Dear Mr./Ms.,
Subject : Cancellation Loan of car VNU 4145 18th March 2025

Pertaining of the above subject , I am the owner of the Car No VNU 4145 want to cancel the loan as today due to the car had a lot of SAFETY problem and nearly hit a children after 1 day of taking the car from the dealer in Kluang ( AG Auto world).
Issues was communicated to Hong Leong Centre PJ through 3 officers who are Mr. Azman , Ms. Alia and Mr. Taufik on 24/3 , 25/3 and 4/4. No feedback by email or call until today.
Hope this matter is taken seriously and if not resolved , we will bring this issue of delaying the loan cancellation to Tribunal. We have the rite to return the car within 21 days and loan shall be cancelled as requested.
