Hello I was a passenger on flydubai from Bucharest to Dubai FZ 798 initially scheduled to depart on 31 March. My booking ref is YDK0XK, 3 passengers, cristina ganea, Jonnie Stenegard and our son Cristoffer Stenegard ganea. Flight was canceled on the day, and rescheduled on 1 April. We were initially told 5 am to then receive an email stating 6.30 am and we have actually departed at 830 am. What was initially claimed as technical problem as the reason for cancelation was then turned into a paperwork issue. It was extremely disorganized and distressful and I am claiming compensation of 1000 usd per person, as this is the allowance stated in our travel insurance purchased with flydubai for this itinerary is.

My name is Robinson I had an flight from Al Quassim (Saudi Arabia )FZ858 on 1st April 2018. Duty Manager didn't allowed me to take my guitar with me as a hand carry. Even though I requested several time he did not considered this. He asked me to put in cargo, and on the same flight there was a gentleman who had an guitar with him.How the same manager allowed him to carry his guitar I don't know.when I reached Home in India my heart broke when I saw my guitar in a worse condition which can't be used any longer.

I reached the airport on time to flight FZ8504 and I have done my online check in prior to reaching to the airport in Tbilisi. There were 2 counters one for economy check in and the other was the priority counter which clearly stated it's for "Business & online check in" since I already have my boarding I stood in the priority counter and it was moving way slower than the economy counter. And on top of that the airport staff working on the counter were totally not fair since they were letting the business passengers break in the queues and give them a higher priority and delaying all the passengers with online check in. Nevertheless, Flydubai supervisor named Irina who was in charge in the airport asked me to move out of the priority counter and go to the economy counter in an unacceptable manner and stated that this counter is only for business passengers. I have been flying many times on Flydubai and this is the first time I come across something like this. If online check in will not save me time then there is the absolute no need to do it then. And please keep in mind that the screen clearly stated "Business & online check in" which means they are absolutely equal. If this complain was not taken seriously, this is going to be the last time I travel on flydubai.
broken luggage
I was in a flydubai flight last night going from dubai to madina with flight number FZ0899.. as I approach my luggage, I took it down from the conveyor then I noticed that my luggage isn't working the way it should be.. so I checked what was wrong and found out that one out of four wheels was broken not to mention that the luggage was new and was bought for that particular trip. Please ask your people or staff/s to be mindful, for luggages are not meant to be "disposable".. I am so dissapointed with the services starting from the check in counter wherein we had to wait for more than 2 hours just to check in but I didn't mind about it cause its a technical issue and I understand but my issue about the luggage is really what made me very upset. These things could have prevented if they just a little extra care.. like what I said luggages are not disposables and even if we buy the most durable and expenssive luggages if your staff/s will jot habdle our belongigs properly it will really cause a disaster..
the worst services ever
I had a flight last Thursday at 7:15 am, i reached to the airport at 6:05 am, the check in emplyee informed me that i can take the flight, but my luggage cannot be accepted because i came late, however, there was more than one hour, i refused to take the plane without my stuff, basically, i have called the call center to submit a complaint, moreover, I cancelled my return that was on 7th of April, 2018, and only 205AED are returned as a voucher, i paid 1100AED to receive inly 205 AED.
I'm waiting for your response, otherwise, i will be sorry to share my bad experience via the social media channels

1. I am firstly introducing myself:
My name is Emil Foianu, Romanian citizen, holder of the passport no [protected], e-mail: [protected]@yahoo.co.uk, tel. no: +40 [protected] or +966 [protected], and I am the payer of the tickets for a group of 4 persons having the booking reference no. VDQ3H8.
I am a traveler with your company since 5 years ago, and please check in your historic of passengers list that my name is appearing at least 4 times per year.
2. Secondly I have to specify the name of involved/affected persons:
Marilena Foianu - my wife;
Ana Foianu - my daughter;
Alexandru Dorin Dima - my brother in law;
Geanina Corina Dima - my sister in law.
3. Thirdly I have to describe the hypothesis of the generated issue:
The booking has been made on the name of my wife, providing her e-mail address and mobile phone number when the booking has been issued.
Fly Dubai also has all my information regarding telephones and e-mail address from previous flights (as I said, since 5 years ago I am a traveler with Fly Dubai)
4. Fourthly I have to express my opinion about this issue as a learning lesson for everybody just to minimize the passengers discomfort and losses:
The worst thing in this case is that there was not any action from Fly Dubai office to get in contact with my wife or me, neither on mobile nor on e-mail in due time to avoid any complication.
5. Consequences:
Due to this lack of action, they have arrived in the airport Manama - Bahrain, as per Fly Dubai requirements, with 2 hours before the flight no FZ-082 and nobody was there in your office to give them required information, explaining what happened and giving them any alternative to reach the desired destination - Bucharest.
My family was forced to wait more with 3 hours and 15 minutes, in the airport, until the next flight from Bahrain to Dubai.
Due to this delay, they have lost the connection to the flight no. FZ-795 from Dubai to Bucharest, generating another waiting time of 15 hours until the next flight having available seats.
Fly Dubai has been forced to provide the accommodation for all involved passengers over the night, and I have to send many thanks for that.
6. Conclusions:
The totally delay to the destination generated by the cancellation of the mentioned flight in the subject is over fifteen (15) hours.
My family members have encountered the delay what has generated an absence to their duties of one day, forcing their line managers to make emergency plans to cover their absences at work as followings:
Marilena Foianu - Department Director at Power Distribution Company;
Geanina Corina Dima - Accountant at Power Distribution Company
Alexandru Dorin Dima - Business Owner - Construction
The exception is my daughter, Ana Foianu who is a student at high school.
7. Request:
I am kindly asking you to consider all above information for your attention and, complying with international laws and Fly Dubai regulations, to provide a compensatory resolution in the favor of my family according with discomfort and absence from their duties, generated by the mentioned flight cancellation.

