Hardee's Restaurants review: disgusting commercial 77

Totally agree with wondering why these commercials are allowed on TV and on really decent channels. Now I am seeing DIRECT TV starting to do this. Plus the girls doing the commercials need to get a life. They need to grow up. Keeping this short cause it just really ticks me off.

I totally agree, all their commercials are disgusting and should be rethought, by someone who isn't a perv! Ugh I have never eatin there and never will!

All I can say about all these disgusting, raunchy, ads is everyone I know has completely quit going there because of them(men included), serves them right

I recieved a coupon in the mail for $1.00 off ANY THICKBURGER COMBO.I ordered a little thickburger combo and was told that the coupon did not include this combo.Am I missing something? The coupon only said "ANY THICKBURGER COMBO" and made no exclusions for the little thickburger combo.Shouldn't this combo be considered any thickburger combo? Thanks for letting me sound off!

Hardee's has great fast food, but whoever is in charge of promotion is not so good.
We do not have a Hardee's in St. Augustine and our family looks for them in other
towns to have the breakfast. Save and make more money by getting a new advertisement
team. We thought you got the message with the car washing mistake...

The manager treats his employees like dirt. He also is rude and crude to customers. Very unfriendly. There are some excellent employees. Brent, the greeter, always has a smile for the customers and a friendly word. That makes a great difference in where we go to eat.. The food is great for fast food . The service is good . Our only complaint is the rudeness of the manager and the way he treats his people and customers.

after waiting 20 minutes for one low carb burger asked for payment return I can sit in a resteraunt and waite less time for a full meal

Selling sex or food?  I know everyone is doing it but you have good food and usually good service.  Do you need that commerical?  Family values and caring is a better sell.

I think the Hardee's Burger commercials are nasty it makes me sick to my stomach I sure don't want to eat a hamBurger after seeing those trashy girls with everything showing why can't you have clean commercials. it is all of the Devil.

I couldn't agree with you more. This chain used to be my favorite. I've switched to Chic-Fil-A. Hardees had so much potential but unfortunately, they are advertising sex and not burgers. I guess they aren't searching for the average American family to dine there. They lost me too.

Your commercials, though you may take pride in the filth, are NOT family friendly! I and many of my friends refuse to eat at your franchises because of the filth you support! I have to cover my children's eyes when your commercials come on. These are COMMERCIALS not PG or R rated rated movies. Unfortunately we can not choose whether or not to watch them, because we don't know when they will appear and have to catch it fast enough. The lack of Class is rediculous. If you would have made a commercial of a FRIDAY a bunch of people rushing in to get the sandwich, (for lent) - I'd be the first person to get in my car and take my family to Hardee's. But, your company is targeting the male PERVERT as an audience? Would you let your daughter go on TV topless? That's the morals your teaching kids. Ill be praying for your establishment while I refuse to eat there in the future and will spread the word for others to boycot as well.

The service is terrible. We enjoy the Hardees food but we often opt for another vendor because you can be sure you will have to wait an unreasonable time and then check your order before you leave because they are not dependable. Again today we ordered in the drive thru and as usual had to pull out and park to wait for our order. In 10 years that we have lived here I remember just one time being handed my order as I drove to the pick up window. It was supposed to be a sausage biscuit but it was minus the sausage.

This has to be about the worst complaint I have ever heard. C'mon man, don't you have better things to do with your life?

when i ordered my food tonight from hardees at Lester Square in Sophia they got the order wrong the coffee had sugar in it . The food was cold the lettuce was brown. I ORDED A CHILI burger and got a reg.cheese burger my wifes burger was not what she ordered the fries was cold we was suspose to get a large and got everything small.the price was over 15.00 When i called to speak to someone was told sorry . Ill nevereat at hardees in Sophis again.

DUDE! CHILL! It's not that big of a deal, ### happens, ### breaks. It's life. I no longer work in fast food but did for several years, hardees in rushville being one of them. I can assure you that the business is run very well. Was it really that big of an inconvenience to take your food to go? Pretty sure you did survive. I have some advise for the human race. Take it easy.

Petersburg Illinois. Same prob. Air broken BUT theyre is someome reachable tht is aware of the problem. A pregnant woman has to work there in the heat. The lobby is 91 deg and the kitchen approx 110 and rising.One person who works there had to be sent home from vomiting due to the heat, and theyre gm cut the fan cords in there kitchen due to what he says is a health violation to have them blowing. The workers are beat red and soaked!

When I went in to Hardees this morning (Nov 2 2009) there was an old man sitting on the counter! There should NEVER be anyone sitting on a counter where food is being served!

I was in the Hardees in Rushville, IL yesterday and it was so hot in there we had to leave. I was told the air conditioner had been broken for approximately a week. It could not be fixed because the person in charge was on vacation and no one else was authorized to call for repair. It would not be fixed until this person returned.
This is too stupid for words. Someone should be appointed to handle emergencies in the absence of boss, manager, etc.

I live in Rushville, but I won't return until cool weather, if then. This is outrageous and no way to run a business.

I would rather speak to a CS person.

