I am a loyal customer of Frigidaire. My first home had a Frigidaire with the coils on the top. I expect Frigidaire to be loyal back to me.
Last week I bought a Frigidaire Dehumidifier. I am not good with the computer, so I had a man help me with the order, He helped me. I placed the order. #420876. I was told I would have to wait 3 -5 business days. I waited until today, July 28, 2023, and was told the order is still in the cart and we have to do it all over again. We did it all over again and now I'm told I have to wait another 3 -5 business days. The new order # is [protected].
Don't you think that your company should have the courtesy to ship it a little faster to me? It was delayed due to your error. I'd like to get it as quickly as possible, and your customer service says it can't be done.

I originally purchased a Frigidaire 70 pt. dehumidifier. I purchased an extended warranty program. When the unit failed, they sent me a 50 pt unit. Originally, they then said they identified the error and would pick up the 50 pt and replace it with a 70 pt. Nothing happened. I called again and they said it was going to be delivered in two days. Nothing happened. Calling again they said the case was closed out because they sent a unit, and they were done.

Frigidaire refrigerator
I ordered a 13.9 cubic ft Frigidaire refrigerator from Home Depot online. A delivery date was scheduled for 6/28/2023. The refrigerator was delivered and within 24 hours started leaking water onto my floor. I tried to call Home Depot on 6/30/2023, however they were closed for the weekend. I reached them on 7/3/2023 and told them about the leak. They sent a person on 7/5/2023 to look at it. He said they couldn't fix it and that I should ask for a new refrigerator. I called Home Depot the next day and asked for a new refrigerator, and they scheduled a repair person from Frigidaire (Electrolux) to look at it. The repair person came out and said that the drip pan was missing. He said they would order the part to be delivered to my address and that I should call when it arrived. An appointment was set up for 7/25/2023. Two days before the appointment I received a text that the delivery had been delayed and that my appointment was cancelled. They said I should call when the part arrives, but gave no indication on how long that would be. I called their repair number today and the representative said that they don't know when it will arrive. She said that I can call again if it doesn't arrive this week. I have been waiting since 6/28/2023 for this, and meanwhile my kitchen floor is getting soaked every day for almost a month now.
Desired outcome: Immediate repair or a new refrigerator.
Refrigerator Model #FFHB2940PS
This refrigerator has a design flaw that routinely causes the automatic icemaker/dispenser to stop working. Ice builds up at the back of the unit that causes the fan to freeze and that renders it useless. Most of the time, we have been able to return it to working condition by using a handheld hairdryer, spending about twenty minutes, to defrost the area around the fan in and around the back of the unit. Then we would cross our fingers and wait. After an inconsistent amount of time has passed, it might begin working again. But this shouldn't be something one should have to do on a weekly basis. (For quite a long period of time, I had to use a countertop icemaker to replace the one in my refrigerator that didn't work.) It is once again not working and this time, we have not been able to use this tweak to get it running again. There are hundreds of complaints to be found online about chronic problems with the icemakers on this model. Yet Frigidaire has done nothing to remedy the problem. The company should either replace these refrigerators or come up with a way to retrofit them with a proper icemaker.

Purchased Frigidaire freezer 11/2/16 and the dealer's tech has been here 8 times with the same problem ie. leaks water all over the floor. He has called the factory on many occasions and was told what to do to fix the problem but to no avail.The cooperation we are receiving from the dealer leaves alot to desire. Dishwasher
This is the WORST dishwasher I have EVER owned. If the dishes aren't spotless when you put them in, it won't get them clean. You have to hand wash the dishes BEFORE and AFTER you wash them in this worthless appliance. It can't even clean fresh damp coffee film on a coffee cup. Put a coffee cup lined with damp film or filmy flatware in and wash it. When it's done, the film is baked on from the dry cycle. Don't even THINK about putting anything in the middle of the bottom rack. This useless dishwasher won't even TOUCH it! There are NO jets covering the middle section of the bottom rack. So, anything put there will be untouched and will come out as dirty as when you put it in.
This junk dishwasher is completely worthless! It's less work just washing the dishes by hand!

We made a purchase from home Depot, a up right freezer 10 months ago and it quit working. Took a half of a day to find some one to talk to, after making a trip to Home Depot and talking to a manager that called this company and on the phone for 35 minutes a repair person was notified to come in 4 days. We lost a freezer full of meat that cost over a thousand dollars. This company could care less. Asked for a refund they refused. The Freezer quit working after 10 months and paid nearly 1000. The company only said they were sorry, but no compensation for our loss due to their freezer under warranty. They only wanted to sell a extended warranty. Dont buy their products they suck.

