We purchased a my gigA android TV box form Hifi operation in Nelspruit Mpumalanga on the 18/09/2019 .
In the box was the tv box, remote, and cables for installation.
On the 18/11/2019 I went back to Hifi corporation in Nelspruit to report a problem with our my giga remote . The lady tested it and said she can see it doesn't work any more . She then phoned the store manager who told her that they can't give us a new remote because its a accessory we have to buy a new remote, my husband then told him but it came win one box we didn't purchase it separately and the manager then said he can't help us .
I phoned customer care and they just put me through to Nelspruit Hifi corporation whom I don't want to speak to because they cant solve my problem.
Over a month now and no solution yet
You cant use the box without a remote so the box is no use to us . Not even 6 months old.
