H-E-B cake

On Feb 13th, I went to order a Retirement Cake. I needed the cake for Feb 15th for 9:30am. Got there about 8:45am, with paperwork, no cake. The bakery manager apologized and said that cake would be ready in 30 minutes. Cake was half price. It was also cold, and icing did not stick. I was late and embarrassed. Half price ok, but I would have preferred quality. Bakery staff was really apologetic as well, and thanked me for my patience. Yes I was patient, if I had a choice I would have said forget it. I could not, how do you have a Retirement party without a Retirement cake?

H-E-B vegetables & meat

Burleson heb vegetables are constantly spoiled they don't last a day @ home not even in winter i've tried every means to store them, they're just rotten!
Just like the meat doesn't last more than a day maybe 2 even in my brand new $3, 500 dollar fridge? Everything is sold out by 4p no meats nothing in seafood case! Worst customer service, dirty nastiest store in the history they could careless in that store. Even had the manager tell me if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. So I will! I remember when that store opened how exciting it was & what a bummer it is now. I've never shopped @ kroger til recently what a beautiful store so the people so helpful prices amazing & it's made in america as opposed to everything coming from back alley trash cans in mexico. They deserve better too?
Wtheck is wrong w u people if you have any humans left that work there? Smdh

H-E-B delicatessen packaged foods

While I absolutely love and appreciate how fresh your foods are, I don't appreciate the inconvenience and difficulty involved in opening the packages you use to house them.
Last week I purchased some fresh salsa in a plastic tub, and as the pull tab came off, the product splashed all over me. I smelled like onions the rest of the day! Another time, I purchased your frozen individual beef roasts, and there was no perforated edge included to open them. Luckily, I found a pair of scissors near by, which allowed me to open them, or else I would have reeked of pot roast all day! Today, I purchased a kosher whole dill pickle, and though it said: "tear here", I could not, for the life of me, get it open. Once again, there wasn't even a perforated edge included. Please upgrade to more customer-friendly packaging. Thank you!

H-E-B failure to keep store stocked. empty shelves. #21/404 12400 hwy 71.

It's an everyday thing many of your shelves are empty at 12400 Hwy 71. The new store in Lakeway did nothing to help, in fact it has only gotten worse. I have complained over a dozen times directly to HEB coorperate. I have noticed the new store in Lakeway is twice as big with half the customers of the store at 12400 Hwy 71, and none of their shelves ever seem to be empty. You need to take half the stock in your Lakeway store and send it to the store at 12400 Hwy 71. You are losing my business to Target. I have just about given up on the store at 12400 Hwy 71. Common, everyday items you normally stock at just about every HEB, can be hard to find at 12400 Hwy 71.
Just went to 12400 Hwy 71 and didn't find what I was looking for and I mentioned this to your checker Ricardo R 979676. Ricardo told me to blame it on the super bowl. I had to tell Ricardo the Super Bowl was 4 days ago, and then I had to tell him it's almost an everyday, any day thing that you are out of items. I live right across the street from 12400 Hwy 71 yet, I have to go to Target or the HEB in Lakeway to find what I need. What a shame. And they are building a brand new subdivision right behind my apartment so, HEB, you've got more business on the way to your under stocked store at 12400 Hwy 71.

H-E-B managers

John Mayer and Oscar Moreno at HEB 109 have kicked out my boss for malicious personal reasons from the store. We are vendors for Flowers (Natures own, Faces killer bread) he stated that my boss gave no attention to the store but.. They know very well thats my job which my boss pays me to do. I don't understand why they kicked him out for those reasons when they clearly see me stocking up products always on time.. And I even have worked for Pepperidge farms and Bimbo (Bairds, Orowheat, Sara lee) so now they are leaving me with out a job for selfish reasons of their own and that is not right at all and not a good representation of HEB here in Houston, TX

H-E-B none

I Went to Heb off 290&Barker, a couple of weeks ago, and felt like I was racially profiled . I bought some protein (Quest bars)The day before @ our local smoothie king. That day I went to the gym, which is adjacent to HEB. Before exiting my vehicle, I grabbed a protein bar and began eating it. Before I entered the store, I devoured the protein bar so I wouldn't cause any confusion. I decided to do some shopping, which I do daily. As I approached the cooler this lady was handing out sample etc. I reached in my pocket, grabbed the wrapper and proceeded to throw the wrapper in the trash. Immediately she saw that and shouted, "hey are you Guna Pay for that" I was like excuse me? She replied, where's your receipt. As if I'm stealing. Like Seriously? I shop there daily, and to be profiled after a long work week, and a killer workout was distasteful. I spoke to the store manager, told him what happen, gave him my phone number, and name. And never heard anything else about. Very unprofessional! Ridiculous! I work 70 hours a week, and this lady has never to shout at me over a protein bar that's worth 2.99. Wow! Merica!