Call disconnected by Jennifer - she would not provide her operator number when I expressed I was be escalating my support request and will complete a compliant. Additionally - Jennifer expressed she was working from home and repeatedly had to place me on hold to speak to a supervisor. Jennifer would also not provide her supervisor name or the transaction number of our conversation and my support request.

washer/dryer
Washer dryer stackable unit stopped operating. I called Frigidaire and they scheduled a service tech. the service tech came a week later and said that the unit was unrepairable. The drum was out of alignment and everything inside was damaged and the entirety of the inside would need to be replaced in order for it to work and he recommended replacement. I then called to follow up with Frigidaire who told me that the service tech reported that there was no damage and that the issue was "cosmetic". I called the service company to get a copy of the report. The report explained the error codes, included 10 photos of the inside of the machine and said "unit is not repairable and needs to be replaced". I then called Frigidaire again and was told that the damage was cosmetic and the service rep read from the supposed "report" submitted by the technician. I then said, nope, that's not what the report says and got an email address to send the report. I emailed that report and it took 3 phone calls to them for them to even say that they had received the email with the report. The service rep then read me a totally different explanation of the report as if I didn't have the report right in front of me. After 52 minutes on the phone, he finally said he was "processing a requiest for replacement". I was supposed to receive an email from them including paperwork or information about this request. Never got an emiail. After another hour long phone call, the frigidaire rep sent me my email - it contained the model and serial number and the name of the store where the unit was purchased. Zero documentation about a replacement request. I asked to be transferred to a manager and they disconnected the phone call. zero resolution in sight ever for a washer / dryer that completely stopped working 10 months after purchase.

Today is June 22, 2023. Since April 2023, I have gotten the most unprofessional customer services with the Frigidaire Technical Support staff. Today. however, was the worst. A service technician came to my home. I hope this is his government name because he went running out of my house.
He refused to wait until I was able to get a Service Supervisor on the telephone, stating he had other service calls to do. In fact I had to chance him to get his name. I was told his name is Jonathan Rector. This technician was extremely rude and unprofessional. He accused me of stealing parts for my refrigerator and refused to wait until I spoke to a supervisor in Customer Service. I am a senior citizen and I have never in my 72 years been treated with such humiliation and disrepect. It it my hope that Mr. Rector be reprimanded, retrained and/or fired. He definitely has poor customer service skills. I am also sure that because of his rude and unprofessional behavior your company has received many. many complaints on him. Because of this extremely bad and humilitating experience, I will never purchase another frigidaire appliance; nor will I recommend my family and/or friends do so as well. Rebate
I bought all the appliances for my house and they were offering a $2,000 rebate, I received the virtual card and the bank was Sunrise Bank, just to find out that I can’t use the card because always comes as declined even though the money is in the card, I called the bank over 10 times for them just to say that they will escalate the problem to a supervisor. Electrolux, never help, their customer service is horrendous, the bank never help and their customer servir is worse. This is just all fraud, I’m not the first one they tricked into buying their appliances but never could use the rebate.
Desired outcome: I wish I could use the rebate card.

A technician from A&E came out on 6/1/2023 and advise the refrigerator is ill-repairable and my tenant should receive a placement in a couple of days. Purchased in 2019. Ice buildup in refrigerator section for a year. 7-8 service calls to fix and still not resolved. Frigidaire will not assist and takes no responsibility for their malfunctioning appliance. Service repair no longer will assist as they do not believe the problem is fixable and Frigidaire needs to replace unit. Very difficult to reach C/S at Frigidaire ( hold times average 60 minutes.) If you do get to speak with someone, they claim they can’t help and put you back in the queue to wait another 60-90 minutes. Repair company won’t help any longer and Frigidaire is not interested. Next steps?

