I live in the Humble, Texas area and my family frequents HEB either the Summerwood and/or 1960-Atacosita stores. We so enjoy the HEB store and the quality of products offered for the price. However, there seems to be one product that continuous escapes us no matter the HEB store we visit and that is the flavor of Blue Bell Ice Cream that my family enjoys the most. It is quite surprising to us that it never appears on the HEB store shelves given it is a Blue Bell Ice Cream best seller. Why is it that HEB carries many flavors of Blue Bell Ice Cream, but not Butter Pecan?
I respectfully request that HEB consider placing on its freezer shelves the Blue Bell Butter Pecan flavored ice cream. Thank you in advance and Happy New Year.

heb original orange juice
Good afternoon,
I bought some orange juice a few days ago from the HEB on HWY 6 N in Houston, Tx and there were black things floating around in the juice. It was not expired as the date said January 11th. I have pictures of the juice and the jug that I have attached below as well as a video showing whatever was floating in the juice. Please have someone contact me [protected] as this is unacceptable I had to throw the whole Jug away and this was for my Christmas breakfast. I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon.

Your employee Kim-ly Nguyen had been harassing me and my now husband since January of this year (2017). She refuses to leave us alone and is under investigation with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy for accessing my medical records at your pharmacy and disclosing the type of medication I was on to others to falsely report me to child protective services and accusing me of abusing my baby by claiming that I am "misusing medication while excessively drinking". Child Protective Services has since investigated her false allegations and have closed the case within days of her allegations.
My husband and I have already told her to leave us alone. He told her he was done with her back in February and reconciled with me. He has since moved in with me and our now 15 month old baby in October of this year.
I've attached messages she sent me from my husband's cell phone back in January and another recent one today 12/25/2017 from an anonymous text message platform.

Ummm. I don't think the pharmacist had any of his children either way for her to file a false complaint against bone of her customers at her place of employment is totally unacceptable, oh and did I mention ILLEGAL . It even sounds like she was going through this lady's prescription chart with out her knowledge or for any good reason for that matter. other then to harrase one HEBs many paying customers. Doesn't matter how unstable or as you put it, "crazy" this lady is, but it definitely matters if HEB's pharmacist is unstable. Ive also had problems with one of the two pharmacies I go to at HEB. Ones amazing and the others the complete opposite. Oh and P.S. I think it's disgusting for another woman to say to another woman, " he wants nothing to do with his child". Sounds like a nasty " woman" (and I use that word very loosely) to me.

Heb store# 11/227. After a 14 hour day, this employee was rushing me out of the store due to it closing early for the holidays. I understand the employees wanting to spend time with their families. However, I was very much uncomfortable and insulted by having this man literally follow me around the store telling me to "hurry up." he then proceeded to describe to me his seventy hour work week. This behavior was ill received and very much unappreciated. Employee behavior of such is what will result in my shopping elsewhere. I'm sure one customer complaint will go unresponded to. I will simply escalate this to the next level until this rude behavior is resolved.
spoiled snapple drinks
I went and bought 3 6 pack of Snapple drinks. Out of the 3 cases 2 1/2 were spoiled. I got sick and when I went to return all I got was a barely there apology. I didn't get anything to compensate me for the disgusting drinks I had consumed and had made me terribly sick the night before. The snapples had mold in them, MOLD! I even have a video of the disgustingness if you wanna see. I shop at your store pretty much every day and I am thinking of never going back there again. I am even thinking of sending it to my local new station to warn people because I doubt I was the only one affected.

I went shopping at heb on December 16, 2027. After I finish my shopping. Got in line. Well I forgot something. So I told the man behind me to go up front. When it was my turn. The cashier guestion why I wanted bottle water instead of drinking city water. Then my daughter came with my stuff I forgot. When it came to finish the transaction. I had coupons, I told her let me use my hebs card first. Well it didn't work like she thought. So you made a comment. That doesn't happen to me. There was a couple behind me made feel like a fool.

I've worked for HEB is the past starting out as a checker and slowly progressing to bookkeeping so I know what expectations are from HEB. Everytime I visit the HEB on 14498 Bellaire Blvd Houston Texas during the night hours, I never walk away satisfied or impressed with the level of customer service provided by staff. Nearly 80 percent of the checkers, baggers, and ASM's have their phone's out and texting. The rest are leaning on the counters chit chatting paying zero attention to the customers approaching their lane. Tonight I walked up to the checker, Jakira H. and I got no greeting at all from her. During the entire transaction of her scanning my items, she was talking to her peers. At the very end, she stated my total. I received no "Thank You" from her or anyone. This is the same experience I encounter each week when I visit this location. I expect a higher level of service, attentiveness from at least the ASM's but instead they're texting. Now I'm not sure if HEB has dropped their standards from when I worked back in 2009 or Not, but this level of service is not appealing towards any customer walking in.

