I have a fly FZ877 from DXB to TAIF and it was on 8:55.
They have informed us that it will be delayed to 10:40, unfortunately the gate was open at 11:30 and we are on the plane for around 1:30 hours waiting for the plane to take off without AC!
Currently the crew have informed us that there was tech issue
This attitude is not acceptable, please take an action

My sister was flying today from Borg El Arab airport to Dubai that leaves at 2pm and the staff on the counter were very unprofessional and rude. They stopped her from traveling because of a minor mistake in the residence document provided by the UAE embassy which is not her mistake, it is definitely the embassy's mistake however they prevented her from traveling in a very rude way. She is also pregnant and couldn't stand for long time but they didn't respect any of this.
Now she returned back and the flight will not be refunded although the embassy can scan the barcode and check its validity but that wasn't accepted too. She got a perfect deal with a reasonable price but now if she decides to book a flight again it will be for a ridiculously expensive amount. Is there any way to get a refund or a replacement for the flight since all the procedures were followed completely and the mistake was not from our side.
bad services
I upgraded my return flight from Beirut to Dubai for August 11 2018, flight number FZ158, which costed me $350 US Dollars additional to the fare I previously paid.
I did this upgrade to enjoy the comfort of Business Class, and make use of your offerings for this class.
It turned out that the In-flight Entertainment System was down, which I was counting to benefit from, until the 4 hours flight reaches its destination.
More important, when the plane reached Dubai, there was no Business Class Shuttle waiting to transfer the Business Class Passengers to the Terminal. On the contrary, there was the normal passenger shuttle, not specified to to transfer the Business Class Passengers only, but waited until it was over filled with the Economy Class Passengers, to transfer us all to the Terminal.
As a regular customer, I never thought that the above could happen, especially with a reputable airlines like yours.
Honestly, I feel the money I paid were surely not worth the journey and the expected experience.

Lost Baggage, When I told employee at the boarding in Dubai to check my baggage, They behave me rudely. They are not supportive and not seem responsible. I flew from France and already been 5 hours at the transit. They have enough time to transfer my baggage, but they did not care and told me go to your country and make a claim. It was such a irritating to hear you are at country but you did not get your baggage. They can deliver but did not care. I came to my country at Kathmandu and talked to baggage claim. They let me to fill a form, they do not know when will my baggage come. I called more than 10 times only after 31 hours later got my baggage. it was torn, and chain was broken.
bad service and stolen tickets cost 2270$
My tickets were paid on 28 June 2018 and the flight dated July 7, 2018 coast 2270$for 6 passengers from Bahrain airport to Telbisi but flydubai staff prevented us from cutting the board of the tickets. I tried on their website to avoid any problem but they didn't care and didn't tell me before to cancel the reservation . I suffered a lot and my family, We traveled by car from Saudi Arabia to Bahrain and paid Taxes and visas fees .Who bear all these fees and losses in addition spoiling my holiday.
flight, treatment by two staff
My flight was on sunday july 22'nd at 13:55 uae timing. I have a complaint about a woman named Safa and a man named peter. Firstly, when i ordered food and safa brought it, i called her again to order more and she sarcastically made a joke about how are you still hungry and my obesity. Then in the end of the flight, my mobile phone fell off and i went to safa and peter at the back off the plane and nicely asked for assistance, which then Safa screamed loudly at me; which was very embarrasing and she started arguing in a disrespective way. I then asked peter to assist and instead he assisted Safa by also screaming at me and it was very embarrasing and frightening, where in all my life i have never been treated like this on a plane. This is my first experience on Fly Dubai and i own a travel and tourism agency in Sharjah and Georgia. Which i always use fly dubai for my flights and usually working with them. Unfortunately if this issue is not resolved i will stop using this company personnaly and perhaps even stop dealing with the company via my tourism agency; Travel Georgia.
Thank you and i hope you deal with this issue as it is something really rude, disruptive, disrespective, and very unproffesional. Fly DUBAI Is one of the best rated flight companies and it is so disappointing to know their staff treat the people like this.

Fly Dubai - For the first and last time! (15 July on FZ-797)

