Dear all,

I have purchased huggies L size blue diaper for boys from first cry.com. The quality of diaper is very bad. The side tape of the pants tear very easily while putting the diaper to my son.

I'm very much disappointed from the product of such a reputed company. The cost of the diaper is high compared to the other diaper companies in the market. But I still used to prefer huggies because of its quality.

The diapers side tape has a very low quality. Hence it needs to be prove ASAP.

All these years I was happy with buying huggies gold and then I found out about the new nappies I couldn't wait to try them because I trust the brand.
even when the price was more than what I used to pay I did not mind.

My first night with my daughter on huggies was a total nightmare.
when I put her nappy on the fasteners or attachers on the nappy just came off, 3 nappies. It leaked, it is so light and saggy.

usually I don't change her nappy overnight and my daughter never had a nappy rash but last night I changed 3 nappies and my daughter woke up with nappy rash.i used to recommend huggies to my friend but with these nappies I doubt I will..

it is not good value for my money.

I purchased a box of ur huggies little movers diapers large box size 5 the count is 132 in it and the diapers were wet and not useable I'm very upset and spent alot of money on these diapers I don't know what we can do to settle this I've been purchasing huggies for years and never been so unsatisfied with my purchase till yesterday I threw the whole box away if there's something we can do to fix this please let me know till then I'm unsatisfied with this brand

My name is Geraldine, I am a mother of 2, My complaints today is in regards to Huggies over charging and giving less quantity diapers.

I am disgusted, frustrated and angry that huggies think we are dumb.

You are over charging us for less diapers, it is sickening.

I will post this on Facebook and Twitter I will make sure that all mothers go over to pampers due to them not lessening their quantity.

Give us value for our money.
Use to get 90 diapers and now, 76 for a higher price

Good day I would like to bring to your attention of your product I bought at discem. I bought pull ups jumbo pack size 5. From the first nappy I used I noticed that it leaked. I then left the idea of it leaking and used the second nappy once again it did the same.I'm very disappointed that this has happened cause now I'm scared of using the rest cause I can't be changing my son clothes and best eveytime. I will attached a picture of the barcode as well of the best to show you what happens when I use the nappy.

This is the 1st time I am facing horrible bad experience with Huggies product. This product is so bad that every night my daughter wake up and start cry as the diaper leaked and wet her back cloth and bed. She is 4 years old and some time she get cold and cough as she sleep with wet bed and cloth.

Hi, I bought huggies pull ups size 6 wor my little girl, when you pull up the nappy it tears on the side straight away, after just one urine in the nappy it leaks and her pants are wet. I dont think this is how it should be. Please can we come to some conclution about this. This is the second time I am loging a complaint at Huggies. The pack reference number is CT 21 210418, I bought a box of these nappies with 3 packs in 30 nappies in a pack

I bought a pack of huggie gold number 1 size, i fond a flawed nappy in my one pack where the ear that should to stick to the front of the nappy is hanging by a thread, i now can not use this nappy for my baby. I would please like a refund op this product.

My son has been reacting to the new unisex Huggies Gold nappies for 3 days in a row, he has been getting a new rash (pimples) from his lower back to his bum and inner thighs - next to his genitals ever since I started using this product. I even tried using the older pull-ups for boys that I had and the rash is not going away. It is extremely painful and itchy and very irritating for him and myself as his mother who's sleep has been disturbed for the past few nights.

I would like to submit a complaint about the sudden price change in the huggies pants.

For the last few months I bought the "buy bulk" box for r250 at toys r us.
This month I went to buy my monthly box of nappies and suddenly there was new packaging with less (14 less) nappies and the price went up by r50 and my question is why pay more for less?

I only buy huggies because the other nappies are to expensive and then right next to the huggies I saw a big box pampers for the same price with more nappies and I took it.

For me this is a very bad shock due for some one who budgets.
I am very up set.

I bought Huggies Snug & dry size 6. These diapers are bad product. These diapers get torn. They have given rashes to my baby. I can give you pictures of diapers that are ripped torn and are in bad conditions. I have bought the biggest pack of you guys and this is the condition.I bought them couple of days ago. If this continues I want all my money back and you guys can take this crap.

