pza at the portage travel plaza
For $10.17 I recieved to small slices of pizza that had tasted like they had been sitting for several hours, dirty floors, no napkins and every table in the restaurant appeared dirty I had to wipe my table down before sitting and choking down my food.
The staff did not appear busy and their was only one female customer in the restaurant so it makes it very hard to understand why know one cleaned the place up!
When I asked the cashier for napkins he told me that they didn't have any so I asked him for a paper towel as I did not want grease on my hands nor my clothing
In short I will never eat in this place again nor will I recommend it to anyone, sincerely hope management gets it together before a health inspector shows up.
no soup at brioche doree at delaware house travel plaza
My wife and I travel on I-95 N/S at least on a monthly basis to visit our twin grandsons in Alexandria, VA from our home in Oceanside, LI NY. The Delware House Travel Plaza and Brioche Doree are our favorite places stop and eat. And we have usually the same things to eat 2-4 times a month, including:
Soup
Turkey/Cranberry sandwich with homemade bread
Honey Mustard potato chips
diet coke, caffeinated, in a bottle
We arrive about 12:30 on the way down from LI, and 11:30am-12pm on the return from Alexandria.
Re: Soup
It has not been ready the last 4+ trips we have made, which is really disappointing. After the third or fourth non-appearance I asked to speak to the manager. She indicated to me that Brioche Doree has to share a heating source with one of the other restaurants in the row. She said that since breakfast is served till 11:30, this affects the heating and roll out of the soup.
I told her I thought this was a poor excuse for not having soup ready by 11:30am, which I thought would be the realistic beginning of the lunch segment of its business. She said she would look to have it ready earlier.
So, soup was not ready on our trip down on Saturday, March 17th, nor on our return to LI on Tuesday March 27th.
Obviously, we really like Brioche Doree and don't want to lose our favorite restaurant, and the traditional soup and sandwich that we usually have.
Could you see if soup could be ready earlier, and preserve our favorite sandwich?
Lastly, on the trip down on March 17th, I had my soda, chips and sandwich in hand and accidentally dropped everything on the floor. The Manager was very generous and replaced my favorite sandwich. We like her and the hard work she does at the Delaware House Travel Plaza.

At Casa Bacardi restaurant, Ft. Myers Florida SW Airport on March 24, 2018, I ordered a Cuban sandwich at 11:38 AM. The sandwich turned out to be a build-your-own-sandwich-kit which had to be torn open to add pickle and sauce. It was not hot. It was dry, tasteless, unpleasant, and difficult to eat.
And you want me to say at least 350 words? OK. It was the worst Cuban sandwich I hav ever had. I hope the extra words were helpful.

We were flying home from a week's skiing in Kelowna and stopped in Calgary for a few hours. We stopped at the Brew House for a bite to eat
and had the Roast Beef Dip Sandwich. I have to say it was awful, the sauce did not have any roast beef flavor in fact it came all sloshed over the sandwich which made the sandwich very soggy. The bread the sandwich was served on was too thick and not very fresh. The service was rushed and the tables much too close together. We will not eat there again!

