The service provided by holidaycars.com is so poor when it comes to take rental car. I made the booking under my name(Amandeep Sinigh) to pick up a rental car from Indianapolis airport on August 24th 2023 but there was no voucher sent to me. Without voucher, I didn't get the service I requested for. I tried to cancel it but I could not as your stupid website asks me for confirmation number when I didn't get any. Foolish and Poorly organized service full of harrasment.
As I am a Canadian resident and visited US for an event, I could not even contact their customer service due to no phone service.
It was so ridiculous experience and I decided not to take car rental ever again with HOLIDAYCARS.COM in the future.
This fraud company already charged me CAD 192.00 and not even responding to my messages I sent from their website. The contact number is from Amsterdam and whenever I call them they say NO Representative is available to take your call sorry. I won't leave my money in these fraudulent company so easy. I will do whatever I can to take my amount back with compensation for harassments.

Desired outcome: I need my refund of CAD $ 192.00 plus compensation for the rental booking I had to make on the spot which costs me double the amount. So I am looking for CAD $500.00 in lieu of your poor and below standard customer service