The bar code number on the box is [protected].
More than half of the box had diapers that were defective. The fastener tape at the waistband was half off the left side. It made it really difficult to keep the diaper on my child without other help. If it had been one or two I would have over looked it but about half the box was like this. This is not the first issue with huggies I've had as some other type of huggies diapers has made him break out pretty bad. Please contact me to get this matter resolved. The other brand was little snugglers.

I bought a box of huggies little movers from my local Walmart. I opened the box up within 30 mins of being home and there is a bug in the plastic laying on the diaper. I attempted to call customer service and the line is disconnected. I called another number and the lady hung up on me and now they won't answer. I will be going further with this legal wise

I am a concerned Grandma I purchased two cases of Newborn Diapers from Walmart here in Winnsboro. Over half of them will not fasten. I need this issue resloved... I also have two cases of ones two cases of two's also I've purchased wipes by the cases, please don't make me regret these purchases. I hope I can continue to buy Huggies for my new Granddaughter.

Very bad quality. Very bad cotton material is used as compare to other diapers huggies diaper i found very bad material quality.
Please do improve the cotton marerial and elastic parren. It doest soack at all. Where it gets accumulate at one place. My baby is having rashes and cough cold due to huggies diaper. Its doest last neither 4 hrs also.
It is the safety of small babies in rular aeras they dont have knoweldge regarding this they may not be aware about this too. I request to improve quality and cotton material of diaper which should not get acummulate at one place so that baby will be fit and fine.

The date is September 20th 2018. Time of incident was 9:30 pm.
I walked over to my five month old son when he wouldn't stop screaming louder than he has ever screamed before.
I then proceeded to try to sooth the screams. When checking his immediate body nothing seemed to be wrong, but he wouldn't stop screaming bloody murder, (I have never heard my infant scream this loud.)
I then checked his genitals to see if anything was wrong, and to my surprise I found a dried up piece of blue diaper liner sticking into his testicles.
This died up piece was extremely sharp and extremely hard.
I took it out of his skin, cleaned the area and soothed my son. My son already has sensitive skin, so if his testicles swell or worsen I will be forced to take legal action against the Huggies corporation.
I would either like a full refund on my purchase, free supplies from Huggies or both.
Something needs to be done immediately.
Due to the fact I've never had an issue before this with Huggies (they are my favorite brand of diapers and wipes) I would prefer to have some compensation from the company.
Due to the nature of the wound I will not be sending a picture of his testicles. However they are blood red and swollen.
I have taken pictures if legal action is necessary.

Hi my name is Jill smithe I buy Huggies Little Movers from my Sam's Club in Grand Rapids Michigan on Alpine Avenue. The pack of 168 that I bought of size 4 Little Movers all of the I don't know what you would cut the cotton All Around by where you would separate the diaper all of that had tons and tons of just cutting it would stick to everything to string back and forth. I mean it would stick out the top of the shorts and my son it would hang down below his short sometimes I mean they just were made pretty crappy but after I had spent that much money you know I've used them. I still have about I don't know 10 left before it's time for me to buy a new pack and I don't know if you give any kind of discount for that or refund or I'm not sure what but I mean I struggle monthly just to buy diapers I'm a single mom. So anything that you could do please notify me about. I'll send you a picture of the barcode and then I think there's a serial number on the box and I'll also send you a picture of what I'm talking about on the diaper. I bought a box of huggies diapers a little over a week ago and had to stop using them due to the tabs kept ripping off as I was changing my son's diaper. I've never experienced that with any other brand and considering the amount of money I spent - I was very disappointed in the product. I used only huggies products on my oldest son, who is now 5 but I feel like alot has changed with the product given my recent experience!

So I've been purchasing Huggies diapers since my daughter was born, August 6, 2017. This last purchase of Huggies Little Movers the diapers are falling apart and on the left and right side of the rear of the diaper is coming off and it's sticking onto my daughter's clothing and it also got into her mouth more than once! I'm very unhappy and i would like reimbursement for the case of diapers because this isn't fair and is a huge inconvenience and also a danger to my daughter. She could have swallowed the cotton many times. Thankfully i caught her.

We switched from regular Huggies bc they were hard and paper thin and currently use little movers several boxes had a few tags rip off as you try attaching this recent box at least half the box has! A waste of money when you can use a diaper and they're $35+ a box! This is the second time I've sent in a complaint when I guess I should've earlier! We have always used Huggies but can make the switch to pampers if needed!
