. They were put on the truck on February 4 and tracking stated they were out for delivery. I was stated home all day because they were shipped signature required they didn't deliver on the Friday the 4th tracking said delivdry it attempted, didn't deliver on Saturday, didn't deliver on Sunday. I stayed home from work again on Monday (the 7th) to sign for the packages as tracking said they were on the truck for delivery once again. Of course, they weren't delivered and wer taken back to the FedEx facility again. If they are Delivered tomorrow it will be 6 days for an overnight shipment and that's if they're delivered tomorrow.

Desired outcome: I just want people to know how terrible this company's service is.

FedEx never attempted delivery

I had an online order that had already been delayed several times that was finally out for delivery. Was home all day and saw truck drive by... never stopped to attempt to deliver... then they mark it as I wasn't home so they didn't deliver. The other Fedex delivery people can deliver, why couldn't this one? Didn't even try! Called Fedex and they said they would try to get the driver to go back but can't promise they would. I assumed they wouldn't and just as expected they did not.

Desired outcome: Deliver my package