On May 12, 2023, our refrigerator went completely out.
The former owner pulled his receipts and called Brand Smart. and found out that all appliances were still under the one-year warranty, (May 15, 2022.) BrandsMart provided us with the Frigidaire Warranty Dept info. I called but they were closed until Monday, May 15, 2023.
It was a challenge to get someone to address our concerns. Explained I had a daughter with a disability and we needed our refrigerator. We waited days for a technician, we waited a week for the compressor, then we waited for an Electrolux technician.
Desired outcome: From May 12, 2023, until today, May 30, 2023, no refrigerator. All food was lost and my daughter's health was at Risk. I feel that some compensation could be provided for the foods lost and the inconvenience.
Damage to my vinyl flooring while repairing my refrigerator.
My Icemaker quit working within 30 days. Y'all sent a Tech. out. Well he hung the door wrong and when he pulled the refrigerator out he tore my Vinyl Flooring. I had to get and confront him about it. He said he would turn it in. well guess he did but it didn't do me any good. I have called several 800#, Bria Priddy who in charge of Risk Management. Best Servicer of America Inc. who sent out the first Tech. Today they told me there was to much time has passed and they couldn't do anything about it. Chest Freezer 19.8 CU FT
My fiancé and I purchased a Frigidaire freezer from a third party company back in January of 2022. We paid $800 for the freezer that we needed for food storage, as we had limited space in our current freezer. Since it was a Frigidaire product, we had no concern about getting an additional warranty outside of the one year, as Frigidaire is allegedly one of the most reliable brands out there. Upon plugging in the freezer, we were only met with a slew of problems.
The freezer has not worked for us since day one. Since we didn't realize that the freezer was not working until the middle of February, we lost the opportunity to return the freezer to the store we purchased it from for a free replacement. I called the store manager who said he would assist us by replacing it; however, he could only do so if Frigidaire was unable to fix the freezer. He said I would have to let Frigidaire complete their repairs.
The A&E technician came out and allegedly fixed the freezer. It wasn't ran after he fixed it because we didn't need it; the technician said not to turn it on until we needed it. At that point, it was March 28th 2022. We didn't need to plug it in again until the end of November of 2022 on the 26th. It ran for about 1 day at a cold temperature to our knowledge, and then it must have stopped working after that. We didn't find this out until January, though, since the light was still on, and the freezer was making sounds as though it was still working.
We smelled something awful in our garage and opened the freezer about 6 weeks later. We found that the freezer was over 70 degrees inside, even though the hottest it was outside was 55 degrees. Everything in the freezer rotted and was moldy.
We were just now able to get a different technician out to diagnose the freezer again (May 22nd of 2023) due to the high demand in the area. We went with another company because when we called A&E directly at the start of January to get service out, they said the soonest they could go out was February 5th 2023. We found the issue on January 1st, called them on January 2nd, and our warranty was set to expire on the 30th of January 2023. So, we would be at a loss of money anyway; it was a lose-lose situation.
We chose to go with an uninterested technician that would give us an unbiased diagnosis. They confirmed there is nothing they can do to fix the freezer. There is a sealing and insulation issue with the compressor and the other internal components, so the temperature gauge stays open. This causes the compressor to run excessively, and that makes it short circuit. This is the second compressor that has gone bad in this freezer due to that in less than 12 months. What's worse is that we cannot purchase the parts to fix the freezer, as Frigidaire stopped manufacturing the parts to repair it. It is discontinued, and we are stuck with an $800 loss. We found this out on 5/22/23.
Frigidaire will not refund us the money we lost. We are well over 1 year of not having a functioning freezer that was never functional in the first place. They literally discontinued the parts to fix it because it doesn't work. It is truly a lemon product that they never recalled, and they never made it right with us.
We will never buy another product through Frigidaire, as they are not as reliable of a company as we were informed. Overall, this has been an absolutely terrible experience and customer service journey for us. We will do everything we can to keep people aware how awful the product is.
Desired outcome: We would ideally get our $800 back, but we know that will never happen. So, instead, we just want everyone to know that Frigidaire's products are not reliable.

Frigdaire Professional Series Stove/Oven
I recently was self cleaning my oven and the panel said they was a error and started beeping. No matter what I tried I could not get it to stop. Upon further research on the internet several comments on do not use self cleaning feature as many have had issues. Mine seems to freeze up the control panel each time as I have not been able to stop until complete cycle. I called your helpline and the person was of no help at all. You might want to pass this on as after self clean continue and very hot I was concerned it might become hazard.\
I resolved by turning off the breaker switch ( could have also unplugged electric connections) to my oven. My stove/oven is electric with gas top. After being off for several hours, when I turned back on and oven had cooled the panel allowed me to turn off thr self cleaning and unlock door avoiding any issues.
Gallery air fry range
Purchased April 2022 and had immediate gas odor after installation. Called Frigidaire customer service on April 7 and was advised to wait and see if the odor disappeared. They never advised how long to wait and instead of sending a service representative immediately to correct the issue, they attempted to save money on what they considered a nuisance call. I called again on May 12, 2023 to advise the issue was not resolved itself and would require service. They advised me it was past warranty and they would not service the range at their expense. Since they knew they have a defective product they are obligated to service follow up to ensure the safety of the owner. They did nothing to follow up on my original complaint so as to discharge their responsibility for this issue.
Desired outcome: They need to fix this range at their expense.
