I bought a box of Ho Hoes and one of the wrappers did not have a Ho Ho in it. so there were supposed to be 10 in the box and I only got 9.

Hostess donettes frosted mini donuts
My husband and I buy the Hostess donettes at least twice a week and I bought this bag of chocolate frosted mini donuts and found at least 3 that had very little chocolate on them. Needless to say I was disappointed, there is nothing worse than buying chocolate donettes with no chocolate . I find it hard to believe that your QC department didn't catch this. I will continue to buy the mini donettes because they are the best .

Hostess baby bundts lemon drizzle
I purchased this product 1/17/2022 at Albertsons in Oregon City Oregon. The cardboard package was fully in tact and sealed. I opened the sealed carboard package and emptied the entire 8 baby bundts in a bowl. That is when I seen 2 baby bundts celophane wrapping was not sealed properly and the 2 cakes were exposed to the elements and were hard and dried out.

Hostess snoballs
These used to be my FAV. The last two times I've bought them (boxes) I have been sooooooooo disappointed.
The marshmallow is getting thinner and thinner, the cake is hard and dry.
NO MORE Snowballs for me.
What used to be a treat is now miserable to choke down. A waste of money, consistently disappointed with taste and texture these days.: (

I have been purchasing the above products for some time and I always look at the date and buy the item that has the longest date. I am continually disappointed. Purchased on 12/31 at my local Kroger store 2 boxes of the 3 donuts pack with a date of February 23-2022. I thought this is great they should be really fresh, but to my disappointment they were not. I purchased a bag of the powered donuts on 1/6/2022 and the expiration date was [protected]. Thought I would try the bag instead of the pre-packaged one. Again to my disappointment they were not fresh. I really like the convenience of the 3 package but based on my experience with this particular product I will try to see if I can find a product that is fresh and hopefully no disappoint me.

No, you are not the only one. I have contacted Hostess twice in the last 4 years about the quality of the powdered donuts. About 4 years ago I purchased a bag at my regular Kroger. The package looked fine and the date was well within limits, but when I opened it, well, the product looked like it had been kicked around the store a few times, and then sat on. So I thought I can eat them if they're broken. No, tasted like the bag had sat opened on the shelf for a week. Stale. Again the package showed no sign of damage. Emailed Hostess, they apologized and sent 2 coupons. I bought twinkies or something else that hubby likes to take in his lunch. Started buying Mrs. Bairds. They are always fresh and soft.
On a road trip last year hubby picked up a bag of the Hostess donunts thinking it would be a treat for me. (he doesn't pay very good attention to which brands I buy, and it was the only brand at the gas station.) Well not broken but week old stale tasting, even though well in date. I emailed Hostess again, got an apology but no coupons this time.
Last weekend He did it again! He knows the powdered donuts (Mrs. Bairds brand) are my favorite weekend breakfast so he gets the Hostess (and a bag of Tasty) because the smaller food chain in our area doesn't seem carry Mrs Bairds. I didn't want to hurt hubby's feelings, he tries so hard to do something nice. But just as stale as the bag last year and the one before.
Not bothering to email again, Hostess donuts are just bad. Mrs. Bairds, if available in your area are always soft and fresh. Little Debbie are ok too, my second choice.
Twinkies bought in sainsburys dartford england
I have bought 3 boxes of your twinkies in sainsbury store in England. In each box I found that the first one out at an end was mouldy. I have enclosed photo. I normally put these in my sons lunch and I'm glad that I spotted it as he may not have and actually ate it. This is not one box but 3. It has really turned me off of them now as if I buy more are they also going to be mouldy

Brought Hostess Ding Dongs from Kroger in Jackson Mi. 12-30-21. Have ate 3 now and they did have only like a finger tip of cream filling in every one of the 3 of them. I thought maybe it was just one but it was all so far. Are that how they are making them now. Because, others and me will not be buying them. And the price has gone up too. So, if I could get a refund for them or something I would appreciate it. Because, I buy them for the cream filling taste. If, you are cheaply filling them, that is a little to little. Very disappointed.

frosted chocolate donettes
I purchased my pkgs of donettes this morning (12.27.21) on my way into work at Hy-Miler gas station *(990 w main st crestline oh 44827). I love my frosted donettes! I also purchased a coffee drink. After I gassed up, I got in and opened my donettes & drink. I had taken some medicine right before I left my home, and when I tasted the first donette, I thought it tasted funny. Kinda metallicy - and thought it was from my medicine. Took a swig of my coffee and it tasted as I expected. Ate the 2nd donette and thought, wow, that flavor is not right, but still attributed it to the medicine. Drank several swigs of coffee to wash the flavor out and bit into my 3rd donette. UGH! It was awful - tasted like chemicals. So I stopped eating them and at the next stoplight I looked at the next donette and saw it had what looked like white hair on it. So that is why I am writing this complaint. The best by date is December 13, 2021 - only 2 weeks ago and lets be honest, preservatives are what they are. As I got the 3 remaining pieces out of the package, the chemical smell really hit my nose.
It was such a bummer to start my day like this but thought you should know about it.

Hello, I purchased 2 boxes of your twinkies on the 26th of November 2021. I bought them from Primark as I'm a huge fan of them. Ofcourse I had 3 the first night and they were delicious but when I got some more out the box the next day I saw that 4 of them had mould on them. This is unacceptable and I'm very disappointed. I would like this matter resolved please and expect and outcome of this matter.