I am sandip Vaidya traveled from Mumbai to Turkmenistan via Dubai on 21feb 2018.
The check in crew members behaviour was very rude.
Earlier they refused to check in because I was not having travel insurance copy
After receiving this they started giving different reasons and look like they were looking for some bribe.
Please look into the matter advise your staff and they should be to make travel easy and not to make hurdle into the travel
Even these youngsters don't have common sense to behave with seniors.
Only helped me staff named ashraf thanks to him

I am Md.Mynul Islam, D.O.B- 20/07/1984, citizen of Australia, passport no- N 1020337, recently fly to Dubai for Gulfood 2018 only for 4 days. I do lot of travelling for my business. As I flew from Dhaka to Dubai and on the way back from Dubai to Chittagong, Bangladesh, flight no - FZ 589, 23rd of feb 2018 I booked my seat in advance 3D but I asked when I was checking whether I can get 2e/ 2f if available but they said you can request cabin crews they will allow you to sit if no one reserve the seat. When I was on board I ask a cabin crew name Christine, she said no you can not seat as it is premium seats even though it was empty . In addition to that she was rude and seat was empty through the flights, which is not very good impression from an airlines. So I was not happy at all but I did not say single word as I think I should complaint formally. I belive fly Dubai and emirates are partners and they are proud of their service so they can be reconsidered by a passenger whenever we fly. Having stuff like Christine is enough for running the airlines reputations. Hope fully, fly Dubai will take appropriate action to persevere their reputation.

fly dubai crew member mr. prakash krishna mishandled, misbehaved, humiliated and insulted me
I board flight No FZ 431 from Dubai to New Delhi on 17th Feb 2017. My ticket No was 9YEAZC. Mr. Prakash Krishna was the senior cabin crew. I was accompanied by my wife.. after a very uncomfortable flight take off I requested for water for my wife to a lady crew member but she not responded. I again requested other crew member Mr. Ronalda and Mr. Robert one by one for water but both of them also not responded. After 45 minutes of flight when the crew starts distributing food I again requested all crew members one by one for water but no positive response received. Such irresponsible behaviour irritates me and I ask a lady crew member to bring complaint book or complaint register. She take my boarding pass saying that senior crew member will provide the complaint book only after seeing my boarding pass.. after five minutes she returned my boarding pass with a negative response even for complaint book. Now a total of 1 hour flight was passed. I walked to the senior crew member Mr. Prakash Krishna and ask for the complaint register. He hold my arm and try to mishandle me and denies to provide me complaint book. I speak in a loud voice against his such mis handling. He pushes me to my seat and he was justifying his crew actions and response for my request for water. Now 1 hour 10 minutes flight was passed and still no water was served to my wife. I warn Mr. Prakash Krishna of desires consequences for his such actions and mishandling and pushing me in front if all other passengers and my wife but he still was very arogant and he proclaimed that he will call marshals and cops and will get me arrest for asking water and complaint register.. still no water was provided to us. A co passenger provides a cup of water to my wife who was feeling daisy for need of water.
After a very uncomfortable landing with [censor], i am writing you this complaint and I want to ask your company Fly Dubai and parent company Emirates some following questions..
1. this is your class of service?
2. Selling expensive food products and costly toys on board by crew members is more necessary than to provide or sell water bottle even on continuous demand?
3. This is what your cabin crew people do with the passengers on request for water or complaint book?
4. These are the service standard of your company?
5. Mis handling customer for water or complaint book is your companies ethical culture?
6. Your company take such complaints seriously or not?
7. Whether should I write to President of UAE or Crown Prince of Dubai requesting them to honour Mr. Prakash Krishna and all other crew members of that flight for their first class service standards?
8. Whether should I lodged and FIR with Police and approach Consumer Court against your crew members?
9. If your company feels shameful for this act or you all are shameless people like Mr. Prakash Krishna?
If you people are unable to respond to my complaint and cant even provide respect and water to a passenger and than you people are not capable to run an airline. So I give you people a suggestion..shut down your company and try to learn some manners and moral lessons..

My suitcase is damaged after reaching Kenya and it had all of my stuff. I am writing to you because I trust that your customer service and complaints department will take my complaint seriously.
It's very disappointing to reach my destination after about 14 Hrs to start collecting my stuff and put it in plastic bags ad throw my remaining broken stuff.

