Don't order from hebeos! We ordered my daughter's prom dress and were told it would arrive by march 21st. When that date came and went and the dress had not even shipped yet we became worried and started trying to contact them. No response other than an auto response "please be patient.. Blah blah". We had no choice but to order from another site and cancel the order with hebeos. It hadn't shipped and we explained that there was no way the dress would be here in time, but they wouldn't cancel or refund our money. So - prom is this week and there's no dress and no refund. They will not answer emails or respond at this point.

Ordered dress March 6, 2019 and asked presales through chat with Jason which I have if it can be modified and was told yes. Just received dress today and NOTHING was done on modifications and bottom of dress was NOT satin it is dull. I cant believe I fell for this SCAM! LIARS Specifically told them the neckline needed to be 2" and 1" over shoulder and the custom size was not custom at all. Paid $172 and I doubt will get a refund and alterations won't be cheap so upset! Don't order from these liars!
I am complaining about a dress I ordered that came with poor quality and poor customer service.
Earlier this month i ordered a dress. The dress was supoosed to be a Satin pale pink dress. When it arrived it wasnt satin instead it was a cheap see through material. Upon this realization I contacted customer service to proceed with a return. I read the return policy and read that a return was possible for the issues that came along witj the dress. However customer service said I could not return it and it wasnt their fault and they had rude and unprofessional responses. I want my money back asap.

dress had a bad smell
I ordered a dress online that I thought was so beautiful. I received the dress on Monday. When I opened it it had a bad smell. It would not zip up and it just wasn't what I expected. I went to David's bridal and got me another dress in stores. I am requesting a refund I will send the dress back but no one is trying to refund me my money. I sent pictures of the dress and of how loose it is in the fronds and how it went zip up in the back.
I am another Hebeos dissatisfied customer. I placed my order on 3/23/2019. Then tracking on my order on Hebeos, said it was in alternations. I sent my measurements with the order; which by the way was correct.
On 04/15/2019 I emailed them to see when the alternations would be completed, because I needed the dress my the 24th. Well, Roger via email stated they had not even started on my dress because the measurements seem wrong. He recommended I remeasure and email the new measurement.
If my measurement seem off I should have gotten a email requesting re-measurements. NOTHING OF THE SORT!
I was the one would contacted them on 04/15/2019. Now I know its too late to order this dress. If I had read all the complaints before order I would not have order from HEBEOS.

We purchased this for our daughter with the measurements taken exactly the way they were suppose to be. We received it, and she is swimming in it. There is no definition to her hips or waist. When I measured it the way the company asked me to, they said it was fine. No each measurement is off by more than an inch. There policy is if it is off by more than an inch, they will refund 40% for alterations. They have dismissed me every time I contact them via email and tell me the dress is fine. The dress is not fine. Also, the sleeves were not sewn on correctly. The right side is flawless, but the left side clearly shows the fabric underneath. Very poor craftsmanship. We are taking it to a seamstress on Monday and hoping for the best. If she says there's to much additional material to make it fit her, I will donate it to a charity and start looking locally for a similar dress that will fit. Hebeos does terrible work and has even worst customer service skills. Seems like a money making overseas scamming company to me. Very disappointed.

I ordered a dress 2 sizes up. I ordered it ivory. When I received it, it was white and I couldn't get it past my knees. They told me oh you must have a mistake in measurements sizes and color and everything. Our dresses are designer dresses and we have high quality dresses. Take it to a tailor. They refused to give me their address to send it back for a refund. They don't have a phone actually where you can call. You have to email them. I called my bank. They would refund my money however I need to return the dress. The color is pure white. I hate the color white and they are arguing about that too. The state general attorney is investigating it now, and told them to resolve before they enforce it. A guy name andrew told me. Hebeos is giving me issues processing a return. They are stating that I asked for a request after the dress was tailored. I originally asked for the dress to have sheer darkened and back covered. I emailed and stated to disregard the sheer. They emailed and asked to disregard the message. I said correct. Then I noticed want they sent which was my whole message. I sent email stating I still want the back covered. I wrote back on Jan 7 to confirm that I wanted the back covered after someone said we will make the dress as the picture on Jan 7. I told them on the same day no make it with back covered. Jan 8 I receive an email that dress is under tailoring. I wrote back on Jan 9 stating please make sure the back is covered. I want to confirm we have an understanding on that. Alice wrote we got that don't worry on Jan 10. I receive the dress and the back is not covered. I emailed to have dress returned to tailor as requested. Anne is stating that on Jan 7 I stated to ignore my note so they made the dress as pictured and when I sent an email that I wanted it covered, the dress was finished. I do not believe this to be true. On January 7 Alice said they will make dress as picture. I sent the email Jan 7 to cover the back. Received email that dress was still being tailored on Jan 8. (So how was the dress already completed if it was still being tailored?) I emailed back Jan 9 to cover the back. Jan 10 Alice state they got that don't worry. So from Alice's email I got an understanding that they received the request/email to cover the back and they did cover the back. I receive the dress and the back was not covered. I am requesting for the dress to be approved for return, Hebeos pay for the return and a partial refund for my time wasted going back and forth and not honoring my request when I sent the request to clarify my statement about want I wanted right after Alice said she will make dress as pictured I said no I don't want it as the picture on the same day. The dress arrived via DHL with no return label or instructions. The mesh of the dress was dark black (wrong color)--not sheer as shown in the photo--and also one of the breast/modesty panels was visible, not hidden behind the lace as it was supposed to be (defect) so we did not like it and wanted to return for a refund. Despite going on website to request a return, customer service never replied. Next came a week of pointless and frustrating email exchanges where Hebeos reps asked for photos, and my daughter's measurements?!? We sent photos as requested but the company insists the dress is the same as the photo (clearly not) and that it is a "custom" dress that can't be re-sold, which is also not true. My daughter ordered a standard size--the dress has not been worn or altered, so absolutely can be resold. What a frustrating waste of time! Terrible customer service and now we are stuck with a dress we don't want and no refund! We will never buy from this company again!

I ordered a dress which was a completely knock off from the online photo and the description online which stated satin which it was not. I argued with them for months about getting a refund and eventually was I got told I would receive a full refund minus the postage and if i sent the dress back to them. I am trying to return a dress that came to me with fraying straps, packaged very poorly, discolored off white in spots, and WRONG MEASUREMENTS! I cannot even for the dress on. It would more than the cost the price of the dress to fix all of these things and I want a full refund and return this dress to you. It honestly looks like minor water damage from poor packing on arrival.
I send pictures already and emailed customer service and someone named Alice keeps avoiding addressing the issues and is not offering me a return label. I spoke to someone prior to my order and they said if I have any problems the return is worry free! Well that is not the case now.
