Seated at the bar ordered a salad and cup od coffee. Bartender/server never returned to ask or refill bartender kept walking behind the bar pacing never acknowledging me .Extremely poor attitude

I had ordered 3 different products and there was only one person who was taking order as well as making it.
She was very rude and did not even remember what our order was.
So, she asked me what our order was and when I started to tell he she rudely told me to be patient!
Damn, you asked me a question and I am replying and you tell me to be patient!

Our family had a scheduled flight departing Atlanta to Wisconsin. Southwest airlines delayed our flight 4 hours. We chose ChikFilA since I have the app. I had 2 reward items on my app that I wanted to redeem. The cashier informed me that the ChikFilA app was not accepted. The attending manager informed me that they are not able to read barcodes from the app. How disappointing! If I'd known they wouldn't or couldn't, I would not have waited in line and gone elsewhere. Please have a sign at that airport location stating that mobile app is not accepted where customers are able to see it easily.

I was told many of times by this female barista to shut up. She questioned me as to why I asked her name and got so but hurt that she just had to embarrass herself & the company that she works for.

I had to wait in line for a long time to order my food because there was only one cashier. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes of so to get my food because there were only two people preparing the food with the cashier helping out at times as the third. The food was terrible. I ordered the hash browns which were extremely salty. And the French toast was over cooked resulting in it being fried crisp.
With hypertension being rampant in this country customers should be given the option of adding salt or not!

I was seated near the door way very noisy from passengers walking.. the restaurant was not crowded.. not a nice location..
The waitress didn't not want anything to do with me.. she never smiled.. I talked to her and I smiled allot trying to get some kind of response of kindness.. she wasn't mean she just could careless and I'm a good tipper I use to work as a waitress.. I understand
I was never served any bread nor was bread offered.
It was lunch but I wanted something I don't eat often.. this was a special treat for me.. so I ordered the breaded shrimp and scallops with side of pasta.. the shrimp and scallops were not done.. it came with no sause.. lemon butter or something overtop would hv been nice.. I usually never send my stuff back.. but this I did.. it came back cooked.. the presentation of the food did look appealing there was a brown sauce over the shrimp and scallops.. when tasted though it tasted like brown grease gravey.. I did not finish the manager never came to my table.. I left with a horrible dinning experience.. The food left me feeling sick.. sadly this is a nice restaurant from what I remember.. it is very rare that I complain.. and I was really nice to the waitress..

Card system was down so chaos was already in the air. 5 people who ordered after me got drinks and when finally acknowledge the gentleman barista asked on the other women around me- not me and made their drink before mine. Even after one of the other customers said her Name is Muna where's her drink she was here before me.
He still didn't accommodate and made 2 other drinks before I did. I didn't take his name. I just want to point out the disservice he provided.

I ate lunch at the Chili's in O'Hare airport on 11/7/2018. When I got my credit card statement, I noticed the charges didn't line up. Whoever entered the tip in the system decided to tip themselves 50% ($5.00) of the check and not the amount I entered on the receipt ($1.54). I would love a refund because this is clearly a rip-off and a violation of trust. The store ID is ORDCHI02. The check #943 at terminal #339920.

Last Sunday, November 4, 2018 at approximately 10:00 a.m. I stopped by the Columbia Cafe, self service area to purchase a diet coke. No one was at the cash register so I waited for a few minutes. Another customer was also standing there and he said to me "You might want to go into the restaurant as you may be waiting for quite awhile". I went in and there were a number of servers standing by the pick-up window. I said to one of them, I need to pay for this Diet Coke. She asked another young woman (according to receipt the #270103 precedes the name Natasha) to help me. I was shocked at how rude she was. She informed me that she was waiting for a rush order, and acted like I was causing her a major inconvenience. Throughout the entire transaction she was rude and dismissive. I could just have easily taken the diet coke and walked away. However, I would never do that. Instead of being appreciated for my honesty, I feel like I was treated like an annoying customer who was intruding on this young woman's day. You can bet I will never stop at a Columbia Cafe again. Perhaps this young server could use some training in customer service.

I had order a chinois chicken salad and a roasted turkey club on 10/01/18 at the Chicago International Airport. When we opened the salad the chicken smelt a bit funny and it was somewhat slimy. the turkey club was ok but the bacon was definitely expired. we took our food onto the plane to eat for lunch but couldn't after what we smelt and saw. please please check your food items before you set them out to sell.

From the time I got in line through receiving my coffee there was an employee (Feleshia) that was yelling and cursing a fellow employee. This went on for about 30 minutes. I witnessed this the entire time I was seated in the area waiting for my flight to depart. The person she was yelling told her that her that she was bothering people. Feleshia went around to every employee "Am I bothering you?", "Am I bothering you?"... trying to intimidate the whole staff. She continued to eat and drink behind the counter while there were customers waiting. People were obviously afraid to tell the truth. The girl she was yelling at was hardy responding to her bahavior, but later left with her badge. She was no doubt being bullied by Feleshia. Then, my daughter came to the area where we were sitting and decided she wanted some coffee. This time, Feleshia took her order and instead of processing her order right then she continued to talk personal concerns with employees. Very disrespectful and rude. I hope the next time I'm in this airport I don't see her working here.

