burger king in orlando airport 80's gates - poor service, long waits.
Your company is failing miserably at providing fast food here at Orlando Airport. the line routinely is 20 minutes to place an order at a cash register. then on the other side, it is another 15-20 minutes to pick up an order. The management team has not addressed the issue of long wait times at all, I have only seen them at the restaurant two times. this has been going on since the relaunch of Burger King at the 80's gates 4 weeks ago. I am an airline employee that eats here 3 or 5 days a week because I have no other options and I see the issues. Today I watched 4 individuals receive a bad, huffy attitude from the black lady with a neck tattoo handing out the meals. She knows about her attitude and hides her OIA badge so no one will see her name. This person is the face of your company and should be fired. There is also an Oriental lady that runs the cash register in the mornings that is very slow and should be moved to fries or a simpler task.

SEPTEMBER 18 2018 12:55PM STORE ID CMHCHI02 Arrived at the counter, told Rachel I did not eat meat, she told me they can make me a black bean burger. I pay and go sit down and tell her I will be eating there NOT TO GO. I order a beer at the bar, sit down for over 45 minutes. Didn't want to make a big deal about it so I just sat there and assumed that it was just taking longer than usual. I eventually finished my beer and inquired about my food and no one knew what I was talking about. Minutes later one of the waitress brings out my food in a to go container. I open it up and it had been sitting for a while. The girl said "we tried to bring it out to you but we coudlnt find you" I never left the restaurant and I ordered my food for here not to go. I go sit down to eat quickly because my flight is about to take off at this point, and it is BEEF NOT A BLACK BEAN BURGER. I have not eaten my animal over 10 years and I am completely enraged. Good thing I did not bite into this and had a strong feeling to check it before eating. I have never been so irate at a restaurant in my life. Order food for here they made it to go made me wait 45 minutes for the wrong order and then I did not get to eat literally all day because I had no time because of my flight schedule. I went 8 hours without eating because these people can't do their job. Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. I have worked in the food industry for years and this is ridiculous. Manager and waitresses and Rachel had nothing to say for themselves other than giving me a refund. Awful experience.
slow service and poor quality and presentation
October 10, 2018 (LASPGA02) Las Vegas Airport. I had 45 minutes to boarding so I stopped at the PGA Tour Grill for a burger. It took 5 minutes to be seated, although there were several vacant tables. Then another 5 minutes to get through to the waitress that I didn't want to try the fake meat, just a mushroom burger. It took another 15 minutes to get my food. A small burger - looked like something from McDonald's, and greasy fries on a square plate. No lettuce or any garnish, food was just tossed on the plate. I had only taken my first bit when the waitress stopped by (only time) to ask if it was okay. It was okay at the best. the slow/poor service only left me 20 minutes to eat, ant then I was charged for the Fake meat burger. $17.85 plus tip for McDonalds. what rip. Would like a refund.

I purchased a Chinese chicken salad and a roasted turkey club sandwich from Wolfgan Puck ex B7 from the Chicago International Airport. (receipt 5328 from Noemi 345108.) I had a plane to catch so we quickly had to take our food to go. once on the plane, and well into our flight, we opened up our food to have for lunch. The chicken in the salad smelled funny. My husband said it had a sour taste to it so we didn't eat it. I had paid $14 for it just to throw it out...it seems like a waste of money.

I can see by the 1 star rating, that this complaint and the possibility of fixing the issues you have at this storefront will be a mute point, but for my own piece of mind, and hopes that Starbucks might start investigating matters, I will submit anyway. I stopped at your store on Sept. 23 2018 at 2:48 p.m., Devonta waited on me, once he was done interrupting me by talking bs with a co-worker, and trying to put words in my mouth... I asked him if he was done talking and interrupting me, he laughed and said, "yeah.. go ahead", I placed my order, was the only one in line, waited quite some time, looked around the corner because Devonta was out of the area talking bs with the same co-worker, wanted to see if anyone was making my order and found the girl who was supposed to be making it, on her phone texting! OMG! can we get some responsible adult supervision here? I have never been made to feel I was interrupting anyone at a Starbucks before, , , , I am totally turned off, and would rather drink coffee from McDonalds! For God Sake... PLEASE START LISTENING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS... I am seriously ready to take this to the corporate office, your store may have ruined Starbucks name!

