Good seller. They have a lot of information about the products they sell, which is really helpful. The website is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. The delivery was fast, I got my order in no time. The only downside is that sometimes the website can be a bit slow, but overall it's a good experience. I would recommend FNAC to others.

Outro ponto muito negativo é o fato de não ser possível pagar através do PayPal. É uma pena, pois muitas pessoas preferem essa forma de pagamento por ser mais prática e segura.
Além disso, a navegação pelo site também pode ser um pouco confusa. Às vezes, é difícil encontrar exatamente o que estamos procurando. Seria bom se houvesse uma melhoria nesse sentido, para facilitar a experiência do usuário.
No entanto, devo ressaltar que a FNAC possui uma variedade interessante de produtos. Há opções para todos os gostos e necessidades. É possível encontrar desde livros e CDs até eletrônicos e eletrodomésticos. A diversidade de marcas também é um ponto positivo.
Outro aspecto que merece destaque é o atendimento ao cliente. Sempre que precisei entrar em contato com a FNAC, fui bem atendido. Os funcionários são prestativos e tentam resolver os problemas da melhor forma possível.

Disappointed with FNAC: Late Delivery, Refusal to Collect, and Poor Customer Support
Atrasam-se na entrega e quando pedi para devolverem só me respondem que já foi entregue.
Queria que enviassem a transportadora que se atrasou vários dias para recolher o artigo e recusaram-se.
O artigo era para a minha irmã logo e vou ter de me deslocar 30km para o ir buscar e ir aos correios EM TEMPOS DE PANDEMIA.
Tudo a meu custo, claro.
Apoio ao cliente quase inexistente e demoram dias a responder quando não lhes interessa.
Eu estou muito desapontado com a FNAC. Fiz uma encomenda e eles atrasaram-se na entrega. Quando lhes pedi para devolverem o produto, eles simplesmente me disseram que já tinha sido entregue. Que absurdo! Eu queria que eles enviassem a transportadora que se atrasou por vários dias para recolher o artigo, mas eles recusaram-se a fazer isso. Agora, tenho que me deslocar 30km para ir buscar o produto e ainda tenho que ir aos correios, tudo isso em tempos de pandemia. É um verdadeiro incômodo e ainda tenho que pagar por tudo isso.
Além disso, o apoio ao cliente é quase inexistente. Eles demoram dias para responder, especialmente quando não lhes interessa. É muito frustrante ter que lidar com essa falta de atenção e consideração por parte da FNAC. Estou muito insatisfeito com essa experiência e definitivamente não recomendaria a FNAC para ninguém.

My order EMZ54FJBBCBVI was paid for (€ 42,92) by bank transfer (IBAN) on 18 November 2024, and on 21 November I received a message from SAV Facturation FNAC that the payment had been received and the order passed on to dispatch. (I still have copies of this e-mail correspondence).
Since then I have received no further communication, and it has proved impossible to contact FNAC on any of the options on its site.

Scanned by this product online have a written confirmation from apple that it’s a scam and fnac is currently not responding to my constant pleas of a return and reimbursement please help ! I ordered it a week ago on fnac.com in France and after it arrived I was unable to connect it to my apple iPhone. I then decided to visit the Apple Store in Paris where a technician checked out the issue for me. He couldn’t connect the watch to my phone either Basically we just couldn’t set it up so he suggested to me to get a reimbursement from fnac in one of their shops maybe and show the letter by apple . I did go to a fnac shop but they refused to help me and she’d me to call or email customer service. After which I did that too but customer service e inisists that since the product has been bought by a particular seller it is him who must accept that the product dosnt work and reimburse me. At this point I have no solution and just want a quick reimbursement thank you

I ordered the watch online on fnac.com to pair with my original iPhone 14 brought from apple. It’s the first time I bought an Apple Watch to connect with my iPhone though I have been an iPhone user since years I bought the watch now. After it arrived I tried to pair it several times with my phone but it dint work. I also asked many friends who use both Apple Watch and iPhone both to pair it with their phones but it dint work either.
Then I decided to visit the Apple Store in Paris opera. One of the apple technicians there checked out the watch for me. It took over an hour after which the finally I was informed by apple that the product would have to be sent to their factory for further investigation and in case the issue needed to be repaired I would have to pay for it at my own expense and the cost could go upto 300 euros. So they told me go to to a fnac shop and ask for a reimbursement if I wished as I am protected by the consumer protection act the product having been ordered by me barely a week earlier and being under a warrantee for 2 years more. After this I went to a fnac shop in chatelet and they refused to do anything telling me that I had ordered the product online so I must try to resolve it online. Online I spoke to fnac customer service who were rude and dint give me any satisfactory answer when I’m just asking for a simple reimbursement as the product just does not work I even have a letter from apple confirm in this for now I’m in a huge crisis as I’ll be travelling soon and I have no solution how to get my money back yet.