Waited over 10 minutes for service...tried to reload my Starbucks card; the barista couldn't get register to work. Manager happened to come over; she couldn't get it to work. There are now eight people behind me in line. Ordered a tall Pike's Peak and tall Chai Latte. Used cash because neither the manager or barista could re-load my card. Hence, I lost the appropriate stars on Starbucks card. Then the manager tells the barista she is taking the rest of the coffee (Pikes Peak) so customer will have to wait for coffee to brew! I found that to be very poor customer service.

We are in CVG airport and happen to be waiting for our flight and decided to go to Panda Express. The manager Edgar Sanchez who was on board working. He saw how exhausted we were and approach us with such courteous greetings and accommodating us in what we wanted to eat. Its was a very pleasant experience. Very warm and friendly. Love their services and hospitality.

I sent an e-mail earlier (about 12:30 pm) on your website about the lack of customer service at this restaurant. I finished lunch & left the restaurant about 1:20 pm, over an hour after arrival. I order d a hamburger, no cheese. The server said it came medium well & I asked if it could be medium. I would like to send a photo of the rare, greasy hamburger I received. The server didn't come back until after I was almost finished & when I showed her the burger, she looked surprised, & said she would mention it to the cook. I later had to ask for the check &!fidnt receive it until she took another drink order next to me, as well as an order at another table, 8 minutes later. Then, instead of talking no my credit card, she left. She finally returned, took the card & left & finally reappeared. Again, spending over an hour in an airport restaurant isn't efficient. I ate the burger bc I have a 4-5 hour flight but hope I don't get ill from an under cooked burger. There wasn't anything positive about my lunch experience & I will never eat at the restaurant again and I travel through Charlotte monthly. Plse send an e-mail where I can send a photo of the undercooked burger. Thank you.

We had been traveling seven and a half hours and still had another six to go. We stopped for lunch There was one cook and one employee doing the register and handing out the food at 12:56 pm. We were waiting quite awhile to get our food and back on the toad again.
The ice machine was filthy and had MOLD where the ice came out. I usually don't complain but I am concerned about the not so healthy conditions and the long wait time.

Extreme rudeness and lack of customer service skills. Wasn't greeted before the lady took my order. Grab the wrong item and then once corrected that wasn't what I was ordered she put the item back out to resale after touching. Busy talking with her friend from Pizza Hut the whole time. She wears her Name tag is turned backwards and refuse to give her name. The name on the receipt is 395256 SHYANN. She then got mad when I asked for my receipt after placing my change on the counter top instead of handing it to me. Coins rolled everywhere. This isn't how you treat any customers. Gives Auntie Anne's a terrible look and reflect how the complete travel center is managed. Very upset

I was served a drink at the hms host Starbucks in FLL at terminal 1 C gates that was not made correctly. I ordered a "cordusio" but was served it without milk - just espresso and a little chocolate syrup. The server should have known something was wrong since it is served in a "tall" cup. The person at the register was very helpful and told me what the drink was, which I later confirmed on the Starbucks website. Unfortunately she charged me for two mochas, rather than 1 codusio, a cookie and a bottle of water. The people making and serving the drinks were very disorganized, despite the airport being relatively quiet. There was a crowd of about 10 people waiting on drinks that didn't seem to be coming out in any particular order, and without names being called. If I'd had more time I would have complained and had the drink remade but I didn't have another 20 minutes to wait around.

"fake" starbucks shop at phx sky harbor
Each morning the last 4 morning I have worked with Margaret at the semi-Starbucks (unable to use complimentary drink Starbucks coupon) at Phoenix Skyharbor Terminal 4 ( oh my we cannot name names can we) for my coffee/sandwich orders.
She makes a lot of mistakes.
1- Day One unable to redeem Starbucks rewards points
2- coffee not served as ordered
3-Day Two not listening to order and causing needs for two transactions, coffe not served as ordered
4-Day Three redeemed Starbucks rewards points but applied to wrong item costing me 3 dollars
5- Day 3 Day 4 " Oh the machine is not working right today"
6- Day 4 with my complaint about not being able to redeem Starbucks rewards, says to other worker.." ...first I heard of that ".

For whatever its worth, while visiting your restaurant yesterday on concourse E, I ordered food, but after I paid ($9.52, CHK 3928 - 10/14/18 at 4:30pm), I asked about forks and was told by a female that they were out and were always running out and there were none. This was not an apologetic remark, but rather a loud and ugly response to my question. She seemed upset with me for asking the question and told me to use a spoon or my fingers.
Needless to say, I was surprised with her irate response and asked if I could get a refund. She then told me I'd have to talk with someone else as she was too busy. Ok, I get it that people have bad days, but the way my question was answered and the way this employee was talking to me and other customers, leaves me wondering about the quality, sanitation, work ethics, etc. that this employee brings to the workplace. Re-training might be something to look at as these type employees offer little toward your reputation. You can be sure, I will not be back to this restaurant and will look more closely as to who operates what before doing business with restaurants in airports and elsewhere.
I wish you well and hope this information provides you with whatever you need to make progress at your restaurants and hopefully obtain employees who understand where their pay comes from and that treating customers badly has ramifications.

Ordered a wopper on Sunday Oct 7 2018 at 7:17PM and was not ready for 45 minutes. Long lines of people waiting for their order and cheering by the crowd when they finally received their order. Was almost ready to ask for my money back when burger was finally delivered. There was only 2 people working with 1 working the register and 1 fulfilling the orders. Totally understaffed.They were doing all they could no complaints about them. However there was another employee who was doing inventory and not assisting the other 2 employees. Management needs to do a better job of staffing if they want customers.
