If you have a paid subscription, you tried it for free and it doesn't work at all, I thought it only worked with a license, of course, I think I can sign up to try it and unsubscribe after 14 days, but it turns out that's not how it works. You have to contact support to do a bunch of things that are supposed to help you run emulators in their app, it sure is a crapshoot. The quality of the bots itself is very poor, raw product, for games the functionality is very basic, to have normal gameplay, to do dailies, it's not about that at all, just a useless thing.

Then if you want to unsubscribe, they say, no, we don't unsubscribe, we wrote everything so that no one can unsubscribe, and if you want to cancel it, we pass all your accounts from your IP address to the game moderators and say that you used bots. So these unicums also threaten you after that, I do not advise you to contact this company at all.

I found GN Bots to be quite disappointing. I paid them my hard earned money and I was hoping to get a good service. Unfortunately, their customer support is terrible. They don't reply to your emails and it seems like they just want to take your money. I was having a problem with the service and it took them 4 months to even acknowledge it. And even after that, it still isn't fixed. I'm still waiting for them to take some action.

I'm not quite sure what's going on over there, but I'm not pleased with their service at all. I would advise other people to stay away from GN Bots because you never know what you're going to get. The whole experience was just so frustrating. I wish I could get my money back, but I doubt that will happen. It's a shame, because I was really hoping for some good results, but it didn't happen.

I really hope they improve their customer support and services so that others don't have to go through what I went through.

Gn bots, in my opinion, are a complete waste of time and money, don't bother investing. The developers are unresponsive, and the bot is ineffective. Hidden subscriptions are a pain, and no refunds are given, which is a major disappointment.

I purchased the bot and quickly realized It was not functioning correctly. I tried to seek help from the developer with no response to my multiple messages. When I finally received a reply, they gave me no solution to my problem.

Adding insult to injury, I discovered a hidden subscription to GNbots.com. At the time of purchase, nothing was mentioned about the subscription or payment, which is unacceptable.

In conclusion, my experience with GN bots has been one of the worst and least satisfactory purchases I have ever made. I would advise everyone to stay away from this bot, as it is unreliable, and the developers are not receptive to feedback. Save your money and time.

I have used GN Bots for Game of Thrones Conquest (GOTC) and to be very honest, it wasn't quite user-friendly. You might want to look for alternatives if you don't want to risk installing and setting up the remote-server version of GN Bots.

They refused to refund my purchase and ceased all communication when I requested for it. So, you might just want to run the other way instead of walking towards GN Bots, and save yourself the hassle altogether.

However, GnBots.com does have some positives worth mentioning as well. The UI is intuitive and easy to use, even for beginners. Plus, they offer a wide variety of game bots to choose from, giving users the option to select the bot best suited for their game of choice.

Used these guys bots for a few months, didn't really like them at first and not quite sure if they worked. Ended up purchasing a full year subscription as a last ditch effort and just to see how it went. After some time, I just decided to stop using them altogether. I thought for sure I had cancelled the auto-renew feature on the website, but I was mistaken. A year later, another charge from GN Bots appears on my bank statement and my spidey senses are tingling. I contested the charge, explaining that I thought I had cancelled the subscription but I ended up being wrong. These guys put my account on hold - a decision that at first made me even angrier, but, as it turns out, was actually somewhat necessary. A few months into the subscription, I wasn't even using the bots anymore but I definitely hadn't cancelled, and I was getting ready to have more money taken out of my account, whether I wanted it or not. I managed to avoid that problem because the account was put on hold after I contested the charge.

The issue was that my account stayed on hold for a long time. I did not get a response from GN Bots about when the hold would be lifted, and I was stuck without access to the product - a product I had already paid for. Not being able to use the bots during the subscription term was frustrating and a waste of money.

My experience with GN Bots has left me feeling ripped off, the customer service seems non-existent and the product is subpar. I have had to construct multiple emails in an attempt to resolve the issues with them, to no avail - all seems to have fallen on deaf ears. I wouldn't suggest giving them your business, in fact I would strongly advise against it.

I wanted to cancel my subscription to GN Bots from gnbots.com because it just wasn't working properly and I wasn't even playing the game anymore. I sent them a message a week before my renewal was supposed to happen, but I still haven't gotten any response at all. And guess what? They charged me anyways! Can you believe it? And to add insult to injury, it hasn't been running at all this whole time. So, I reached out to their customer support again to tell them about the charge and that I wanted to file a PayPal dispute. But yet again, they ignored me. It took them 6 whole days to get back to me about the PayPal thing, and they somehow managed to convince PayPal to side with them, even though the bot only worked for 16 days out of the previous month! I was paying an extra $100 for someone else to run it, and I still had to do 90% of the work myself. And now, it hasn't even run at all this month. I reinstalled the game just to double check. This experience has been absolutely terrible and I wouldn't recommend GN Bots to anyone.
