Purchased Huggies Wonder Pant from BIG BAZAAR. But it was leakage problem. Immediately called HUL customer care number and they provide me one complain number [protected] on 19th August 2018 and communicate that we will get replacement within 10 working days.

On 27th August got one call from HUL that my product will deliver within 2 days. But not received.

On 7th September again I called HUL for same they communicate they currently Huggies Wonder Pant not in stock. But in market Huggies Wonder Pant is available any shop and super market. They shared that by Monday 10th September they will call us with Courier tracking number. But still not get any call and any information.

Today 11th September called and asked the status but customer care executive SHARITA not listen anything from and using bad language and told me that we can do anything for this and we can complanin any one. Even not given me any information and cut my phone calls without talking with me. Using bad language and try do harrassing over phone and doing argument with me again and again.
Last any finally he cut my phone calls and not give me courier tracking number, even not share when we can get this product. As a fact we have cheated by HUL.

Looking for solutions, regarding this matter.

I bought Huggies Dry Comfort about 2 weeks ago. I opened them yesterday and every nappy I open and try to use, breaks on the side. I have a brand new pack of 50 nappies and I can't use any of them.

Please see photos with date of batch and photos of how the nappy breaks. Please assist with this matter - where to from here? It cost me R160 and I can't use any nappies

I buy Huggies little movers only, and the last 2 boxes I've bought have had something wrong with them. The last box every diaper was creased making the cotton in the back bunch up. This box the tabs in the from that you use to secure the diaper are very short I almost can't use them. I hope these aren't going to be in going problems or I will have to change to Pampers who I don't like but they are consistent. I buy from Amazon always the same thing Huggies little movers size 6, 104 count.

I have been using Huggies gold since the birth of my baby girl in May of last year and have been loving the diapers ever since day one.

However the last batch that i have purchased is definitely not the same quality as to what i am used to.

I have noticed that the inner lining of these nappies are blue, uncommon to me as all the others have been white on the inside.

There is also a very distinctive urine smell after one (toilet break) and the diaper sags very quickly not as durable as what i know.

This is the main reason why i will never use pampers as their diapers have this smell and little humans are not supposed to smell like urine and have always sticked to Huggies Gold.

This has made me very unhappy as i am a very fond of Huggies and i am very disappointed with this batch i have purchased.

Also i am struggling to find Huggies Gold for girls mega box? why is this.
My supplier at baby boom says they are not receiving stock?

I have made a purchase huggies from carefour Ibn Battuta on 25 th aug now 6 months old baby is having blister thn I came to exchange at the staff the floor deputy has been rude and denied that I have passed the 7 days and top of that questioning me why I have purchased in big lots.

I need a son below point in 2 days or I will launch A case in consumer court.

1) who is he to question me that why I purchased in bulk qty?
2) if carefour is selling brand which is not up to the mark don't I have consumer right to return it?
3) how can I return an item in 7 days if I haven't tried it example I purchased on 25 th auh and used it on 9 th sep as I had some stock thn how can return the item whn I haven't discovered the problem?

I have always supported Huggies brand since the birth of my first child which is now 7. I am currently using Huggies dry comfort No.4 on my 2nd child.

This is the first time I am experiencing such bad quality. I have so much confidence in this brand that I repack it in my LB compactum and dispose of the bag, only to realise that the left velcro flap becomes unattached and cannot be used. I could deal with one or two but not 10 or more. Please understand my frustration when changing my LB I want it to be pleasant for me and my wiggly worm only to find that it has either come loose while on (before changing) or while putting on a fresh one.

I will continue to use Huggies as I find it to be the best in absorbing all that moisture but I have my doubts now and pray this do not happen again as then I will be forced to use a new brand.

I have been waiting for huggies size 5 ever since last month. I have been told at numerous stores that due to huggies converging the girls and boys brand. That I have to wait uptill I don't know when.i have a 2year old. I don't trust pampers as a brand and not comfortable diapers. I need feedback asap. As I cannot wait as I am sure you can understand.

This is the third case of Pull Ups that are supposed to be overnight protection, but leak out the sides throughout the night. Last night I had to wake my daughter up 3 separate times to change her due to leaking. The pull up is not full, but apparently they're not configured for kids who actually move in their sleep. Totally DISAPPOINTED in the product!

My sons diaper caused a rash and exploded gel all over him, his crib sheets, he also ate it before we noticed it had exploded due to wetness and he got sick and vomited everywhere. We ALWAYS have purchased Huggies brand diapers until this point, and would like a quick and timely resolution to this matter. He is 15 months old. We spend atleast $150.00 monthly on diapers alone, not including wipes, etc and other Huggies products. Today we purchased Luv's brand diapers due to this incident. (please see attached photo of receipt of Luvs purchased today). : (We would like compensation due to this matter.