Employees were more concerned about their personal lives, issues and cell phones than attention to the customer. Customer had to wait a long while before being served.
Only 1 orange juice was available in entire store for sale.
Bagels were dry, limited in choice, and must have sat under warming lights for hours before being sold.
HMS host needs to train and manage its employees much much better if they intend to remain successful and profitable.
roy rogers fries and shakes
We stop at a travel Plaza on the PA Turnpike coming home from Philadelphia. We just needed a little pick me up to finish our trip home. Shakes and fries will do. The fries were undercooked. Hot but floppy like a wet noodle. Not Crispy like fries should be. My husbands milk shake was really runny and my was not even a full cup. I'll think twice before getting anything there again.

I stopped at your Burger King 4mebkg16 and completed my order at 3:35pm. It took 16 minutes to get order filled. Customers were asking for refunds due to the excessive wait for a fast food restaurant. One employee on register one employee cooking. The manager should have went to grill to fill orders rather than have to refund multiple customers and lose customers out of the line once they realized that the wait after placing the order was going to be long.

We got seated by hostess, ordered food and drinks at 148. Our drinks finally came at 209. Tables were not cleaned off, and due to that, seating was limited. Bar had approximately 30 dirty glasses, and about 10 out of 25 tables were dirty and still had plates and dishes on them. Our food came at 217, without utensils or napkins. That stuff came at 221, while our food was getting cold. I ordered another drink, and finally received it at 240, dying of thirst. This was a horrible experience and not worth the $52 spent

I travel through Cleveland at least once a month. I always stop at the Starbucks. Without fail, the customer service is horrible. The employees are slow and the place is dirty. Today was the worst. They were out of milk, cake pops, and turkey sandwiches. The employee did not offer any explanation. She was rude and impatient. There was no eye contact at all. The counters were sticky and the tables were dirty. Starbucks should be held to a higher standard than that. I'm disgusted.

I had a lay-over at Chicago O'Hare so decided to have a couple of cold refreshments. I ended up having two double-up screwdrivers at the Macaroni Grill. When I got the bill, I almost fell over. $39.00 + tax of $4.49 for a total of $43.49. That is outrageous. I have had the same at several airports and it's typically about 1/2 that price. In the future, I will search for restaurants/bars that are NOT managed by HMS Host.
spokane taproom food
I ordered a Buffalo chicken Flatbread at the Spokane Taproom in the Spokane Airport on September 19, 2018. Service was incredibly slow and it appeared that the restaurant was understaffed. First off, they didn't have the wine I wanted to order. Secondly, it took a good 15 minutes before we could even order our food. Third, I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread and when it came it looked like a small (6-inch) frozen pizza that had been baked quickly with some fried chicken tenders thrown on it and it was served on a styrofoam plate. The menu said it had celery slaw and blue cheese. There was no celery slaw and when I asked the server she said they were out and then asked what kind of sauce I wanted. I said i wanted the blue cheese on the pizza like it stated on the menu. She brought us blue cheese dressing. It has to be one of the worst meals I have ever had. They didn't give me a choice to get something else and I didn't have time as my plane was boarding. When I told the server Eric that I wanted a discount for the crappy food and missing ingredients he gave us each 10% off. Really? $13 for a six inch frozen pizza that was missing half of the ingredients? I will never eat there again. I cannot believe the crap that is served there and how much the crap costs. And what is probably worse, is neither of the servers seemed to care and were poorly trained, not being able to fix some mistakes to at least make me an adequately satisfied customer. I should have looked at the reviews before eating there and then I would have known that the 1 star wasn't even warranted.
grilled chicken sandwich
I recently purchased a Grilled Chicken Sandwich at your Harvey's Location at Ottawa International Airport, September 14, 2018, 3:44 p.m. 301057 Viviana, Chk #5631, total bill $8.13. I can tell you that I have never been so disgusted with anything in my life.
There is no way this tasted like chicken. It was rubbery and had a distinct flavour, not of chicken. Even though I added lots of condiments it still was totally gross. My boss was with me and she got the same thing and hers was the same. I have eaten at that location many times and have never experienced anything like that before. I would have returned it, however, we had taken it through security to eat at our gate.
Unfortunately I will never eat at this location again, or any other Harveys location. This definitely was not real chicken breast as advertised.
I travel to Ottawa often, and will tell my colleagues to avoid eating at this location due to the poor quality of meat? Was it really meat? You had to saw a bite off with your front teeth thats how tough it was. My boss and I will never eat at your restaurants again, you have lost a very faithful customer.
You definitely have to visit this location and discover what they are serving, disguising as chicken breast.

