Raspberry zingers
My mother in law bought my Grandma Zingers Two weeks about.Grandma opened one box and a couple of them and my husband went t have one and they had black spots all over them.He opened the other box and found the same thing they were covered in black spots. The dates on the boxes were both for 8/2020..You can't return them because it's food and stores are not taking returns. How are you going to resolve this?

Raspberry zingers
Bought box at Walmart 7/15/2020. Brought home and opened and discovered they were covered in black mold. The box is stamped best if used by 8/2020
Tried to return to Walmart today 7/16/2020 but they refused because it was a food item.
I am really glad we opened them before the grand kids got a hold of them. Will not buy Hostess products anymore due to not being able to trust the date on the box for whether they might be contaminated.
Shorting customers by stating more than is in their package.
Hello. I bought a box of 10 hoho's and got 9 in the box. This is the second time I've had this happen. The first time I assumed it was a glitch in your system... one in a million... now a second box has one short.
Im going to the store now an buy another. If I find a third box with 9 when the decription states 10 in a box... I will lodge a complaint to the BBB and Trump! and Q-ANON!
10 is not 9
Oh and,
Please refund my 1/10th cost, of this box of 10 Hoho's
Thanks. Kelly Smith

Check your Hostess Hoho's Packages! ...If you buy a box of 10..you may be getting 9 !
Hostess Donettes Frosted Mini Donuts
Yes, I bought a bag of Hostess Donettes Frosted Mini Donuts this morning and the bag was sealed. As I was driving to work, I reached into the bag and ate all but 4 donuts. When I got to work, I reopened the bag and noticed a lot of maggots in the bag. I don't know how many maggots I ate because the remaining donuts in the bag, the maggots were crawling out of holes in the donuts. I purchased the bag of donuts at the EZ Mart #4340 Forest Hill TX 76119. My name is Keith Hanson [protected]
Hostess iced vanilla zingers
This is on box BEST BY: JUL 05 2020 H [protected]:09 BAR CODE [protected] 8
I bought two boxes of Hostess Iced Vanilla Zingers from Walmart in Plymouth Indiana this past week. The first box was fine. The second box had 5 out of 10 that were open and dried out. They were hard and some falling apart. There were pieces in the bottom of the box. Something must be wrong with your sealing machine. I have never been dissatisfied with Hostess in my life. I am 71 years old. I have eaten a lot of Hostess in my life. The cellophane was open in several areas on some and completely open on others.
Hostess cherry fruit pie 4.25 oz.
I purchased several Hostess cherry and apple pies through Wal-Mart in Sanford, Maine.
The cherry pie I ate had a filling that was like a thick glue. No moisture at all. It had a funny taste like some sort of sugar sweetener that was way too strong. It left a nasty aftertaste in my mouth. I even gave the remains to my husband to try. He said the same thing.
We are great fans of these pies. We have eaten them off and on since we were kids. They were quite a treat back then and have been until this.
Your package says better crust (which seemed fine) and tastier filling. That was not our experience.
The package said best by 06/06/20. Today is 5/21/2020. They should still be good shouldn't they?
Since Corona we rely on Wa-lMart to pull our shopping order and then go pick it up. Everything else in our order was good.
We would be sad to think that your tastier filling had been changed by what we ate today. If they don't get back to the way they were which was sweet and juicy, we will have to say good-bye to our old treat and move on to something else.
We really don't want to!
Thanks for listening.
sincerely, Kathleen Barrieau

Raspberry zingers
I bought an individual pack of zingers from Walmart. I had eaten 2 of them from the package when I removed the cardboard bottom piece and found what I'm hoping to be just some left over pieces of a really burnt one maybe? The black pieces are hard as a rock. I'm gonna keep it just in case it's something else since I'm pregnant. If something happens I'll let you know
Iced Vanilla Zingers
To whom it may concern:
Today, when I picked up my weekly box of Hostess iced vanilla zingers, Joy overcame me, entirely. I got to my car and couldn't even resist tearing that box open immediately, as I knew what delight one of those sweet, soft, tasty little snack cakes cakes would bring to my weary soul after such an long, hard week at work. I reached in the box, pulled one out, and to my dismay, I pulled out HALF OF ONE! I looked in the box and about passed out when I noticed every last one of those sweet, sweet confections was half sized. The price was the normal price, and the box was the same as well. Thus, my obvious concern and reason for this message. Please help me to understand the reasoning behind this travesty; this miscarriage of food justice.
Sincerely devastated,
Katie Marie
Don't dongs carmal
Let me start off by saying I love Ding Dongs. I bought some of your new Carmal Ding Dongs from Dollar Gen last week. UPC code [protected]. After eating several I found 3 empty wrappers in the box. Now I can't swear I was shorted 3 cakes & this could be normal. Just a little concerning because there was a few chocolate smears on inside the box. That's all I have to complain about. They were delicious. Very soft & creamy.. will definitely be buying more. Thanks for great product.
Iced vanilla zingers had hard icing
I purchased these Zingers on a rare visit to Walmart. I have loved Zingers for years, and the only place I can find them in my area is Walmart. Imagine my disappointment when I got home, bit into the cake, only to find it was hard and stale, not creamy and chewy! When checking the box, we also found two Zingers were not completely sealed. They were also withing the expiration date of June 21, 2020. I would love to have a refund of my hard earned dollars, or a coupon for a free replacement product, not a reduced price. The code under the expiration date is H [protected]:56.
Zingers
will never buy another hostess product again, opened box of 10 and it was more like box of 5 due o the reduced size of zingers, What a Joke! box was same size as usual, making it more deceiving than it wasnt even 3/4 fill, I guess some greedy CEO SOB at hostess decided he needed more than a million in a year to live on probably much more than that, Hope they go out of business!
I noticed all companys products are shrinking and still the price goes up...a sign of the times? Even can goods that used to be 12 oz are now 9 and 3.4 oz sugar used to be in a 5lb bag now it's 4lb. Hostess just joined in with all the others!
Raspberry iced cake with creamy filling
Best By Date: May 04 2020