Let me state that I am a Local native of Hawaii, born and raise, my culture is woven into the Aloha spirit, and I always challenge myself to express all ounce of gratitude and loyalty to the people of Hawaii and its visitors, at work and in the community.
March 07, 18. I am a loyal Starbucks customer, a promising gold card holder and I pay a visit to Starbucks at least 4-5x a week. So is my brother's girlfriend. Well, maybe up to this day, at least. My family and I were on our way to Las Vegas. Myself, husband, sisters, my brother and his GF. We stopped by to get SB before our flight to Vegas. Almost three hours early before boarding, we thought we could relax and enjoy our time before take-off. This was a family vacation planned over a year ago.
My brothers GF accidently forgot her phone at the Starbucks counter. We were waiting at the gate when we noticed her phone was gone. She had her iPhone watch and I could personally track her device from my iPhone. She headed back to the Starbucks counter and when approaching the counter to ask the workers about a missing phone, she was spotted by this nice Japanese couple. She was obviously in a panic thinking her phone was gone...the couple, with minimum English, translated to her about a phone they found on the Starbucks counter and that they had handed the phone to the man behind the counter. His name was Ryan. I accompanied my brothers GF as she was in distress and wanting not to miss our flight without her phone. The man's name was Ryan, he was our cashier prior to losing the phone. It's crazy how he was pointed out by the Japanese couple and they stated they handed the phone over to him. Ryan denied it. He was adamant about how the Japanese couple was lying. I read the translation on their phone, "It's funny because I handed over it to him".
Surprisingly, while this was going on, the manager left the store to take her 15 min break because we were accusing them of stealing the phone. We were led by eye witnesses from a couple with no relation to us. The Sheriff was called and a police report was filled. The head manager of the store was also called to the scene. It was stressful altogether. The report and statements were recorded. Deputy Yamamoto completed the paperwork and generated a police report. We were able to get the information and statements in before we boarded. My Brothers GF boarded without her phone. The deputy said that they were going to search the whole store and keep us updated. My brothers GF wanted to prosecute if the phone was ever recovered.
We got on our flight, thank God. My brothers GF was in tears. All her personal information and photos lost. I felt terrible for her, and lost at the same time because if you only can understand being without your phone, it's your personal connection to life, school, work, etc. When we landed in Vegas, she had no choice but to purchase a new phone. I want to stay it cost her over one thousand dollars for the new 10 iPhone. That is no way to start a vacation.
March 16, 2018. Friday. My brothers GF got a call from deputy Yamamoto stating that her phone was found and recovered. The deputy stated that they found it in Starbucks, that same location, hidden in some box. How did it get there? It's obvious that one of the workers put it there. All that commotion and stress for the entire family! those workers did not cooperate in recovering that phone. They could have just returned it. But at the end they caused us grief. After all, Ryan and those who backed him up that day, lied about the whole situation.
Ryan and the rest of the crew, including the managers should not be working there. Loyalty was gone from those workers that day. The Aloha spirit was dead. What better place than to meet and greet people from all over the world at a destination where souls interact daily, at the Honolulu Airport! This is one of the first place where they discover the Aloha spirit. The mission for Starbucks, "to inspire and nurture the human spirit", was not attained. How does a company employ workers that are not loyal or nurture the spirit of Aloha in Hawaii?
The core value of Starbucks was broken, they are supposed to be working to serve people, including act of kindness in returning a phone to an innocent person who regularly does business with SB. This is a people business.
These workers should not be working in a people business and they should be held accountable for their actions. This was completely unethical behavior as they represent Starbucks. Connecting with transparency, showing dignity and respect are some of the core values of SB, but none of these were present that day. In the eyes of our family and humanity, they have failed SB as a company and the culture spirit of Hawaii's people.

The woman took my daughters order, made it, and walked away, leaving me standing there trying to order 2 more sandwiches. A few min later, someone else came over, extremely unfriendly and rude. I ordered both sandwiches, and he threw one in the toaster without me asking for it to be toasted. He was putting toppings on without specifying which sandwich he was making. $38 for 3 bagel sandwiches, and my daughter didn't even eat it because he put Dijon mustard on hers instead of mayonnaise like I asked. Such a waste of money for rude service and mediocre food.

Service was incredibly slow, especially at an airport restaurant. Waited 25 minutes for our order.Six customers during that time had wrong orders, 2 people had to leave without their paid food or they would have missed their flight.
I had the crispy chicken burger...tomato and lettuce on the bun...no condiments of any kind on the bun...horrible!
The cashier was complaining about another staff member to the cook, how "if she calls in again, I will find her" Very unprofessional.
Kudos to the lone cook, who was an older lady and was run off her feet, but never stopped to complain and remained polite.
Very disappointed!

Got stuck at the San Diego airport on February 27, 2018. Forced to eat at 30th street craft Brews. What a joke. $15 for an omelet is a bit too much, and you would expect top shelf for that price. Not the best quality for sure. And $4 for a cup of plain coffee. After many flight delays we had to spend the whole day there. Ended up paying $10 for a premade sandwhich at Ciao. Not much better. Seriously, I expect to pay more in an airport but not to be taken advantage of because HMS is the only game in town there. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I was at one of your "store fronts" on Sunday 2/25/18 - I had never been to a Starbucks before - Let me preface this with when I go to other stores & order a chai tea I get one with the cream & such in it & that's what it is called - I ordered a chai tea, a hot chocolate, & a strawberry banana smoothie - What I got was a chai latte, a hot chocolate (they didn't ask if I wanted whipped cream on it, which I did but didn't get) & a chocolate banana smoothie - Not being wise to the fact that it was called Latte I didn't think the order was right so they gave me a pain chi tea - L left them both there (so I paid $4.40 for a drink I never got as I still had another 5 hour trip in front of me & couldn't take the time to ask) & had to have them remake the smoothie to the right flavor - Very poor customer service - Will not visit one again - Patty Keller