I am writing to you in regards to my family trip to Romania on 15 July FZ-797. It was the worst experience of my life. We received the most unprofessional customer service service.
I fly often for work. About 5 -10 times a year. I mainly use Emirates/British Airways/Egyptair.
On this occasion I took my family( my son who is 6 and my husband) to visit Romania and obviously flying to Bucharest from Dubai doesn't give to many options.
We have boarded our flight on the 15 July and we were kept in the airbus for 45 minutes with no air conditioning in an extreme heat. Few customers(including myself) we asked the crew to ask the captain to give us some air. We were told that it was hot outside and once in the air it will be ok. We were sweating and the kids on board were crying it was a sauna. We have raised the issue again as we were late leaving and I personally was rudely told by one of the crew team(a man), "next time fly Emirates". I was shocked by the crew response. In fact we would never had to be in this situation with Emirates Airline because their staff are way more professional and have respect for customers who are paying the airline and it was not a charity gesture from you to fly as over.
After 40 minutes delay waiting in inhuman heat temperature there were no apology and the kids on the flight were not even offered a cup of water. We had to wait hours before we were able to buy some drinks. The food we ordered when we booked the tickets seem to be ok however because of the stress your crew put us through we didn't enjoy it and ended up in the bin.
We also had to take our own rubbish back to the plane to put it in the rubbish bin. And twice when I took the rubbish the two girls from the crew and one man were sitting there talking about XIMIVOGUE cosmetic products and how cheap they were and where you can purchase it in Dubai. Most of the customers on the flight were taking their rubbish by themselves as the crew couldn't care less about any of us.
I did not feel safe on this flight at all. I did not feel welcomed, and If you offer to fly me for free I will never ever fly with this company again.
My British husband is appalled to the way FLY Dubai operates. Unfortunately we will have to fly back to Dubai on the 24 of July and my child is terrorised by the idea. I am trying to see if we can buy new tickets with a different airline but sadly so far there are no other direct flights. For the future we we be flying back home to Britain have few night there and fly to Romania from London with a decent airline.
This flight was operated in partnership with Emirates. I will be emailing Emirates Airline as well as I think they need to be aware how their reputation is stained by Fly Dubai members staff.
For myself and my family this was the most traumatised experience in our life. No respect for customers, did not feel safe, unprofessional staff, cramped seats.
I have no hopes that anything will change in the future but I wish you will retrain your staff and you will teach them at least basic manners and how to respect people.

My name is Omer Salih, as a frequent customer of yours I'm writing in regards to a very distasteful experience we had with your company. We booked a flight going to Tbilisi with my wife Fida Issam on June 26th, 2018 flight DXB-TBS / (FZ 8503). It's also worth mentioning that it was (Honeymoon vacation) but due to this experience me and my wife and after two weeks still feeling quite tired.
The bad experience in points -
1- The first leg was from Tbilisi Airport authority where we got refused from entering the city for (Others reasons as they says), putting in mind all our documents have been checked twice by the Flydubai crew in the check in point and again before we apart to the aircraft. As per Mr.Firas the operation manger we was supposed to get system massage telling that there is chance to have such case, unfortunately I didn't receive any such notification while booking the tickets.
2- Both me and my wife were ok to go back to Dubai and to re-plan our Honeymoon, however our only one request was to have all our bags with us, and I need your attention here please, you have an employee in Tbilisi with very bad attitude who was standing with the airport authority not his Client and he did tell me clearly he will not wait for my bags to come and suggested that we simply get our bags and leave the airport in hopes our bag will catch the next flight and he asked me and my wife to go in or to send us to the jail for two years……! the officer name is IRAKLI MAMULASH (ID 99392), which is totally not acceptable by a fly Dubai staff and not a police officer of any kind.
3- We have been forced to take the flight FZ 8504 without our bags, also our passport was handled over by the Airport team to your cabin crew Prakesh, and from him to another flydubai officer in airport his name is Rajdeen reported to Mohamed Ramsheed, and as per the standard process handing over form was supposed to be signed between Ranjdeen and Prakeesh which not happen and resulted that Prakeesh didn't know who he handed the passport to and asked me if I do remember Ranjdeen name !
4- Due to all this and the pressure we had in Tbilisi my wife fell down in the bus in Dubai Airport, and we have been taken via the ambulance to terminal 1 as you don't have clinic in terminal 2 …….but the doctors was not able to help my wife without seeing our passports, yes the same passports that were handed over to Mr, Ranjdeen who no one knew his name at that time, I did escalate this to police officer (Yousif) I found in the clinic and he did his calls to force the doctors to help my wife, the medical report is attached herewith.
5- As per Mr. Firas (who we met in Dubai after all this drama) the bag was supposed to follow us within the next flight, and all the documents was supposed to be handled by your crew, but after 4 hours waiting in airport the next flight arrived without our bag and Mohamed Ramsheed asked my wife to raise bag claim and he told us we'd probably just need to return to the airport early the next day to collect our bag, but the bag did miss the next flight again !
6- The bags finally arrived at the next day night 27th June and it was broken and opened, and we were able to pick them up the following day 28th June ! so we lost three days in terminal 2, I mean we lost three days from our Honeymoon golden time and finally in 29th June we were able to repack all of the belongings and planned for an early morning at the airport to go to other destination !
7- I can add one more point here which the communication from the employees was not very clear regarding the all the issues we went through . also you have a clear gab on your process.
8- We did approach the ticket counter to discuss our options to go to some other location same day, and I asked for specific time for the bag arrival and asked also for refund, but all the FlyDubai managers I met in the airport didn't have any power to do anything, but only suggestions to send emails to other units !
We had a marvelous trip to Sudan using your airline. We laughed, and enjoyed some really nice time. Unfortunately the events that followed will forever overshadow the fun times that we had on our Honeymoon vacation.
This experience has caused me to feel like your policy and process is simply to "pass the buck" onto someone else time and time again until there isn't anyone at the end of the line. It is too late at that point to go back and explain the situation to the FlyDubai employee. The operation manager in Airport should also have more power to deal with such cases rather than just sit there unprofessionally with his shirt button all open and just waiting to put the blame on everyone else than him.
With all this we finally arrived at our destination over 3 days later than anticipated. We had spent over $3000 in additional costs between hotels, meals, meals, and new airline tickets and much needed supplies . These costs add up, but what really is more hurting is the way that we felt FlyDubai handled the situation. The employees, rather than helping, were simply passing us along without the help that we needed (although this was not the first time this happens in tiblisi from what I understand and seen through the social media). It was a series of problems, one on top of another. Not just a single failure to perform, which could have definitely understood.
We understand that mistakes happen, However we don't understand the lack of customer service that we received. We felt disregarded and unvalued. We realize many customers experienced similar problems, but we still felt like things could have been handled better. We would like to be able to continue to fly with FlyDubai Airlines, but as I'm sure you understand we have hesitations now due to this horrific experience.
I am not sure whether you will take this complaint seriously or just pass this email along and ignore it, I just had to send it as requested by everyone I met