On 4/26/2020 I purchased hostess raspberry iced cake with creamy filling cakes at dollar general. These are some of the worst cakes I have ever purchased and tasted, they taste old/stale. With hostess brand I was expecting a delicious snack, but was greatly disappointed! I will purchase little debbie products from now on!
Donettes-carrot cake
So i'm sitting here eating my carrot cake donettes and I don't see or even taste carrot in them. I searched the ingredients printed on the box and carrots are not even listed! So how can you sell these as carrot cake donettes, if you dont have a single carrot in them. I taste alot of coconut, which I was not expecting in carrot cake. I'm honestly surprised nobody hasn't already said anything.
hostess donettes
I purchased a bag of Hostess crunch cake donettes from the Kelly Avenue Walgreens in Edmond, OK for $2.99 plus tax on 10 April 2020. The package was sealed. The Best Buy date marked is: May 27, 2020. Batch number: H [protected] A 22:29. UPC [protected]. This package did not contain 15 donettes as advertised. There may have been the equivalent of 11 donettes. The bottom of the package, not visible to the buyer, contained pieces of donettes, not broken from handling or packaging processes, rather all pieces were completely coated indicating they were prepared that way. The package that I purchased did not include the product in the number or condition that I expected. This appears to be a QC problem in the Hostess Kansas City, MO facility. I am requesting either a refund or quality replacement.
hoho's
Just bought several of my favorite Hostess products (HoHo's, Ding Dongs and Coffee Cakes). While 2 products were, as always, up to accustomed quality, my HoHo's were not! For the first time in the 50+ years I've been having them, they seemed not fully baked, with tiny lumps and extremely dry cake.
These were bought at my local Giant store in Maryland on April 7, 2020. The box has a Best By date of May 03, 2020 and ID# H [protected]. Price paid was $3.99 + tax.
I would prefer coupon for product replacement and please look into this issue and correct whatever was the cause of poor quality on this occasion.

Jumbo donettes glazed blueberry
My son purchased a box of hostess jumbo donettes for me the other day at dollar general. I was looking for something sweet to eat today so I grabbed a package. As I was just about to swallow I felt something weird while chewing. Gagging on it I got it up an in it was a piece of something that looks like a piece of rubber fitting or silicone. I have pictures of codes and piece if whatever.
Ring dings
Hello,
I simply have a question.
I did not see a green seal on the box that I bought yesterday.
A green seal that indicates, that the palm oil, (which you seem to use a lot of) is coming from sustainable farms. Not rain from deforestation of the rain forests and home to 36 different species of living creatures.
Please I have read some pretty awful complaints. Some horrible inconceivable happenings in your products.
I bought ring dings which my mom bought seldom in my childhood. I am 66 now vack then we had a family of 9. My mom could stretch hamber for us all in some creative dishes. But im not fond of the use of palm oil. I need to know that your palm oil comes from certified sources. If not shame on yoi shame shame on you.

Triple chocolate brownies
i`m not looking for a feebie. i just want to let you know four of the brownies were burnt.
What's right?
I have been enjoying your Hostess products for 65 years, I am 70 so you know how many delishes Hostess products I have bought over the years. But recently your products are not worth the cardboard they are wrapped in. The original cupcakes are half the size they were last year. The density of them could be used as a paper weight. The cream filling, well, it's on the side of marshmallows. And the icing can be used as a coaster for milk. What happened to my go to food that always reminded me of my child hood. Your donuts are just as bad. Who wants to eat a rock? Not me. The only donetts that were delicious were the ones during the holidays. Help a old woman understand why such a company would change a very delicious product to make a few extra bucks, and lose a very valuable customer.
