My name is Bongi and I am a very annoyed, super angry and uncertisfied customer.
I bought 55 inch Sansui LED in Arbour Crossing, Amanzimtoti Durban, in less than 10 months the TV screen went grey and I took it in on the 11-01-2020. I was told they were going to call me in 2 - 3 days. when that didnt happen I called them and the lady @ customer services said I should bring the TV in, which I did. On my arrival 15-01-2020 I explained to her as to who I am but booooy did she give me an attutide and was super rude. She denied ever saying I should bring the TV in, I had to take the TV back again.
This is not the first time I had to send appliances for replacement, question is are they selling us fake goods or what.. On top of that they thier staff is rude to customers!
Hi Fi Corp group needs to do something about this shop!
