I wanted to inquire about this service due to living in a rural area and getting a drs appointment for basic wellness checks is months out. Service seemed like it would bring my solutions. Through the assessment you have make an account. Okay no problem, but then in order to receive any sort of plan you have to agree to a 5 month subscription, but they assure that the card will not be charged upfront. Well, that was the first mistake as I realized that upon my completion of my assessment, my order was swiftly “processed” and I was charged for over $600 in meds. No warning about it. No time to “think” on it. Immediately emailed customer service… no help. Automated reply. Actual reply came later and was vague. Received a follow up email from customer service telling me the issue was resolved and they would close the open case. No response to my immediate replies to these messages. Email is the only option they provide btw… got the number from customer support from here.

So I call customer support, waited 30 minutes to hear the same old script. “Your order has been processed we cannot do anything.” In fact, the customer service associate told me that there was no way for them (hers) to contact the pharmacy… I asked if I could do it… they tell me sure but they couldn’t promise any resolution.. I get that, no problems… I call the number and guess what? Same person I was just on the phone with (distinct voice and same name) tells me the pharmacy has filled my order and it’s not in shipping. No way to Stop it. I ask why I was told that it was at this “pharmacy” (ya know the same pharmacy that this same person told me they wouldn’t be able to contact..) and in the process of being filled. I was not rude. I did not raise my voice. I just asked questions and the associate was very defensive telling they had “no way” to contact the next department. I find that really funny considering this person seems to magically work in at least 2 of the departments that handle this “processing”

It was a matter of hours between not being a customer to being charged $600 in medication. And even though I contacted them immediately for reversal, it conveniently was “too late”

Very fishy and it feels like I was ripped off. I don’t want much. Not asking for an arm and a leg… just want my order refunded.