H-E-B terrible customer service and language

Employee Cruz Becerra working at HEB in eagle pass, tx was very rude and disrespectful and totally shouldn't be exposed to any more customers while behaving like that. It also seemed to be having some kind of relationship with employee Patricia Tijerina and things like this do not look good while working so please do something about it and talk to employees

H-E-B rossmary employee

I went to HEB store to buy a large significant amout of groceries. I spent 362.49 and was treated very badly and was embarrassed how I was talked too. I had not had time to buy groceries in a while was very happy to go to HEB because in my small town of Pecos texas we do not have The luxury of better quality and choices. I did get to the store around 1230 am due to the schedule I have. I was in the produce depatment after it was announced the people in the store has 5 more minutes to shop which was ok just needed couple items from produce to head out. Then I was approached aggressively by an employee by the name of Rossmary I dont know her title at the store but she acted like ahe owened the store and rudly told me its 1Am we are closed you need to go to the front now. I told her ok and went to get one more thing she did not move and kept telling me you need to take your stuff to the front with a loud voice practily yelling and giving me dirty looks. I kept telling her ok im on my way and she embarrassed me there was a man on the other side of the produce as I was going to the front ahe turned around kept giving me dirty looks so I told her to not look at me that way. The man on the other side she did not put on a show for him or tell him to get to the front. At this point I was very upset cause never in my life has anyone talk to me that way when im a paying customer. I understand if I was only buying one thing but I had 2 full baskets probly would have spent more if she gave me 2 mins to finish. So I made it to the front to pay she was at the register with a smurk looking at me wanting to almost laugh so I told her because she was co frontaional with me that I was not her employee so she did not need to me the way she did and asked her for her name she rudly said Rossmary and ahe walked away as christan rang up my groceries. He was poliet and asked how was doing I just replied ok im just a paying customer. She is not anyone to be talking to me that way or any other customer I have managed people and buisnness I never allowed or talked to people the way she did I understand we all have bad days but that was uncalled for I would only hope you handle my complaint accordingly. I love shopping at HEB but I might reconsider if I have issues like I did today. I have attached a photo of which HEB and my purchase.
Thank you,
Irene Hernandez

H-E-B rotisserie turkey breast

I needed dinner in a snap and decided to pick up a rotisserie turkey breast from the Brook Hallow location in San Antonio. To my surprise, the breast was incredibly dry. The top of the breast was so roasted cutting it was very difficult. Simply horrible. Dinner was ruined because of it. I will never purchase it ever again. I truly wanted to return it but felt bad since i had already mangled it in hopes of salvaging pieces for my family to eat.

I was checking out at heb and the cashier didn't even tell me the total she just pointed at the computer screen while giving me an ugly look, then I swiped my debit card and she rolled her eyes and said "Omg nothing but hispanics here " and I gave her a confused look and she told me to grab my receipt from the cash register and she was handing me a coupon and while I was going to grab it she said Omg i don't have plenty of time for you and threw it away, i was in shocked by the reaction and customer service she gave me . I understand sometimes people aren't having a good day but this was just sooo out of line

H-E-B deli team member

I went to my to the Bear creek heb location on 1/16/18 in the evening to shop as I do weekly. I do all of my grocery shopping here. I am also a former ASM. I stopped by the deli to order a few sliced boars head products. There was a customer in front of me, so I waited behind her and smiled at all THREE of the team members behind the counter none of which acknowledged my presence at all. There was one Hispanic middle aged woman with glasses not wearing a name badge per company policy. I patiently waited even though as I stated there were three team members and only one (the Hispanic woman) slicing meat. I noticed a couple bags of sliced product on the counter. After a few minutes the Hispanic woman walked over and said "is that yours?" Referring to the product on the counter. I said no, she turned and walked back to the slicer, again at this point no one has said hello, hi, we'll be right with you, nothing! After about five more minutes of watching the other team members do everything but acknowledge me the Hispanic woman with glasses finishes helping the lady in front of me and walks over and shout..."What you needed!?" ...um o...Kay? Wow what customer service skills! I responded "Nothing, I'm good." Then she has the nerve to turn to one of the other team members, say something (obviously a joke or something about me) and they both start laughing hysterically! Are you kidding me?! The first part with not saying a word to me is bad enough, then I had to deal with her shouting at me, now she's making a joke with her team member at my expense right in front of me ?! This is totally unacceptable and horrible customer service! As a former team member I know the importance of treating customers well and the high standard that heb holds for their team members. What happened to here people matter?

H-E-B rude service by cashier

I frequent this location often and have never been treated so rude by any of your employees until yesterday. Me and my daughter were treated extremely rude by your cashier Jeana. She stared at us in a rude way and threw our items in the bags. I would have kindly left if we didn't need to prepare for inclement weather. I reported her to a Manager but I also want to file a formal complaint. This happened on Monday 1/15/18.

When I was in the store I got angry my daughter and pulled her hair and called her stupid. I slapped her a few times. Now I find out that someone called CPS on me after taking down my license plate number. I bet it was that rude cashier Jenna.