overbooked flight
Our flight was supposed to be today on the 12th of July @7:55 departing from Dubai to Beirut om Flydubai airlines. After waiting for 1:30 in the que to reach the check-in counter I was informed that the flight was overbooked and they cannot accommodate us all as a family of 3 and that I had to go back home and come back tomorrow, I didnt know that checking in to a flight is a race and its first arrive first serve! I have never encountred such a terrible service from any other airlines, and I will really never consider flying with FlyDubai anymore cause its the worse airlines anyone can travel with. I hope you take into consideration that spending 3 hours with a child (Since I had to wait for 1:30 hours for the customer service to give the replacement tickets as well) at an airport and not getting to fly is a real disappointment.

This is to inform you that i aditya kumar chokhani was travelling from dubai to kathmandu with flydubai wide booking ref number-G3GGQS when i reached kathmandu airport i waited for 1.30 hrs but didnt received my luggage on asking the baggage service team they saying u will receive the luggage tomorrow i was having my meeting today and the clothes are there in my luggage.
This is not accepted with the airlines like flydubai.

I cancelled my flight due to non availability of flight on my change date, on 10th January 2018 and received a voucher ( no: KGYJGS) Voucher issue date:10-Jan-2018. The amoun received through Voucher was AED 245 while I booked the ticket for more than 650 AED. This cannot be used for booking of other people and I never had a flight according to my schedule after the issue. For the same reason, I was not able to redeem the amount till date and the validity of the voucher expired yesterday. There was no reminder also. Please refund the amount in to my credit card or extend the validity for six more months so that I can use the amount with out lapsing it. Please allow also to use it for some others also if my schedule does not match your timing.
I hope Fly dubai will resolve the issue in a fare manner so that I cannot lose the entire amount I used to book flight on Fly dubai

My husband and myself booked flights from Dubai to Jordan and back on flights number FZ-141 and back to Dubai on flight number FZ-144. When We arrived to Queen Alia Airport on Saturday to start the check in process we were informed that the check in counter was closed and we need to book a flight else where, noting that we were there on time. In accordance, we have searched for flights near to that time and we ended up booking the flight through Royal Jordnanian Airline and paid a total of JOR 396.160, equivilant to AED 2, 120.25. We have have been then informed that the FlyDubai flight (FZ-144) was cancelled and all passangers have been transferred to the RJ flight at 11:30 pm. I thinks this is a big mistake for a very respectable airline and we have paid for two flight one for FlyDubai and one for RJ and all of this could have been avoided. I am requesting for a reimbursement on this amount, I have the receipts and everything. No one informed us and no one anounced this in the airport and it was a last minute change which we should not have been held responsible for an pay for two flights.

Hi, we were on the flight EK2220 from Dubai to Belgrade Nikola Tesla, they have lost our baggage, we were meant to book another flight to go to my nephews wedding which will be held on Friday and should have been there today/tonight now because our luggage conveniently had been lost this had caused us to not only have to pay for accomodation for the night I hope only which I want to be compensated for, my husband has his Blood pressure medication In there which he has to take on a daily basis, we have absolutely nothing to wear, had not showered or have no toiletries or clothing/ if I have to say underwear to even get changed in at all and our flight had already been originally diverted from Melbourne to Singapore due to a medical emergency, so you can see my frustration right now, we have nothing at all and now we have to stay a night here to await our baggage with nothing and to cause even more inconvenience regarding this wedding we have flown over 8, 000 miles for! To say I'm disappointed is saying this lightly I want my luggage back ASAP and I want to be completely compensated from the expenses I've had to take out to buy some decent clothing to change in, medication, toiletries, accomodation for all this inconvenience I'm not happy at all I'm exhausted and this was not a good start to the trip at all, I will otherwise be forced to take further action!

I want to refund attached voucher(YFTFHD) payment in my account as voucher i cant use for other passengers tickets.
