Support tickets for lost services have been left unanswered for several days, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, the auto-payment top-up feature on my account doesn't seem to be working, even though I have a valid card on file. It's a real shame because FlyNumber used to be a great company with fantastic services over the past couple of years. However, recently, there has been a sudden decline in their performance. It's really disappointing.
