I have a restaurant in St. Pete, and I am regularly doing business with HSN employees by delivering their food they order. To get into the HSN facility in St. Petersburg, Florida you have to get thru security checkpoint. I have delivered the catering orders to HSN many times and I noticed particulary rudeness and unprofessional behaviour of the security guards at the gate.
On August 26, 2016, they were particularly rude, arrogant and unprofessional. There were two security guards involved: Gylbert Romero, and Bryon Vence. After I have handed my driver's licence to Mr. Bryon Vence, his behavior was ok. However, the moment he heard my foreign accent, his demeanor flipped by 180 degrees, and he started being rude and arrogant. He asked for my driver's licence again, which I provided (again). He even kept asking me for the receipt of the food ordered. I complied and provided everything he asked of me, only to tell me I cannot go inside because the number he called from the receipt was an automated response. There was also an extension number right next to the phone number which he chose not to dial, despite my pleads for help. Mr. Vence arrogantly brushed me off telling me to leave with no explanation why. I parked outside the campus, but then along came Mr. Gylbert Romero who showed even worse arrogance threatening me with the police, asking for my driver's licence (again), and the receipts of the food ordered. When I asked him for his name Mr. Romero only kept repeating "Don't worry about it". I was able to read his name from his badge, and when he realized I was looking at his badge, he quickly removed it and hid it, but it was too late, I already got his name. They did not let me on the campus, with no explanation provided, arrogantly threatening me with the police if I didn't leave. They kept bullying me for about 20 minutes, creating a line of cars behind me.
I don't care about HSN security. They even did my job easier because I did not have to go all the way thru, unloading the food, and bringing it up to the folks who ordered it. They made their own employees come out and pick up the food in a grocery bags.
HSN security guards n this case hurt their own employees who are paying them. The catering orders that we deliver are usually for the high profile meetings, and the poor folks who ordered it will have to explain their executives why the food was late, and why security did not let me thru when I have been there many times before. Yet still, I got a nice email from the folks who made the catering order thanking me for a delicious food.
If your job required security to keep you safe, you would not be here complaining about them doing their job. Just call the customers and have them come get their food. The security do their job.
An HSN employee by the of Bryon Vence is known for increasingly abusing his position of authority. He has been known to display pedophiliac behavior in the past & was even fired from his job in 2007 for sneaking a 16 year old girl in to his place of work on his day off. He is also known to display severe acts of discrimination as well as excessive drug use. He now alligns himself with police officers to threaten his way in public society & to further abuse his position of authority.

I recently moved back in to town after a 13 year period when he proceeded to contact me for a breif lunch. He then displayed past resentments over his personal plans to roommate, his ex girlsfriend & supposed drug recovery. He then proceeded with intimidating gestures of him being affiliated with police officers & his 15 years of firearm experience. I have worked in healthcare with mentally ill vetetrans before. His diolated pupils, weight loss, increased temper, stagnant memory & euphoria seem to be from an excessive use of cocain or other opioids. This man is mentally unstable & continues to display pedophiliac behavior by reminiscing of girls & boys who he distributed drugs to while they were still attending high school. I personally feel threatened by Bryon Vence's inability to recover from drug use & I fear that it will have negative results in his personal, public & professional life.

To whom it may concern,
I am adding further complaint to your employee by the name of Bryon Vence. I have cut communication with this indivual after my recent relocation to Clearwater in Feburary 2020. After specifically giving him details that I no longer wish to communicate or engage in any drug activity with him, he continued to contact my phone on May 3rd 2020 at 11:29am.
I am concerned & I feel threatened by this invidual after his threats & descrimintive gestures of his affiliation with higher authority figures & 15 years of firearm experience. He has expressed several resentments toward me of his own plans of roommating together, my past criminal record & his continuing drug use. At this point I am unsure of what other legal actions to take regarding this situation. If he continues to contact me I will consider filing a restraining order if no disciplinary action is taken.