Ordered Jr. Thickburger combo w/o lettuce & pickle
Order was stone cold when I got home. The bun was
saturated w/mustard, the onion was so strong even
after taking off, couldn't eat the bun, tomato slices
were pitiful, but the Angus Burger was good but cold.
The order taker did not say thank you, etc. Neither did
the pickup window person. Just took my $5.03 &
shoved me a bag thru the window. No CS there & I was
trying to save time @ 4PM as I had something else to do & was trying to save cooking time. As usual the
sweet tea was good.

june 11th 09 ordered a monster burger at the price of 5.99. received a burger with only i patty of beef. it is supposed to have 2- 1/3 pound beef patties on it. we were on our way to va. so just couldn't go back to resolve this. we love hardee's but really have to watch our orders at these restaurants. they do or must have a large employee turnover. i check my order but now must dismantle a sandwhich to see if it's correct? that's getting to be a little ridiculous! let me know what to do. i hate to go back and risk, having someone spit on my order because i complained.

These two companies consistently have the stupidest, lamest commercials on TV. Their respective Marketing Directors must be the company presidents' relatives, mistresses, or something. How else would they not have been fired for incompetence long ago? Please, your commercials are SO hard to watch. I am begging of you to fire your entire respective marketing staffs as grade schoolers could have done a better job over the years.

The Hardee's restaurant in Union City is horrible. We had to wait for 45 minutes for our order. We arrived there and placed our order right before church let out on a Sunday. Everyone was receiving theirs except for us, when we asked the problem we were told they were behind because of the church crowd. The guy that waited on us said he was new. They lacked adequate help. The girl running the drive thru was managing things and she was very rude when we complained about not getting our order again. We then finally received our order, the Little Thickburger and the picture showed lettuce and tomato on it but all we had were pickles, onion and mustard but Lord knows we weren't about to complain again, it will probably be the last time I ever darken Hardee's doors anywhere.

DEARS EVRERY TIME I ORDER FROM HARDEES QATAR I RECEIVE THE ORDER AFTER ONE HOUR AND HALF OR TWO HOURS WITH BAD QUALITY OF FRENSH FRIES AND THE ORDER IS COLD I CONTACT THE MANAGER HE SAD HIVE ME 2 MINUTES AFTER THAT THE DRIER COMING WITH THE COLD ORDER I SEND HIM BACK BUT NO BODY CALL ME AGAIN OR RESPECT MORE THAN 10 TIMES I FACE THIS

I drive 15 minutes to get to HARDEE'S to get a order to go and bring back home, I have had a problem with getting a complete order going through the drive through before at this location in the past so I go in to make sure I get my order correct. Today I go in order a biscuit & gravy, and a sausage biscuit to go and I get the container for the biscuit & gravy and the sausage biscuit only to discover when I drive the 15 minutes back home only to find when I open the biscuit & gravy container to find only gravy and NO BISCUIT.

We ordered 2 six dollar hamburgers. On mine I had rusty lettuce & on my husbands he had the end of a rotten onion, which should have been thrown into the garbage not on our hamburger. We informed the manger that he should look into his hamburger dressings, looked at us as so what do want me to do. He then walked out side to have a smoke. Uncaring manger, this was on Oct 9th at 5:30

I moved to Chiefland 6 years ago and was very glad to see a Hardees here. I think Hardees has the best fast food around. We eat out almost every day and its usually Hardees. Even though it's all the way across town. I spent 25 years in the restaurant business, so I know good food and good service. However in the past year or two it's really gone down hill. I like to use the drive thru but it seems now every time I get our order there is something missing or order is completely wrong. And I don't want to drive all the way across town again. So I just about stopped going to Hardee's at all. But we really like the chicken strips, so I went in 7-1-11 around 2pm. When I got home I found the chicken was so over cooked, I could not even eat it. I stopped using the drive thru because if you complained, you just got a lot of nasty attitude. I filled out several complaint cards but never heard a word. I think this place needs a real good shake up. Then maybe it would get back to the Hardee's we love. March 9, 2011 @ 1:13pm, Store #43008, Check #1699; I received onion rings which felt cold to the touch. Normally I receive very hot ones, which I appreciate. I am extremely dissatisfied with this incident. I tried calling, but received no answer, at 9:15pm. I only wait for eight rings, then hang up. I will not leave a message at a business. All I expect is a change in this practice.
I prefer Hardees onion rings to Dairy Queen, but if it happens again, I will cross the street!

i went to hardee's this morning ordered from drive thru the sign had a # 8 as ham and cheese was asked to pull to side because i orded 6 combo's waited 20 mins the food was carried to wrong car they looked inside the bag the girl come back out got the bag from them turned around went back in store i got out she walked in the door and came back out with the same food when i asked her if it was the same food the other car had she said she made it right started to leave my son looked at the food it was hamburgers not ham and cheese i parked went back inside and they told me the menu was a burger for # 8.i looked at the sign leaving it was ham and cheese for a #8 called back talked to the manger she as good as called me a lier i told her i worked fast food and her attitude changed she then told me she would give me a coupon but i live 20 mins away

My Husband picked up dinner for me while i was at work and brought dinner to me, i ordered a hot ham and cheese and kurly fries, i got the hot ham and cheese but the kurly fries came in the bottom of the bag with out and container, i know that they come in a small sleeve for fries usually cardboard. i called and talked to a shift manager, she was loud and all she wanted to do was send me a coupon for a free kurly fries. i was so grossed out but the fries in the bottom of the bag i will not eat kurly fries from hardees again. i didn't give her my name or address, the whole thing just shows that Hardees will always be a fast food hole in the wall and never be anything more!