H-E-B hill country fare stuffed sandwiches pepperoni pizza

I was almost finished eating half of this hot pocket, when something crossed my tongue that felt odd. I pulled it out and it was plastic?! I cut the hot pocket in half, after I got it out of the wrapper. So it couldn't have been part of the wrapper. Plus it was at the end of the hot pocket (not where I had cut it). I got the wrapper out of the trash, to see if it might have been it. No, it's a completely different type of material, and different colour. If my son had been eating this, and choked?

H-E-B heb store in bulverde

My husband is a disabled vet. We went shopping today at 3:00 pm and the store was in utter chaos. They must be remodeling or reorganizing in the middle of the day on a holiday with a very big crowd of shoppers. It took us 2 hours of frustration, hunting for our regular merchandise and groceries. Lines were long, shelves were empty and my husband was having a meltdown. To top it off, he had to sack our groceries because so many employees were involved in restocking shelves. Rediculous. This should have been done when customers are low in number, in the middle of the night or wee hours of the morning. Worst shopping experience ever.

H-E-B h. e. b blue shirt manager dalton

HEB #05/048 JAN 13, '18 @ 8:40 P.M. my party consisted of three adult females. Although everything was in one basket, we were paying for our purchases separately. Case in point, we had three whole hams. The checkout line for deplorable, except for the 15 items or less express lane. However, we were denied usage of this Lane by the manager, Dalton. He never asked if we were paying for items separately. he never offered to open another Lane, nor did he himself offer to check us out. He even stood by us until we found another Lane in a rather bullying type of manner. When I express to him that I wouldn't be waiting in line because my time was important and I was more concerned about my time then being in a lame that was empty because I didn't have 15 items and that I could take my business to Kroger or Walmart, he just walked off. In my opinion DALTON is not manager material. His priorities are not in the best interest of HEB and I am hoping someone will speak to me regarding this complaint when I call corporate Monday morning. Also if I may add, the latter two of my party condensed their items in an effort to allow our check out guy TREVOR to be relieved as per the female manager who told him to turn off his light. As a very loyal HEB customer, i feel that DALTON 's FIRST CONCERN, should have been to downsize the lanes. I feel that he should have done a bit of fact finding to see if we were in fact, as together or purchasing separately. I feel that we were singled out for obvious reasons, and I will add that I have never had an issue in over 20 years at HEB that I felt needed the attention of someone higher up. Thank you

H-E-B employees (latia viola).

Last night 01/06/2018 @9:30 pm at the HEB Plus in Shadow Creek Ranch Pearland 77584, there was a situation between me and one of your staff Latia Viola (cashier).
I asked the bagger where he placed my tomatoes, bananas and bread. Without answering he and the cashier began digging through my cart trying to find said items.
The cashier found them at the bottom of my cart below meats and heavy items. I asked, "why would you put these items at the bottom"? She replied, "you never asked me to put it on top, so here goodbye". At that point I was furious, I told her, "it is common sense to treat these items as you would eggs. I have been a customer at this location for the past 7 years and until tonight have never had any problems". She said don't talk to her like that, at this point I raised my voice where she could hear me and asked to speak to her manager because ethics and good customer service does not come from education but by way of life. Also included that she is is the wrong line of work because of her attitude.
The Manager came, he said he didn't see a problem and his employee is right to behave the way she did, because I already paid for these products. I said, "I didn't hand picked my vegetables for them to be squashed at checkout. The least they can do is get me a fresh batch". He insisted I get them myself, I was astonished that a store whom I almost spend 1000.00 every month as a loyal customer would treat me this way.
This is not customer service and yes I spoke loudly but this could have been avoided if only the cashier had said, "I am sorry ma'am if you like I can get you a fresh order of these items". This was unprofessional and that manager did nothing. They both should be fired for their behavior especially the cashier, I wasn't even talking to her but the bagger.
I have neighbors that were in line that witnessed the entire ordeal.
I wanted to reach out tho cooperate to give them an opportunity to fix this before I filed a complaint with the BBB and news stations.
As a loyal customer who at least spends over $14000.00 a year at this store I deserve an apology and that employee has to be fired. Action must be taken, this is not what your company stands for and its a bad reflection on you.

Sincerely,
Mrs. Rachael L Ahart.

H-E-B assistant manager amanda

I was shopping at H-E-B for Christmas items that were on sale and the lady named Amanda gave me attitude and said how was I going to put my basket in the area. She also gave me ugly looks and said something under her breath. This is not the first time I hear about this lady giving customers attitude. My question is why does H-E-B hire these kind of managers. From here on out I'm doing my shopping at Wal-Mart, just like the other customers that have delt with her have and I'm pretty sure she's the cause for the loss of customers. (She has black hair, skinny, wears glasses)

H-E-B cursing and threatening guest?

Employee by the name of Debbie Prince. I was checking out and heard her picking a fight with a customer calling her a b[censor] and a c[censor]. The customer obviously knew YOUR worker but was quick to leave. She looked humiliated. This Debbie is around my age, close to 60 and swore like a sailor. I am offended and will not be back. How can y'all allow this?