Getting ready to leave from wonderful vacation we arrived very early at Milwaukee Airport in order to have a meal before our flight. We spotted Chilli's Too being we have always loved our Chilli's here in AZ we decided to eat there. We stood at the entrance waiting to be seated. (time 9:45) and we waited. I spotted a server moving glasses around and and rolling silverware. We waited. I finally leaned over and asked the cashier at the to go area to seat us. We sat and waited. (time 9:50) . I got up and asked the server to help us. Amy came over handed us a menu . We wanted breakfast. When Amy finally came back (time 10:05) she said we could not order breakfast as it was past 10. So she went away as we looked for something else. We ordered sandwiches. I ordered a California Club. When it finally came the top piece of bread was a toasted heal (end) of the bread. I again had to get up and ask for her to come back. I asked for a regular piece of bread. She took it back and brought back an untoasted top piece of bread. We ate, food was good. She did leave the bill right away but when it was time to leave and catch our plane Amy was talking to other servers and we had to stand and get her attention. As I stated earlier we enjoy our Chilli's her in Arizona but VERY disappointed in our service at the airport. Guess they think we won't be around again so who cares.

The double chocolate chip Frappuccino I ordered was said to be 4.25 on the board but was charged 5.55 for it and was told they have no control over the pricing. The employees stated that they would speak to a manager about it.The employees were curtious but I would like to be atleast reimbursed for the difference if not a full refund for the inconvenience. Service was the worst. Just totally untrained and not interested at all in the job, the customer or the company (SBUX). I do not want to get any more into it, just bad all around bad. Totally out of sync with anything the SBUX brand represents. Barista, same. What a waste. The product was horrible, Ice Quad in Grande Cup. It was terrible when I later tried to drink, it also was not correctly pulled as an espresso. Terrible.

Orlando International Airport location. Once seated, it took quite some time to have a server acknowledge that I was there. The server was who acknowledged me and took my order actually went out if his way cause that was not his table. Good job. The kitchen service was slow. Bartender gave the wrong beer. Waitress not too attentive. Not too crowded.

Sep 4th stopped at the Clara Barton Travel Plaza to breakfast at the Burger King. Had to walk and dodge all kinds of trash throughout the parking lot, had second thoughts of going into the building.
The lady at the register and the man putting the order together appeared not to care about the customer, no greeting, no smiles and the way the order was taken and given to us in a paper bag when we told the lady we were eating in.
At least the best thing was, I had brought my wife to NJ to visit the beaches were as children, we played and swam the Jersey Shore from Atlantic City to Bradley Beach and Asbury Park. Then I took her up to Union Township and showed her the 2 houses my family owned, the high school and Jr. high school. Visited a log time friend and his wife and on the 4th left NJ for good.
The Travel Plaza almost stopped us from going it, but we were hungry and I had to watch my sugar levels. A very dirty introduction to HMS Host property.
great american bagel
I got breakfast at Great American Bagel on the morning of September 2, 2018. The food was delicious but the service was very poor. The woman who took my order acted like I was such a bother. I wanted asiago bagel and she mumbled something so I said "excuse me?" She turned around the opposite direction and said it again but since she was turned around, I couldn't hear her again so I asked her to repeat it one more time. She rolled her eyes and said "that will be an extra 1.50". I said that was fine and continued the order. I then had to wait for the checkout woman to finish putting waters and other drinks in the display. while she was doing that two more customers followed behind me and were also waiting to check out. So like I said, delicious food but the customer service could keep me away.

Ordered a jalapeño king burger, it came with only one patty and should come with 2. Also an excessive wait time, they appeared to be understaffed and over worked. $7.39 for a single burger sandwich is excessive also.
Over all not a good experience.
I realize it was on the turnpike and a holiday weekend but I was still very disappointed in my service and the product I received.