I am not certain if your company is aware of your employees posting discriminatory videos about your customers on YouTube and FB and Twitter, but you should look into it. This has to be embarrassing for a company who prides itself on serving the community. I can not believe that the policies of this company would allow employees to do this. sockeye salmon
I bought 1.2 pounds of sockeye salmon from Portland Heb and it was full of pin bones I suggest you either pull the bones before sale or sell fish with no bones it ruined my meal, very sorry to come but I am genuinely upset as I was quite hungry before trying to eat this bone ridden fish. Well seeing as how this complaint is too short let me add to it. I bought this fish fillet hoping to cook it and eat it. I did not realize that I would have to cook it, debone it, and then eat it. I understand I am asking a lot and possibly being petty and if nothing is resolved fine just know that I typically don't buy salmon due to flavor I was trying to broaden my horizons and due to pin bones I treated myself $17 worth of salmon and decided to eat a hot Pocket instead. As for those"chef's"who have something to say, I may not be certified but I've been in the profession long enough to earn the title and I am not just a ridiculous complaining client, if you're going to leave bones in the meat fine, at least tell us they're there! You've ruined my dinner!
central market organic baby spinach
I purchased a contain the Central market organic baby spinach on Sunday December 10th at the HEB on 281 and Evans. While eating dinner tonight, mid chew of the spinach, I notice a large green bug crawling out from under my spinach. Needless to say I spit the spinach back out on my plate and threw away my meal. I buy this brand due to the triple washed promise on the front of the packaging.
If you still have the receipt, return the bag to the store of purchase for a replacement or refund. Even if the product says it is washed, it never hurts to wash it personally at home.

On 12/9/17 at 13:49 location of 111 Timberland Dr. Lufkin Tx. My wife and kids were in the store shopping and Adam was following my son around the store told him a "little monkey get off the basket" which is a racist statement! After that he was following my family around the store my daughters when in the store about ten minutes are so after there mother and little brother. To tell her what else there grandmother wanted. They tryed on some Dallas Cowboys hats Asked there mother could they buy them she said no an they took them off. As I stated before he was following my family around way before that so he seen the girls put the hats in the wrong location. Then he goes an retrieves the hats an demands my wife to pay for them. My son come to the car and an get me. I tell Adam you can't and we are not paying for the hats! He gets mad told the cashier not to complete the transaction with the grocery's we had an stated that he was calling the police. I responded a said good call the law! So they can explain to me were in world is it written we have to buy some hats if we try them on. Me and my family was CT. That was racist cause he used his power to oppresse me an my family.
I honestly don't know if he was but, that's was not at all professional for a manager of German decent to even say too a aboriginal decent person let along someone else child. An the manager told me personally that he wanted us to pay for the hats. When I walked inside the store he was standing behind my wife with the hats in his hand. Didn't know sales was doing that bad!

The cashier made a point of telling me to make sure I select a different line next time as her's was a 15 or less line.
She just threw my groceries in bags and left some not in bags and did not put any in my cart nor offer to have someone take my groceries out.
I am 62 and had shoulder surgery 8 weeks ago and I can't lift anything with my left arm. This was just the last straw. I talked with the manager but could not find my receipt and therefore did not know exactly which cashier checked me out. I was so shocked anyone would be that rude.
Between HEB pharmacy and store I spend about $400 per month there. I do not even what to go in the store again.

heb variety chip pack.
Purchased the HEB brand variety chip bag for my sons after school snacks Tuesday 12/5/2017. After opening the HEB Ranch Tortilla Chip bags we found only 3 1/2 chips in the bag. I am severely disappointed as we recently started doing our regular shopping at HEB to support a Texas Franchise that everyone speaks high of. I want this issue fixed for future customers.

I have been buying these Reed candles at$1.47 for over 40 years at HEB. This last year I have been having a lot of problems w them. There is something wrong w the wick, I think. After I noticed this happening to about 8 candles I decided to call Reed. Well, no answer for days. Nobody answers the phone. I left a message and days later I got a call from a lady and she was NOT HELPFUL! In fact she was rude. I have been taking these non working candles back to you. I think I'm going to switch to Dollar Tree and buy them there. It is troublesome to have to save my receipt and take back to you at least weekly.