I flew out from Saudi Arabia on 9 January 2018. I had a layover of about 3 hours at Dubai Airport. When I was boarding, the FlyDubai attendant didn't let me on the plane saying I don't have enough space for the Thai authorities in my passport.
They refused to give me a document stating the reason why they didn't let me board the plane.
When I got back to Saudi, I sent an email to FlyDubai. Their policy is to answer complaints in 21 (twenty-one) days. They refused to refund me or reschedule my flight for a later time.
FlyDubai is a thief, with help from their government.
Avoid FlyDubai.
Avoid the United Arab Amirates.

Kindly be noted that I had a flight from DXB to HBE 07 of Feb 2018 and my origin point is muscat. So the fly Dubai stuff says that we couldn't accommodate you although the delay from your side and I think this not fair I'm coming from more than 36 hours sailing at sea without rest so I had to book a hotel on my own account. I'm a frequent traveler onboard most of air carriers companies I never faced a situation like that the air carrier keep the clients for more than 77 hours without accommodation.

refusal to check in me at the counter and I missed the flight

I would like to complain Flydubai check in counter service in Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport. I have booked the flight from Bangkok to Kiev through Dubai (flight number FZ-524 and FZ-743) on 22/1/2018 with booking number 3KJHTC. When I arrived the counter in the airport and was ready to check in, the staff in counter refused my check in with the reason that I didn't have return flight ticket from Ukraine. I am a Hong Kong passport holder, I am visa free to stay in Ukraine for 14 days. But the staff in counter insisted me to present the accommodation booking and return flight. They acted like immigration officiers and checked all my thing which I don't need to present to get into Ukraine. Therefore I missed the flight on 22/1/2018, and I needed to rebook the flight for next day 23/1/2018 with extra fee 122usd. I got into Kiev on 23/1/2018 night, the Ukrainian immigration officer in passport control just asked me the date to leave Ukraine, without asking me for any proof of accommodation and return flight ticket. Because I am VISA FREE. I have travelled to many countries by flight and I checked in successfully without any problem even I didn't have return ticket. So, I would like to reclaim the fee for rebooking the flight ticket on 23/1/2018 due to inappropriate management at check in counter in BKK airport.

I have booked my flight from Delhi to Dubai for 2persons in FlyDubai Airlines scheduled on 19th Jan, 2018 in the morning at 9:50am. Later we received an information due to flight diversion flight is delayed for around 3-3:30 hours and the next scheduled time given was 13:10pm but then again an announcement was made when passengers were enquiring about the status then the crew said again due to some reasons flight is rescheduled at 19:30pm.
But due to this full day loss my further bookings, work and trip plans are ruined and am in loss of time and money. I was about to attend a conference over there and I have booked a room for two in Royal Escort Hotel in Dubai plus I booked Dhau Cruise City Tour which was scheduled at 7pm which is missed and my booking is wasted plus the amount I invested.
This is complete mis guidance and negligence of the staff, crew and airlines.
I there after request you to kindly refund my hotel booking charges, cruise charges and as per the govt new guideline of delayed flight compensation my one way ticket charges.
As you cannot refund the time I have ruined and wasted waiting from 6am in the morning but you can refund the amount.
I being a passenger expect the airlines to understand and kindly refund my claim.
I am attaching my boarding pass details, my dhau cruise itinerary and if required I will send you all the necessary details.

2. Not even a free cup of coffee for a 6 hour flight even Kenyan airways give a meal and free drinks
3. On my way back from ukraine today flight was delayed I understand it happens but when the gate open for bording you make customers wait outside the plain with the temperature in the minus. There were children and I don't think it was grate being sick and standing in the cold.
4.I buy on bord entertainment but my screen was not working seat 28c witch means I spent money for a service that was not working properly.
5. When we did check in my self and my friend asked to sit next to each other we were seated on opposite side of the Isle and no we were at check in on time were seated 28c and 28D.when only to find out its 2 isle seats after standing in the cold for 20min wile the ground staff are playing games making people wait.
6.You only have one loo at the back of the plain and as my seat was right at the back with people passing by constantly not fine.
7.you had no food prepaired for people with allergies.
8. A response would be amazing or socialmedia will be a mess as I will post my horrible experience online next.

I asked the person who sit the information center near by your office and i he said your peoples are in inside counters and will take more than one hour to office. So i have no time for waiting more than one hour because my office is in Kauther (Ad Dakhiliyah), so i leave from there.
My Bag almost fully damaged, and it can't use.
I will go back to Dubai on this month end. So i can come to your Muscat Airport office at that day.

very impolite flight attendants
I flew this airline from Kathmandu, Nepal to Dubai and then onto Gassim on 5 January 2018. The flight itself was not bad, but the flight attendants were the absolute worst of the worst I have seen in over 40 years of flying. The flight attendants treated the Nepalese passengers with contempt and ignored their requests. If it were only one flight attendant then it could be easily handled. However, it was the entire crew. My flight number was FZ576 and FZ855. I suggest a heavy dose of customer service training and respect for all cultures be given to the crew from these flights. I seriously doubt if I would ever fly this airline again.