I bought a package of diapers and the pull tabs to keep the diapers on kept ripping off. I love the brand an usually dont have any issues, maybe it was just a faulty batch i got. I also love the wipes the natural care to be exact they are the only ones i can use without causing any irritation to my baby. I have 3 kids and pregnant with my 4th and have used huggies diapers and wipes with all of my children. I've had issues here an there with the diapers but this last time i had to throw away alot of unused diapers because the tabs came off an they couldn't be used. Anything would be helpful thank you!

I'm dissatisfied with your product Huggies Little Movers. You claim your diapers are leak proff. Unfortunately that not case. I had brought 3 packs of your product for my granddaughter, each time to change her the diaper is constantly leaking. One of the reason I had brought your product is because my granddaughter has sensitive skin. The quality of your product makes me feel I had invested in a cloth diaper.

My daughter is 7 months old and I've been using huggies since day one. And I've used huggies on my son and my niece and nephew. Well I have purchased 2 packs of huggies recently and every time I use them she has had major blowouts! And before you say it's the size of the diaper it's not! I have been buying her size 2 and they fit fine because she is only 14 lbs. I've tried size 2 in other brands and she hasn't had a blowout in them! Not sure if you've changed something in your diapers but I think it's ridiculous that I've had to do complete wardrobe changes and scrub her car seat multiple times because your diapers are not holding up like they use too 😢

When I change my child diaper there is a gel partial that is left on my child that is coming from the diaper. I currently change from pamper to huggies and I regret changing due to what has happen. Diaper are very expense and I don't think that this is acceptable. I purchase these diaper over a week ago I request a refund of my purchase. My phone number is [protected]. I get the box of 12 Huggies pure wipes. I've been getting them since my little one was newborn and he's now 18 months! But I am not happy with the quality of the packs I am getting out of this box of wipes. My fingers going straight through them Nd they seem dryer than usual I have spent £9 on these and it's happening all the time I wouldn't mind if it was the odd one but every one is abut too much unfortunately. However I haven't got the packaging as I put them straight into storage out of the box :( so I can't return them to Asda where I bought them. Is there anything you can do to help please?

about two months back I had a complaint regarding Huggies, the lady informed me that a voucher would be sent to my address, nothing came, then two weeks back I submitted another E-mail where I had to explain everything all over again, hence why I am not typing out the whole story once again over E-Mail, a lady from over seas contacted me, and gave me a reference number and said it should be delivered within the week .
to date nothing has arrived yet.

Hi there and to whom this concern, I have been buying huggies ever since
Bella was born and never had any problems with huggies nappies. I bought my
second batch of nappies for this month now thats doing exactly the same as the first.
When you try to strap the wings to the nappy it falls off literly just falls of and some
are just laying loose inside package. Its very sad to see this happening after buying
huggies for the past 3 years and now this. I will attach some photos to show the problem Im having. Please can you explain or resolve this as this is really costing
me a fortune now coz I had to go buy another batch just to be able to change Bellas
nappies.

We were given a box of cucumber wipes for our baby shower and were hesitant to use them because of past issues we finally decided too and our daughter started having random specs of green glitter which made us not want to use the product going further with possibility it could be glass and not glitter. I don't understand why we would have an issue with wipes from your company even years after the whole glass accusations happened.

I have always trusted huggies for my daughters' diapers but this time I am extremely disappointed at the quality
I bought a 180 pack of a size 4 diaper the Mickey Mouse range from Walmart
I first noticed that they leak from the sides by the second hour, then all over my baby's clothes overnight wetting the bed as well, and there has been no change in the amount of urine .
I even took pictures of the diapers, whose front part shows a poorly fitted and bent in front Strap where the side flaps are supposed to stick onto
The side straps are so friable and easily tear off

I am very displeased, since I still have an entire case to go through and I feel like I've lost my money on this entire box

I usually LOVE Huggies, but this box of Huggies Movers diapers size 3 that I got has the tabs ripping off. It has ripped off on 4 diapers now so I have to throw the diapers away... I have twin boys and diapers are not cheap. I'm really disappointed in these diapers and I bought a case of 92. Even cheap diapers don't do that. All I ask is for a coupon for different brand of Huggies or something because who knows how many more tabs are going to rip off.

I have used huggies diapers on both of my daughter and son and there grown.. Now I have a grandson and is 17 months old I have used huggies on him since he's was born and today he went up to a size 4 and I changed him today and he has busters on his bottom both sides..we have never had problems like this ever..I have used huggies for almost 30 yrs.