This morning I was eating greek vanilla yogurt in which it has a weird taste but I figured it was just my toothpaste but as I approached the bottom/middle of the cup there was little black fuzzys in which I believe is mold... Hello, my girlfriend and I went to heb in Brownsville Texas (paredes ln), to buy some groceries and alcoholic drinks. I (cindy) was waiting in line to pay while my my gf (alicia) was taking her son to the restroom. As I leave, the line I gave her the EBT card so she can pay the food. When I came back from the restroom she states that the cashier Gloria Diaz did not want to sell her our drinks because she had no idea what I have given her. Alicia ask for a supervisor, he came (Lee). I told her I gave her an EBT card, she responded with I'm still not going to sell you all anything. I asked Lee why is she nothing selling our drinks, we both have our ids. He told her to sell us our drinks and she states that we were being rude to her and she was not going to sell anything to us. Lee asked another employee to take care of us and proceeded to take Gloria with him. I felt we were being discriminated and that made us feel mad, and ashamed because there was a lot of people looking at us. I have never in my life felt so discrimated and embarrassed. We have been shopping at that heb for years, we have never had any problems. Words can not explained how disrespected we felt with this employee.

Tonight I lined up to check out, but I didn't see the line which is express line, so I was waiting on express line. After I putted groceries on conveyor, I saw the indicator and I knew I was in wrong line. Therefore I said sorry to the cashier, I also ask her "would I chang line?"But she didn't answer me and she still do her work. I thought she didn't heard what I said, so I ask again, but she still didn't answer me and ignored my asking. I feel so bad about that! When she started checking out groceries, I apologized to her, I said "I am so sorry". But she didn't answer me anything, and directly ignored me. Her attitude is let me feel uncomfortable and so bad. I don't think this is good attitude to service customers. She also used throwing way to move groceries which I bought. Her attitude is really bad. I don't know that how do HEB train the staffs. Why her service attitude is terrible!
Honestly, how are you going to say she had bad customer service, when you made her job 10x harder because she was 15 items or less. You were the one who was inconsiderate, please reevaluate yourself.

I'm a father 3 an have been struggling in the past month to make ends meet an my food stamp I've had for do long never have changed or have a problem with it card has scratches from the kids but it works an it today of all other days it working when I swipe it today at 1:37 pm an tried it agian an it wasn't working I asked the lady if she could punch in the numbers in the card on the computer if that was ok since the wasn't working she said barely see the last 3 numbers an would to ask her manager she went down towards the cigarette casings where she was at asked her came an told she couldn't do it her manager said no because of the scratches an the last 3 being barely able to see an I told the lady at the register mam I'll call it in for u so u can here that I have my stamps In it an I know the last digits she ask my manager she told me I couldn't do it I said ok I will right before I approached her I called it an I told her to hear the call mam I know my card is a little old can u please punch in the numbers I know them like my social security I don't have food at home been struggling to stretch out the little amount of food stamps I get for the month she looked at me an said NO! (Rudely) the numbers u can't see an it's against our policy to type in the numbers I told her mam I've never had this problem but one time at my heb on port an tarlton an the general manager himself punched in the numbers an told if I have this problem agian to ask the register to punch in the numbers for u if the swiping don't work.. an the manager still told me know I've never been so embarrassed an humiliated because of the tone of her voice an all the other people who were just looking at me an I didn't have the money in cash to pay for my food I left with no food an 5 hungry mouths to feed my little family..

Heb plus north laredo tx, terrible customer service. Two regular lanes opened, 4 express opened. at 530 pm on a friday. I had to use self lane because other two regular were real long. Cashier for self extremely unhelpful, manager rude in a bad mood, not even trying to help! Other employee was on cell phone. Never again will I use this heb. Will try to buy everything at walmart or target! Worst heb customer service in laredo!
returning 2 shank ham
I was returning 2 shank Ham at 5601 Bandera rd, san Antonio tx. The cashier name Denise on November 22nd 2017 returned back the refund to my credit card that I need to swipe in. When I check on my credit card statement today on November 30, that were suspicious transaction online on that day November 22 and 27 with itune.com that I never shop at. I closed my account right the way.
So please be careful when you return stuffs with your credit card transactions.