On February 20 at RSW Airport ( Ft Meyers) I purchased some food at the BK in the terminal. 30 minutes later and I still have no food. As I am leaving to catch my plane without food, the women at the register announces that the wait for food is 30 to 35 minutes. never announced that before. Terrible service. I work at philadelphia international airport and I have never been to a starbucks where they are out of bags honey and friendly customer service. I will go to dunk-in' donut before I return back. It was a very bad experience and with all the other locations bad reviews it seems to be a trend. $3.00 for hot tea $3.00 for banana nut $2.95 tazo tea equal too much money and poor service.. Never again! I want my money back!

On February 21 at 11:54 AM my wife and I stopped at the stand to purchase salads for lunch. The gentleman in front of us ordered a turkey sandwich on Cranberry bread. He asked if a couple of extra slices of tomato could be added. You would have thought he asked to remodel the store! The person taking the order said she had to speak with her manager. As she was speaking with her, two other people joined in the conversation. Four people to see if a couple of extra slices of tomato could be added? It cost more in lost time discussing this than the tomato cost! Then when I got to the register and ordered a coke from the fountain I was told they were out of coke. Out of the most popular soda during lunch? After I said forget about the lunch she told me that she could charge me for a soda and give me a cup and I could go over to the Burger King and use that soda fountain. If that was an option why didn't she tell me that right away?

I'm complaining about the supposed 5:30 am start time. Shouldn't that mean open for business at 5:30 am? Feb 16, 2018 I was there at 5:30 but the staff was just starting to remove the gates and set up the kiosk. They weren't ready to take my order until 5:40. This 10 minute delay means a lot when one is trying to get to work on time.

The two employees that were working have to be the worst Starbucks employees in the world. They were both rude and obnoxious. They both acted as if they did not want to be there. Their attitudes were not indicative of those that I have come to know at Starbucks around the world. If I owned this paticular Starbucks, I would have fired them on the spot.

Not only were they extremely slow but as they home orders they talked badly about customers weird orders and about how fellow co-workers never showed up on time including their manager. Theyg had a foul attitude towards customer.
They had basic orders but not blonde flat whites or the main sandwiches because they didn't have most stuff out. Anytime an order got too complex, they'd say they didn't have an item and the customer would have to change the order. Really bad service... Love Field Starbucks is the worst of the worst. And if you get upset back they throw out a receipt and print a copy, because the copy will not have the survey on it. So I hope mi me without asking.

Ordered breakfast at the stock car cafe, charlotte international airport on january 24, 2018 and the meal was inedible, improperly cooked and there were tiny portions. Where do you get robin's eggs for breakfast? One slice of toast and sausage that was cold in the middle. Only saving grace was an attentive server george. Good luck getting me back there again...

Was sat at table within 5-minutes. Waited on within 10 minutes including ordered. Ordered 1-breakfast sandwich-missing meat and 1-cafe Bar-this I believe was coffee only. Waiting on breakfast order for +35 minutes. So for a simple breakfast and waiting to pay it took almost 1-hour. The breakfast sandwich was something I could have bought at a stop & Go. I almost left because my plane was boarding.

On Jan 19, 2018 I was at the airport for a 5:20 pm flight to Atlanta. I stopped for a meal to take on the plane with me because I hadn't eaten all day. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich minus the bacon with a side of green beans. Thank goodness for the green beans. They were delicious and they saved me. The chicken breast in the sandwich was so dry and overcooked that I had to throw the entire sandwich away, minus that first bite. What a waste of my $13.10. You would think that your cooks were better trained. My cashier was Deborah. I would like my $13.00 returned to me. I still have the receipt and can send a copy. I cannot, however, send a picture of the food, as I left it on the plane in route to Atlanta. At the time I had no thoughts of contacting you for a refund. I was just angry and still hungry.

The service is extremely slow and the quality of food is very subpar. The physical condition of the facility in the public area is very poor and hazardous to both patrons and employees. Cabinet doors on the hostess station and the server's station do not open/close properly creating trip hazards or hazards of hitting knees or shins.
