I placed an order on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 of 2 items for a total of $51.31 placed and pay with my debit card. I was going through my emails I received several from H&M in which I opened. My order stated it is being delivered to a Michael's store as it a UPS access point, which I would never choose, due to UPS delivers to my home address quite often. I would never use a retail store/access point for my items. I will NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM H&M Again in Life. And I did not receive a notification for a few days stated (1) of the items were cancelled. CLEARLY NEVER EVER!

I would never PURCHASE for H&M again, sending my items to another address in another city, and charged me shipping. These online stores are stealing money I have no problem with paying for shipping just not to another address that I DO NOT LIVE OR WORK. Customer Service Reps are trained not assist customers but make seem as though I used a retail store to pick items. Then have the audacity to offer me 20% off my next purchase, keep it. As I stated I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM H&M.
