The inability to update my phone number has resulted in a complete blockade from accessing my account, impeding my ability to manage essential banking matters remotely. This predicament is highly distressing and significantly impacts my confidence in the bank's ability to cater to overseas customers effectively.
I kindly urge the Hong Leong Bank team to reconsider and expedite a more accessible solution for updating phone numbers, especially for customers located abroad. I sincerely hope for a prompt resolution to this matter, restoring my faith in the bank's commitment to customer service excellence.
